Posted on December 3, 2010 at 9:33amThe Obama administration is trying to improve the economy in ways some of us might find unusual. Can you imagine the boost the funeral industry will get right after Christmas? If this doesn’t jump start mortuaries, at least Obama can say he did his best. And it will be very popular, too. To use black humor, people are just dying to buy this service.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 9:02amYou know that people on life support cost the medical insurance industry the most money. The Democrats best solution is to let the cuts expire so a lot of people pull the plug. This will cost some tax money, but take hundreds if not thousands off of the “Expense” column for the insurance industry.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 8:42amThanks for the kind words, sadly I have never served our fine country! That is my Call of Duty Reflex screen name, but I kind of like it. I do appreciate all the commentary here, people are trying to stand up, trying to wake up. So I hope to assist in that measure. I am an systems analyst by trade, a capenter and a dad, and most of all a proud American, who can’t stand to see what is happening to our great land. I have lived overseas, for 10 years in Jamaica, and at the ripe old age of 14, saw death and destruction from socialized democracy. We have mirrored those changes here, and if anyone cares to see our recent past, starting on 2008, and what our future looks like (execpt the bailout piece, because no one can bail the USA out), then watch this video series:

This may fully open some eyes, in my humble opinion!

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 8:20amGod above!
That is some of the best commentary I have heard in a long time; and understand as a preacher I am all too familiar with ranting (useless) and commentary (effective). I especially loved the amoeba reference to them.
Keep up the good work Sgt Crust!
Hats off to you. And thanks for the service.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 8:17amYou just have to wonder why anyone would vote for Democrats. I mean for the last two years they have been doing nothing but spending our money and taking vacations. You can’t honestly think that they have any good intentions for AMERICA. Now they think that they have our best interest in mind. The only ones making out like bandits are the blacks and the illegals. The rest of us are getting the shaft.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 8:16amMore even than that is what will happen in the markets when they don’t extend the tax cuts. That will be the trigger for the market crash. I am already making arrangements to protect my investment in the mkt against the tax rise. I am a single mother of two who is far from rich, but if they do not extend the tax cuts I will pull every dime I have in the market out and put it in commodities or a foreign currency to protect its current value from the coming meltdown.

Not unlike Palin and the “Death Panels”…You go King…we ain‘t seen nothin’ yet, wait till January when he begins to expose the corruption involved in the reparations involving the black farmers …heads are going to roll! He’s as serious as a heart attack…he’s going after all involved in that scam!

After all they have killed over 40,000,000 babies claiming some “right”. So now it only makes sense that they attack other defenseless people.
Why was there an estate tax in the first place……big brother DID NOTHING TO EARN ANY OF IT !!!

One date stand out to me almost instantly if I understand my history correctly in that it began in a 1916 legislation; was that Woodrow Wilson being President.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 8:11amThe double taxation which are the estate taxes is no more than plain old theft. They are completely indefensible and yet King shows himself the fool to tout them with exaggeration.
Report Post »Decent people don’t think like he does about offing relatives for inheritance. Political thieves like King, however, are not decent people.

No thief is a decent person; yet indeed the political ones are the worst, even compared to the mafia dons, at least with the don’s you know they are criminal business operators; still crooks, yet not on the par of the politicians.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 8:22amTax and retax on the money already taxed. I bet they are up there trying to figure out how they can keep people alive until January 2, and then how fast they can put the death panels in place to finish them off. This may be the meanest, most evil group of S.O.B.’s I have ever had the pleasure of not meeting (with the exception of Bill Nelson, sorry to say, and Ander Crenshaw, glad to say). I guess we should be glad they are using the same old scare tactics since they didn’t work in Nov.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 9:03amI am selling all I own to my kids for $1.00 before I die. Then all I have to do is keep paying the taxes until I die and my kids won’t have to worry about that crap.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 7:56amSorry Rep King but they won’t be laying on their deathbeds thinking about that they will be trying harder to die before you idiots in congress decide that we saved all our lives so that we can give a big chunk of it to the US government. You really are a moron, do you have a string tied around your finger to remind you to breath?

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 7:55amI have no doubt that this is really happening, if I had only months to live and dieing a little early would ensure that all the property I had slaved my entire life to give to my children would go to them, then I’d do what it took to speed things up.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 8:53amI agree, If I was dying anyways and the only way to preserve my childs inheritance was to pull the plug I’d do it. The Government should NEVER have started the death tax, it is unbelievable that they feel they have a right to tax the crap out of us for dying.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 8:59amDo what I plan on doing, to keep them from having to pay an estate tax, I will be SELLING THEM EVERY THING I OWN FOR SAY $1.00. Then while still alive, I will keep paying the taxes on the property. Then when I die all they have to do is shove me in a coffing and throw some dirt on me and worry about nothing else.
Report Post »booger71
Posted on December 3, 2010 at 11:20am“SELLING THEM EVERY THING I OWN FOR SAY $1.00″
Good idea, but the IRS will not allow it, and they will slam your kids for back taxes.
Report Post »mikem1969
Posted on December 3, 2010 at 11:53ambooger71, As long as the taxes are current, they would not have to pay back taxes, current taxes yes, but again, as I stated even though I would sell them the property, I would pay the taxes on it until I died.
Report Post »jsaturn
Posted on December 3, 2010 at 12:12pmSorry, Mike – “sell them everything I own for $1.00″ would be a taxable lifetime gift, which, if not reported for Gift Tax (Form 709) when made, would indeed result in “back taxes” (and penalties) at your death, but only if the IRS Caught You. Think about Wesley Snipes before you go for that alternative. They’ve already thought of your alternative, and the -0- Estate Tax currrently in effect, does not apply to the Gift Tax, which is still in effect at present.
Report Post »mikem1969
Posted on December 3, 2010 at 1:08pmjsaturn if that is the case, then they can buy it for full price (paperwork only), then it is not a gift in the eyes of the evil IRS.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 9:50amI know its my choice but I have no intention of giving my kids inheritance. If I have not raised them well enough to take care of them selves then I have failed and if I have failed in raising them then they will likely end up broke ether way. I also do not think the state has a right to confiscate everything that I have already paid taxes on.
Report Post »booger71
Posted on December 3, 2010 at 1:39pmMike, if the property is worth less than a million dollars, just place it in a trust to be executed as part of your will, no taxes, and you will avoid probate

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 4:37pmSuicide and murder will get you eternity in hell. If you are so greedy to kill or commit suicide you deserve eternal damnation. Money is temporary as your life on earth. This is not a valid choice and shame on King for presenting it as one. If one person commites suicide or “pulls the plug” because of King he deserves to burn in hell as well.
