Report: Democrat Super PAC Donations Still Lag Behind Republican…By a Lot

Report: Democrat Super PAC Donations Still Lag Behind Republican...By a LotPolitico is reporting that Democrat super PAC fundraising is lagging “woefully” behind Republican, despite the increased momentum in donations from last year.

The running 2012 tally for Democrat super PACs was surpassed in the first two months of 2012 by Republicans, and now the rough total sits at $8.3 million for Democrats, compared to $34.1 million for those on the right.

“Republicans and their outside groups are going to spend an unprecedented amount of money to advance their right-wing ideology,” the Democrat super PACs said in a statement, urging their donors to contribute more.

Even the labor unions have been “lagging” in their contributions, and they provided a significant portion of what is filling the Democrat coffers.

Politico continues:

The biggest individual donor revealed Friday was hedge fund billionaire James H. Simons, who cut a $1 million check to Majority PAC at the end of last month. That matches him with controversial comedian Bill Maher, who gave $1 million to Priorities USA Action in February, as the biggest Democratic super PAC donors so far this year.

Other major donors revealed Friday include Anne G. Earhart, an heiress to the Getty Oil fortune, who gave $400,000 to American Bridge, and Donald Sussman, a hedge fund billionaire and husband of Rep. Chellie Pingree (D-Maine) who donated $250,000 to Majority PAC.

It is unclear whether Democrat funding will soon increase, but Republicans have a steady lead to date.

The votes for the POTUS will be counted, not here in this country, but in SPAIN by a company with ties to George Soros.
“It’s not the people who vote that count. It’s the people who count the votes.” (Josef Stalin)
The fix is in and the election will be rigged.
There’s only ONE constitutional candidate, Ron Paul 2012.

I don’t think most of the union workers have a say in how the union money is spent. I do find the purple tshirt SEIU people sitting around in Chicago intimidating though. Do they get paid to wear those tshirts and sit around there?
Hopefully the people are waking up to the BS out of Obama administration. It doesn’t take a genius to pick up on the lies. Anyone paying any attention at all should be able to figure it out. The union workers can pretend to go along and then vote Obama out. I still have faith in human nature to do the right thing once they can see the truth. Obama’s lies are not as convincing as they may have been in the beginning.

To top all things off, there is a little DNC harrassment scandal going on in NC Hope this throws the democraps for another loop…lol.

It is hard to be a democrat and conserve the money meant for re-election when they spend on so many other things like John Edwards did and then when that runs out they try to tap into taxpayers money.
Sure hope people will see the democrap party for what it is this year. OWS and Sharpton are spelling a few things out for us if we open our eyes.

You are absolutely correct! For most of us small-government true conservatives, Mitt was not our choice, but realistically he WILL be the nominee and at this point, we need to be positive about him, donate to conservative super PACs ourselves, and get ourselves, our families, our neighbors and everyone we know out to vote for Mitt in November. We MUST get BO out of the White House or the USA will never recover. America will become like any other weak, bankrupt European Socialist country after four more years if we allow BO back in the Oval office.

It is up to all of us at this point to be really positive about Mitt to all of the fence sitters in our family or at work or in our circles of friends. And we need to donate also. The liberal vote-getting tactics will ensure that this will be a VERY close election and it is the most important election of any of our lives.

Dem’s screw themselves over. The whole mantra of their party is to make everyone dependent, and discourage work. The mindset of people on welfare is to take, not to give. Why would they use what little money they get from the government (that the gov takes from us) to support their party, when they can go buy beer and tv’s?

4 people are responsible for 30% of their money.

The Democratic leftists may be running short on money, yet the clear threat of Obama and his constant assumption of his guaranteed second term continues to be troubling. I have to wonder once again what his move is – coup, dictatorship, state of emergency (indefinite) or a combination of events that nullify the elections.

By himself Mr Obama is bad enough in action and deed, with Soros having made the statement that in each state “You do not need to control the voters, only control those who certify the votes…”

He is alleged to have 17 state level members who certify those state votes in his control, if so the number is probably near twice that.

My best guess is that they will continue to play the race card and stimulate violence in the streets. Most recently the Zimmerman/Martin debacle. The media types and radicals JUMPED on this altercation because they were sure of white on black violence when they read the names of those involved. Sounded like a white-boy name, too bad he was Latino looking, had they investigated this they wouldn’t have made an issue of it. Even with lots of press they can’t get their foot-soldiers to riot. He’s not getting much support in his attack on the Supreme Court. He still is using Executive order to the max, most recently the nat gas rulings. He may try to invalidate the election by claiming widespread fraud, i.e. Holder’s ballot freely given to an unknown person etc. I don‘t think he’ll get much traction there either as the Secretary’s of State validate the elections on a State by State basis, that would be pretty hard to coordinate. Military coo? Not if I know the Men in Arms. Maybe he’ll just say no, no, I won’t go. Good luck with that one too. Have you heard the recent “idea” being floated?, A Dual Presidency? HA, Ha, Ha, yeah we’ll buy that one all right!
