Opinion: it is a giant con game during this period of history of change from centuries old paper writing to digital writing that governments are grabbing away privacy rights in part also because it easier for them to spy; digital email transmissions are no real different then digital wired phone transmissions, and servers like switching connection that can be tapped but are legal treated total different simply because they travel on a different set of wires by different frequency sometimes that’s crazy power/rights grapping thinking by aging liberal courts and power hungry fedgovn stripping personal and states rights and lazy law enforcement that hate Our Constitutional privacy right laws; it is ironic the those that it seems to be ripping us off the most by far are the fedbank/gov/lawyers who want or demand a wall of secrecy on all that they do?! Has anyone thought that the very method and transmissions codes system base MS, that is filled with bugs and holes, is flawed and an one only type fits all are the problems? There are better software systems. Its just software transmissions code part. We are forced to change every few years anyway so develop totally different better secured systems it a thought?

The NDAA is UNCONSTITUTIONAL – the same with this cybersecurity. Facebook, Twitter and that I can understand – because it’s PUBLIC. But emails – no, not without a warrant. There is no perfect security. You have to have “cause” – thus a warrant. The Fed’s should not be allowed to do this – period where the posting is not a pulbic site.
