The WH revealed its hand at the State of the Union speech. Nancy & Reid support a government that has contempt for the US Constitution.
The separation of powers gets in His way.

The video sticks over half way through, but good information. If the Supreme Court does the right thing for all people, under the Constitution, and not whats partisan and political they will throw out the HealthCare Mandate and tell Congress to start over!

If we were living in normal times, this entire sham of a bill would be thrown out. However, there’s really only one justice on that bench that has any stones (Thomas), and unfortunately, he will not be joined by any of his peers.

The entire bill is unconstitutional, yet parts of it are going to stand because leaders nowadays have absolutely no stones or scruples.

In my fairly long Life Time… I have never seen a SC Decision that did not Suck for some Reason… and even when I agree, their Reasoning is Convuluted & Foreign!

Case in point. The expansion of the eminent domain statute that allows government to take private property and sell it to a private developer for puposes of expanding the tax base. A bizzare ruling that should be overturned
