‘Real News From The Blaze:’ SCOTUS ObamaCare Ruling and Down-Ballot Races

On Thursday the “Real News” panel analyzed how the Supreme Court ruling on the Affordable Care and Patient Protection Act will affect the general election politics and campaigns of President Obama and Mitt Romney. But what about the political fallout for the down-ballot races where we could see big gains for conservatives and the GOP in 2012 like 2010?
The decision has already been an over $4million fundraising jackpot for Romney and the RNC, and unlike the presidential candidate hampered down to a degree by policy enacted as Massachusetts Governor, the majority of down-ballot candidates will have no obstacles to hammering Democratic opponents and supporters of the president for a law which polls find to be unpopular. With high employment and efforts by Romney to make voters go to the ballot box this November with the economy on their mind, it may not help Democrats that the Court labeled the mandate a tax. One of up to 20 other tax hikes in the healthcare law.
“Real News” was joined by Tara Setmayer, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher’s communication director, and journalist Marinka Peschmann. Fraudulent governmental initiatives and fraudulent private organizations all have one thing in common: They want the public to believe they are something they are not.
Case in point: Obamacare.
(The monumental frauds Facebook.com, Google.com, the Washington Post, and the United Nations, all of which are great fans of our president and all of which adhere to the misguided liberal principles of deception and distortion, will follow.)
Above all else, President Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrat Party hoped Americans would fall for the lies and hype and believe the Affordable Care Act was eminently affordable and that people who already had medical insurance and who were averse to socialistic medicine would be “permitted” by their government to keep their coverage and their doctors.
As when Obama “absolutely” pledged that Obamacare would not impose any new taxes, both claims have proven to be frauds.
By the time Obamacare is fully implemented in 2018, it not only will be unaffordable to many people but 20 new or greatly-increased taxes will have been levied on Americans and millions of the currently-insured would be able, “permitted,” to retain their doctors only if government bureaucrats approve of their physicians and their course of treatment.
Of course, none of that applies to those bureaucrats, or congressmen, or other federal employees since the ACA exempts them–a

“Members of this Court are vested with the authority to interpret the law; we possess neither the expertise nor the prerogative to make policy judgments. Those decisions are entrusted to our Nation’s elected leaders, who can be thrown out of office if the people disagree with them. Do not blame Honorable Justice John Roberts, for he has demonstrated a far greater wisdom of freedom than any of our elected leaders have since the founding fathers penned the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution.
Yes, He did flip is vote, and the date was June 14, 2012. He (I as well) watched the day before, as the Citizens of North Dakota voted. To his horror (and mine), to few refused the freedom from taxation and chose the Shackles of slavery and tyranny, the complete subjugation of their rights in order to feel security of an all powerful handler of the state. They cowered in the face of individual responsibility and freedom. They surrendered to taxation in the name of security, I am disgusted, revolted, horrified, for such a choice.
He has cut open, laid bare the tyranny of taxation. He has thrust a knife into the heart of self-enslavement. He has dared you to see the truth and all you have done is turned a blind eye, hid in the corner and cried, feeling sorry for yourself for his failure to free you from the shackles of our own creation.
He has brought us full circle to 1860, and its real name: War of subjugation.

What category does the tax fall under? It’s not under any category in the amendments. It’s not a use tax. It’s not a tax on goods and services. It’s not an income tax.

Not only will they be paying less to employees because of the “tax” being lower than the coverage, but they will also need the money to pay more taxes. Remember what Obama has said about “taxing the rich”? Employees will lose.
