‘Real News From The Blaze:’ U.N. Climate Change Activists Put Heat On U.S.

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, last month was the hottest month in the recorded history (since 1895) of the continental United States. This announcement, coupled with the increasingly severe drought we’re experiencing, is adding fuel to the fire of Climate Change activists who insist something needs to be done.

A place where these activists have gained a sizable amount of sway is with the United Nations. On Wednesday, U.S. climate envoy to the UN Todd Stern reaffirmed support for the U.N. goal of limiting global warming after facing criticism from the European Union and small island states for a speech on August 2 where he called for a more flexible approach to the issue. The U.N. plan that the U.S. joined in with almost 200 other nations agrees to limit rising temperatures to below 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial times.

In his speech last week, Stern said insisting on the target would lead to “deadlock”.

Stern clarified Wednesday that “my view is that a more flexible approach will give us a better chance to actually conclude an effective new agreement and meet the goal we all share.”

Christopher C. Horner of the Competitive Enterprise Institute joined “Real News” Thursday to discuss the latest news on rising temperatures, the tactics used by Climate Change activists in the U.N., and how realistic and achievable is the U.N. goal of lowering temperatures two degrees Celsius via carbon emission caps.

The climate scam is rooted in earth worship and aims toward eugenics. Just look at their agitprop such as “story of stuff” — there’s not one correct fact and not one line that does not contain a propaganda enshrouded message. Pay careful attention. The point of these things is that there are too many people. Make energy more expensive enough and you paralyze 3rd world economies and eventually even ours. The second point is that if it were science, you could see their data. I haven‘t looked today but it’s simply not available. Not just the “Hockey Stick” hoax, but anything. If it were science, you’d be able to look at the data, the results and compare. These guys keep their data close.

This is not science. It’s a plan to exterminate a broad swath of humanity.

They are hysterically funny!!! Climate people can’t even tell us with certainty if it will rain tomorrow, or when a tornado will hit, but they are trying to convince us they can CONTROL the entire climate?? LOLOLOLOL And not only control, but actually debating by HOW MANY DEGREES??? Gawd, the hubris.

GET THE U.S. OUT OF THE U.N.!
GET THE U.N. OUT OF THE U.S.!

The U.N. is nothing but a nest of communist sympathizers who are all jealous of America and our success. The USA has provided more humanitarian relief where disasters have happened than ANY country has ever done in recorded history. Do you think these nations appreciate what we have done? the answer is not no, but HELL NO! Maybe it’s high time we teach these banana republics and communist lovers a lesson by keeping our money to ourselves when disaster occurs elsewhere in the world. Let other countries provide aid and disaster relief. We are having enough disasters ourselves, why should we be the shepherd for the world?

I know that sounds mean but I’m sick and tired of using tax money and donations, helping other countries and then those same countries turning around and stabbing us in the back diplomatically at the first chance they get. This happens all the time in the U.N. We Americans wind up with the short end of the stick every time. As I said at first:

GET THE U.S. OUT OF THE U.N.
GET THE U.N. OUT OF THE U.S.

Lets see, I think around 1895 would be the time frame in which we first started generally controlling fire across the US. Logically, and I believe historically, hot weather induced huge fires both across the planes in in the Rockies, that ash would enter the upper atmosphere and mix with the jet stream which draws in the moist wet air in North American summers, so if you have a “drought” and the humidity exceeds 70% you are likely missing the vital dust and ash particles which assist in the creation of clouds and rain. So in the end the reduction of carbon in the environment in the form of smoke/ash could be directly responsible for drought and high temperatures, chew on that one!
I would be concerned if in the affected areas the humidity was below 40 percent from May through September, that would indicate a climate shift towards desertification. The UN needs to spend the money on indoor growing facilities that can be quickly and easily set up in areas where the environment won’t support farming. They are wasting valuable time and resources debating if they can really change a planet. If they could change a planet why not Venus, it has an atmosphere that is in need of cooling right now, if they could figure how to cool it they might have a clue about life here until they prove it else where I don’t want them messing with my planet.

Wow, since 1895! I mean that’s 117 years, which on the grand scale of things isn’t even an eyeblink in time. If these people are so smart I’d like an explanation of the medieval warming which allowed the Scandinavians to settle Iceland and then Greenland. They got frozen and starved out of Greenland before 1400 if I remember correctly, and a thousand years ago they were able to graze livestock on 40-75 percent of the land but now can only use 20%. Why the decrease, because it‘s colder than it was a thousand years ago that’s why. In England they were able to grow grapes for wine during that time as well, but then it got colder explaining why the Brits are big beer drinkers now. Barley grows where grapes can‘t or won’t.

Its really sad the we the people are still a bunch of children. I’ve always believed there are no adults. Not slamming any of the good folk on the Blaze, just an observation. The most childish are the most powerful, so really we the people have to take a good look at ourselves. You really have to be crazy to want to be a political figure if you really think about it. So electing the folks that want to be elected officials is in fact crazy. George Washington was the reluctant president. In my opinion anyone who wants the job is crazy, and those that vote for said person are ignorant. The Gov was supposed to be made up of regular folk. Look what we have now, not even close. The guy from Utah is probably the closest thing to a real person in politics. Its all arse backwards now. WE THE PEOPLE need to really get in the game.

I love how the UN adopts a goal to limit global warming to 2 degrees. These clowns have not been able to positively influence the outcome of anything going on in the world, especially those things like civil wars and genocide raging constantly in recent years. The most recent failure of the Secretary General to broker peace in Syria is par for their course. That they think they can have any influence over the forces of nature, like climate, when they can’t influence the affairs of mankind is comical to the extreme.

Well I know both of the globalists we have to chose from are pro UN and I’m sure this stuff give Obama a woody, but how’s Romney feel about the eco fascists? Anyone know? I mean I agree temps are rising, but I don’t know if man has anything to do with it. Besides there’s nothing ethical that can be done to reverse it, and since big governments only seem to screw things up, I’m not all that enthused at the prospect of a global government tackling the issue.

Comrades Papa Joe showed us what to do. It’s simple! Just take all these climate change nut jobs and round them up. I’m certain that Russia will grant us the use of one of their finest gulags so these people can really learn about climate change!
Have you noticed that there is no mention about the first snow in South Africa since 1968? Or that the ice caps have almost doubled in size?
Of course Papa Joe showed us another way to deal with idiots. It involves a ditch and a machine gun.

The UN based ‘research’ on the global warming garbage is a admitted, proven hoax and fraud done for the sole purpose of control and redistribution of wealth around the world under their hands. This is one more thing Obama will jump on the bandwagon for, any treaty he can, the instant his defeat happens and before Romney is sworn in.
