“Real News From The Blaze” Tuesday examined the current political discussion from the question Ronald Reagan memorably posed to the nation during his final debate with incumbent President Jimmy Carter in 1980: ”Are you better off than you were four years ago?”
The panel began the show by gauging the question on domestic policy, then looked to what Reagan next asked on the debate stage: ”Is America as respected throughout the world as it was? Do you feel that our security is as safe, that we’re as strong as we were four years ago?”
Watch a clip from the show below, discussing the status of U.S. foreign policy now, compared to four years ago:

Posted on July 18, 2012 at 12:55pmObama is defunding the military, demoralizing the troops by this gay thing. They have complainst of racial abuse in the service against Whites and other ethnics who are not in the black cliques circles. These are people Obama will use against those who oppose him and his regime. Obama is not leading in America as a President for he came into Office ineligible and knew when he made it, he would have an open road with the leftist media and those idiots with money in Hollywood who live like sodomites. Obama is a man of perdition who is setting the stage in this country for the anti-Christ. If that is not to your liking, then, give me a better explaination because I want to hear it. Those who study the Bible know this is true. It is not the ravings of just me, as a lone voice crying in the wilderness. People who have seen this before in their own governments are trying to warn the United States of what is happening here in our country. Even Russia knows that Obama has a forged birth certificate. It is time to impeach him and get those out of our offices that are holding up justice and promoting a dictatorship.

Posted on July 18, 2012 at 12:31pmWe are not done yet boys and girls, not by a long shot. Biblical prophecy speaks of us destroying the military might of both Iran (Persia) and Iraq (Media). There is simply no way we fall to the ground and don’t get back up with that prophecy looming over our heads.
Report Post »First Iran (Persia) and Iraq (Media) must rise to power and become well off financially, that will occur with the state hood of the Middle East. Prophecy speaks of them using that wealth against the state of Israel and the West moving in to destroy the power of both Iran (Persia) and Iraq (Media).
You will find the account written in the book of Daniel, chapters 8 and 11
That’s the good news
The bad news is that war between Persia and the West, leads to Daniel 7 which is the blowing of the four winds of destruction which bring about the rule by the fake Jesus and the end of this earth eon or age.

Posted on July 18, 2012 at 9:11amSad to say we cannot keep up our current presence all over the world any longer . We have gone from prince to pauper and living on overdrawn credit cards. Our troops are tired and need a break. We will have to close some of our bases in the more peaceful areas and charge others for our presence, we cannot put the burden of other countries security on the backs of americans . Boost up security along our borders, and get our factories going again.

Posted on July 17, 2012 at 11:14pmI dont think we have had a nickles worth of difference from Bush, Clinton, Bush, to Obama. Romney isnt offering a difference either.
Our greatest security threat is our economic problems at home. The economy and our foreign policy go hand and hand. If we go bankrupt our overseas military stuff ends.
We need to end the war Afghanistan now. We need stop this bs with Syria and Iran now. We should close all but our strategic naval and air bases on foreign soil. We are the only country in the world doing this. Russia has one base outside of Russia, its in Syria. We will be bankrupt soon. Its basic math.

Posted on July 18, 2012 at 12:02amI go MUCH further and NO I am not a Ron Paulbot…..we should TOTALLY pull out of countries outside of our continent……Japan and Germany have had “peace” for decades…….Leave our presences in our Embassies but as for bases ESPECIALLY in Europe it’s time to go…..Our Navy is the strongest in the world and we’ll maybe have t retain presences in port cities but as for overwhelming “ground troops and multi billion dollar missile platforms” it’s time to leave……of course this would call for more bases placed on the border with Mexico and a gradual build up to militarizing our borders……talk softly and carry a big stick!!!

Posted on July 18, 2012 at 12:29amWell we have 900 bases in 130 countries total. I dont believe we should close all of them but as you say Japan and Germany should be paying for their own defense. We have to address our overseas spending because we will have riots in the streets for sure when they start cutting government freebies.

Posted on July 17, 2012 at 10:56pmOf course, we can all conveniently get a case of amnesia sometimes whenever we stop and reflect on Reagan and Iran-Contra in 1985:
————————————————————-
The Iran-Contra Affair
According to the Report of the Congressional Committees Investigating the Iran-Contra Affair issued in November 1987, the sale of U.S. arms to Iran through Israel began in the summer of 1985, after receiving the approval of President Reagan. The report shows that Israel’s involvement was stimulated by separate overtures in 1985 from Iranian arms merchant Manucher Ghorbanifar and National Security Council (NSC) consultant Michael Ledeen, the latter working for National Security Adviser Robert McFarlane. When Ledeen asked Prime Minister Shimon Peres for assistance, the Israeli leader agreed to sell weapons to Iran at America’s behest, providing the sale had high-level U.S. approval.
