Ms. Sanchez I do not mind one bit paying for a child with lukemia to be treated and GOD willing survive. I do not mind paying for a child’s healthcare one tiny bit. The person who I mind paying for is that lazy slob who won’t try to better their life and consider it an obligation of the government to take care of them. THAT is who I mind paying for. I don’t mind helping pay for McDonalds Johnny as long as he works hard and continues to try to improve himself.

Are these people actually trying to be genuine here and show emotion of caring. It fails. Anyone who has any kind of self respect and decency wants to work and pay their way. Any one who doesn’t well that is their fault. The world is better off without them. You people want to waste TRILLIONS on wars and act like you do not want to redistribute by nation building. These societies have been around for in some cases decades longer than us. If they cannot evolve and learn let them kill themselves off. That is more land for us when they are done. Give me a break with any kind of economical care or care for the people of this country the only one you care about is the one talking. Thanks and please speak like that more so people can understand what a complete moron you are. =)

I have Blue Cross [California] and so far rates have not been increased, but it is only a matter of time….still, does anyone think the reason the insurance company profits may be up this year is due to the fact that people such as myself can scrape up enough for the premium, just in case we have a major illness, but we can not easily afford the amount the insurance doesn’t cover. Therefore, I will put off non- critical healthcare until my business picks up… once the conservatives get back some power! So, Blue Cross is simply not paying out on my policy this year = greater profits….how about yours? Who is taking the blame for the economic recovery, or lack therof? How about all the Obama policies, starting with his forced healthcare fiasco that shocked America into frugality!

Isn’t this the same woman who changed back to her surname Sanchez at the last minute before the election? I think she ran against B1Bob.

Then it was found that more illegals voted for her than there were registered voters in the district.
Gee, it would have been an even bigger win for her, but when she changed back to her surname, the dead folks knew she had it in the bag and stayed home
Got news for her.. Of course she knows this.. After awhile, there won’t be any damn private insurance companies. The only available health care program will be nationalized marxist Care.
This IS the Plan.. Obie Care will work towards this goal little by little.
What? You think this man is not a communist?
Oh!! You just arrived from outer space.. Bet you were tuned into Bill O though. He is NOT convinced either..He is so full of himself, he can’t see farther than himself.Deliberately so.

I cannot think of all the details, but a number of years ago, she ran against a Republican that gave us repbulicans a bad name. She won and if I am right, she also has a sister that serves as a Representative. Neither of them are qualified in any way to serve but you will never get them out any more than you will get Pelosi or Waters and maybe Boxer, Waxman, Fienstein out. They are entrenched by people who are like their representative and senators extreme left wing progressive democrats. These two Sanchez girls probably couldn’t pass a constitutional test. Isn’t what she doing illegal?

I wonder if Rep. Sanchez has any constituents in her district working in the insurance industry. I‘m sure they’d be thrilled at her cavalier attitude . Likewise their fellow citizens in California and the entirety of this Republic (not 57 as a certain person once said) who depend on said industry to earn a living.

Actually they haven’t stopped selling policies to children who have pre-exsisting conditions they‘ve stopped children’s only policies. With the rise in cost of policies due to these new laws they had to cut some place. So now they are selling family policies because they are more cost effective.
They do have an obligation to their other clients to be able to cover them and their stock holders by law to provide a profit.
so Rep if you can‘t tell the truth about what’s going on keep your mouth shut. It’s your laws that are causing all these problems

This way the evil insurance companies, the other would have been see we’re great we made it work so everyone is covered.(nevermind that we’ll al be living in tents and getting Pneumonia. Of course then they will spin that into, see how great this is we got it through just in time for this epidemic. Of course I‘ll be in for the migrain they’ve given me from trying to control the urge not to throttle the lot of them.

That’s right Chris, lets blackball the companies that are trying to survive because of the impending slaughter they are about to experience from your Messiah. This is gangsta tactics. Again, Obamacare continues to work AS PLANNED. The law contains ridiculous provisions that insurance companies must react to in order to remain in business (like stop selling policies that are GUARANTEED TO BE FINANCIAL LIABILITIES while they still can), and, sadly, Democrat politicians, like this Useful Idiot above, get to say, ” What a shame. It’s unbelievable that they would actually do that.” which will be followed by, ‘The private sector has failed’, which will then lead to the inevitable Public “Option”, which, obviously, was the endgame all along.
Even sadder, their Less Useful, Bigger Idiot Democrat constituents believe her. It‘s too bad stupidity isn’t painful.

Is there a way? Yes. and it is: Elect enough real conservatives in 2010 to take both houses of Congress, and then block as much of Obamacare’s funding as possible. Then, in 2012, elect enough real conservatives to Congress and the White House that the bill may be repealed (and hopefully not even replaced).
Will that way come to pass? I share your cynicism on this topic at this time.

Nov is our last chance to get it right. The progressives will be pulling all kinds of tricks out of their bags. Even after the elections the lame duck session and Obama’s back door methods will create the perfect storm. We are dealing with some nasty people who will stop at nothing to fulfill their agenda. The progressives know as well time is running out. I’d say America is starting to look like Mount St Helens just before she let go.

How about we repeal this unconstitutional ObamaCare law and look at the one the republicans offered. The one Nancy Pelosi never let out of Committee while complaining the Republicans did not have a plan. LIARS ALL OF THEM!!!!

The “Empowering Patients First Act” (H.R 3400) was introduced by Representative Tom Price (R-GA) and 27 co-sponsors on July 30, 2009 prior to the congressional recess. It was then referred to eight House committees. http://www.hermancain.com/news/press-opinion-083109.asp

I listened carefully and I thought she said it all comes back on the taxpayers. But isn’t that what happens now anyway. It all comes back to the taxpayers, so where does she think the money to pay any of it will come from. I’m not sure why a child would need a policy by themselves when they could be included in a family policy.

What I thought was funny – ‘loopholes’ and ‘intent of the law’…one would think a 2,500 page bill would be explicit enough and have few, if any, loopholes.

And the goal all along was to have taxpayers pay for it. Of course, we already do (through higher premiums)m but now we will have to pay for more, including a government bureaucracy (including 16,000 healthcare enforcement agents). Go figure.

Did you notice that she said repeatedly THEY would control what goes it in the insurance plans. Currently my insurance plan is a Cadillac plan. I have great insurance and WE THE PEOPLE decide what goes in it. If WE dont like what is or is not covered, or the price, WE go somewhere else. My health care is not your right. Get out of my health care, Get your nose out of my diet, Get your nose out of my business, cause your about to get punched… and quit spending MY money.

Yes! I am donating to her opponent, Mr. Van Tran. I decided this upon hearing her comments about the Vietnamese trying to take over the [her] Latino seat. Don’t you mean the seat of the American People, Loretta? But hey, at least the Vietnamese understand the very real threat of Communism….
And who does she think will pay the higher insurance rates when privately owned insurance companies are forced to cover everyone? The person who is also THE TAXPAYER! I believe that is why communities fund-raise for Children’s Hospitals and celebrities organize massive charities for sick kids…..charity is so much better than Communism!!

Coming from Canada myself, ya your exactly right, my mother who was in Canada died from bladder cancer, even when they caught it early, and could have got it before it grew. They don’t even care, the doctor said, “well even we did try, how much longer would she have” she was 82 at the time. Trust me the U.S does not want socialized medicine.
