Posted on April 2, 2012 at 10:52amAll blacks who are against other ethnics can line up and kiss my butt. I owe them or noone else nothing but civility when they are civil to me. If they are not they will be treated like they act, only worse, depending upon the breach.

Posted on April 2, 2012 at 10:46amThis idiot in the White House is supposed to be Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces and so when he is in this position as Commander and Chief possibly illegally, then this deceiver who is supporting the Consitution and is not, where does that put those who are supposed to uphold the Constitution? The deceiver in the White House will twist and degrade the Constitution of this land until it is not recognizable. These young men did not swear to then uphold a phony bunch of laws. I can see the Marine’s point. They need to impeach the man sitting in our Presidents chair and give the boy a metal. I do not look for it to happen, but maybe after Obama is ousted, (if they do not cheat their way back in,) all of this can really be looked into with a new DOJ head and cleared up. Maybe the young man will get some relief. This is showing a loss of morale in the service when some of the military is looking at the President the same way some of us do. I cannot say what I would do if I was him. Probably try to get out if I really felt that way. It is a shame that a President could give room for those under him to feel like he is not serving the country in the manner he should and they feel they have to question his motives.

Posted on March 23, 2012 at 1:18pmWhy was it the in the Army the old Soldiers creed speaks of supporting and defending the constitution of the United States? I think the new one came out in 2007? Now it is defending the American way of life….. Did anyone else notice this with other changes to it? To me defending the constitution is important. The American way of life can be brainwashed to you howevere someone seems fit.

Posted on March 23, 2012 at 9:57amFact: Our military members take an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against enemies both foreign and domestic — and NOT a person.

Posted on March 23, 2012 at 10:12amAnother fact, saying that you are a Marine and then telling someone your opinion is not you saying that you speak on behalf of the military.
Oh, and I am an IRR Marine and I will say this…
FU@K OBAMA! THE RAT TURD SHOULD DROWN!

Posted on March 23, 2012 at 9:46amDuring the days of Clinton, the only time senior NCO’s spoke out against their Criminal-in-Cheat was when they were given the floor to comment during their retirement ceremony. I witnessed more than a few E-7s who would have been brought up on insubordination charges (including one first sergeant who was a friend of mine) if they weren’t already leaving the service.
Report Post »With this open discussion of the current Communist-in-Chief, we see this same disrespect for the president raised to an even higher level not because the military has lost it’s way, but because the civilian government is COMPLETELY WITHOUT DIRECTION! I commend those on active duty who are aware of the incompetency of the president, and hope that they will continue to serve in the various branches. The military needs sound minds to lead when the leaders cannot or WILL NOT LEAD AS THEY SHOULD.

Posted on March 23, 2012 at 7:36amIf Mr President orders those Marines to march thru the streets and disarm the American public, they should blindly follow that order?? Be careful how you demonize those who are protecting your right to run your mouth in this very forum.

Posted on March 23, 2012 at 4:40pmIt won’t be necessary to use American troops that might not put their heart & soul into controlling & rounding up their fellow Americans. That little job will be done by UN troops.

Posted on March 23, 2012 at 9:27amLUKERW, I don’t know what your military experience is, but I’ve always preferred troopers who not only COULD think, but DID think. I’ve had my tail saved on more than one occassion by an NCO or even a junior officer who either picked up on something I missed or thought of another way to tackle a problem. One of the biggest advantages of the US Military is that we not only encourage our Soldiers (Sailors, Marines, Airmen, and Coast Guardsmen) to think, we EXPECT them to. That cultural difference is one of the biggest challenges we encounter when dealing with armies that don’t have that tradition, especially ones based on a Soviet model.

Posted on March 23, 2012 at 10:01amProbably why all my questioning of their ignorant actions and orders didn’t garner alot of approval. Note to others*** you cannot honestly answer an anonymous questionnaire about the state of equal opportunity and affirmative action while you have a black CO, XO, and SgtMaj because they will take extreme offense to the fact that a person believes that affirmative action is racist or that there is no need for an equal opportunity officer because there is no outright racism practiced by the Marine Corps except possibly by the Commanding Officer of a unit who is the E.O. Officer’s Commander.

Posted on March 23, 2012 at 1:08pmI see several people beat me to it, but Ill say it anyway.
The Marine Corps prides itself on it’s Small Unit Leadership, decentralized command and decision making. Read this http://www.au.af.mil/au/awc/awcgate/usmc/strategic_corporal.htm
The strategic Corporal (i.e. 19-20 year old kid) is the one in the thick of the action. He is the one that (especially today with the rate that news travels) will be on ever front page or on the lips of every TV talking head within hours of any significant event, and if not him then certainly the Marine Corps as a whole.
But I know you have zero military experience, so my words are reall for anyone else who has a brain and may not be aware.
