Report: Gloria Allred to Hold Press Conference With New Herman Cain Accuser

Herman Cain’s problems may be far from over — at least when it comes to the scandal surrounding the decade-old sexual allegations that have been waged against him.

RadarOnline is reporting that “a new woman” is planning to break her silence at a news conference on Monday afternoon.

Radar also claims that this mystery woman will allegedly be accompanied by (i.e. potentially represented by) infamous attorney Gloria Allred.

The press conference is purportedly going to take place in New York City. Radar has more:

The woman, who will be the first to go public on Monday, sought Cain’s help with an employment issue and was allegedly sexually harassed by him. Allred and her client will discuss, in detail, what she alleges occurred with Cain.

Politico’s Alexander Burns says that this newest element could pose major problems for the GOP presidential contender. He writes:

This may be the greatest threat to Cain going forward: not that his opponents exploit the sexual harassment reports to bring him down but that this story line takes on the proportions of a celebrity scandal and overwhelms his campaign.

Over the weekend, Cain claimed that he would answer no more questions about the harassment allegations. He also blamed journalists, suggesting that those who continued to ask about the scandal were acting unethically. When Cain was asked if he planned to never answer questions again about the allegations, he answered affirmatively. “You got it,” he said.

If Radar’s report is true, it looks like Cain may not be able to make good on that pledge.

      The left will stop at nothing to discredit Cain. You see, he stands for all they are against. Here is the short list. 1) A black person working their way to success and overcoming things in their way instead of having things handed to them. 2) With the first of the list this bucks the conservatives and repubs are racist and haters, so they can’t throw the race card anymore. With those two pieces of ammo, Cain could set the libs and progressives back a century in their plans because without race baiting and handouts, the libs and progressives have nothing. It is also VERY FUNNY THAT NONE OF THIS CAME OUT UNTIL AFTER CAIN SURGED IN THE POLES AHEAD OF ROMNEY THE RINO.

      If the same allegations were being leveled against Obama the liberal media would have publicly scorned these women and worn out the race card by now in defense of their 1/2 white President.

      I don’t think they can stomach the notion that the first “black” President might end up being a Republican.

      The woman has no need for a lawyer, unless Cain sues her for slander. The statute of limitations for any claim of harassment has long since passed. It sounds like this woman never made any kind of complaint to the NRA. Her only possible purpose in coming forward now is to hurt Cain.

      Of course, if he is a skirt-chaser, I appreciate knowing about it before he gets the nomination, rather than after.

      I would like to step forward as well. In the 90′s Mr. Cain said I had the same eye’s as my mother, he then winked at me. These were unwanted comment‘s and action’s that I have been struggling with for so long and feel that now that he is running for POTUS, this is the proper time to let the world know.

      Tabloid TV star and political correctness maven Gloria Allred is all about getting herself on TV and the Hollwood media is more than ready to put her on, especially when she’s smearing a conservative. How pathetic it is when someone measures their success by how many reputations they can ruin.

      By the way, I followed UNDECIDEDinCLEVELAND’s suggestion and Googled “Gloria Allred baseball” and viewed the TMZ video. Her behavior disgusting and I believe far worse than the behavior she’s criticizing.

      The coach she was criticizing, providing what she described is true, was not behaving appropriately, but it seems it was a momentary reaction. Her having reenacted the alleged behavior at her press conference amounted to pornography as far as I’m concerend.

      As I said, Gloria Allred’s behavior is pathetic. We should pray that she wakes up and sees the error in her ways and makes amends to the people she has wrongfully harmed over the years.

      Rotcarpenter… I’m as conservative as they come. I was initially very excited about Herman Cain and he was in my top 3 picks… Now that he has shown so many weaknesses he is in my bottom 3. Instead of making accusations against me, why don’t you address one of my concerns with him. Let’s start with his support for TARP… He said that anyone who didn’t support TARP was “economically illiterate.” One of the main stances of the Tea Party was being anti-TARP… so why do you let Cain have a free pass on this huge issue? And I’ve already heard the argument “he didn’t like how it was implemented”… this holds no water because the original intent of TARP was horrible. Your thoughts? I’m gathering that Cain supporters are his fans for the sake of being his fans, not caring about these huge gaffes. Why not step back and take an honest look at some of these things?

In the case of Cain the verdict is still out, time will only tell what will come out in the future. For Romney all of it is in the past and may not be truly a flip-flop. That is why the people need to investigate it, not the media. Gloria Allred does not come cheap which tells me that either she is doing this pro-bono, the client has since become rather wealthy since her needing help from Herman Cain to find a job, or someone else is footing the bill to try and destroy a Black Conservative. If pro-bono, does that not destroy credibility by injecting Allred’s own political bias into the situation. If the second, why would this lady give a flying whip after 15 years and not filing a formal complaint at the time. If the last, which is the most likely, who is at the heart of this?       I don’t care about any of this crap, and it is crap. It makes no difference in the scheme of things to come actually. I have problems with his proposals of policy as well as his tax plan. I don’t care what color you are or what you had for lunch, I only care about what you will or will not do for MY country. This is a distraction PEOPLE!! What we need to concenmtrate on is what is happening in the White House and what the administration is DOING RIGHT NOW!!!

      Just to clear things up, These are the reasons I will not vote for CAIN

      1. He will not resolve the problems the fed have caused our nation for the past hundred years.

      2. He has No Experience dealing from with/within the gov’t

      3. HE has already flip flopped on important issues to appease segments of voters .

      4. He has stated that he would seek council of trusted “in the know” individuals in order to make big decisions (sure to be buddies of the FED and progressive establishment)

      5. His tax plan will hit the lower and middle classes so hard driving prices up for everyone and gives the gov’t another venue to extract money from the economy on top of the traditional systems not replacing them. BAD!!

      It is not a good idea to vote for the lesser of 2 evils as many of us have done for so many years. We have to get it right this time. Herman Cain will give us “more of the same” and has not shown he will be any different than the puppet masters we have had to deal with for the past 30 years.

This is a pure smear tactic run by the Democrats. Gloria’s all red (commy red) for sure. Just doing the job her masters tell her to do.       It may be the GOP. I remember O’Reilly saying early on that neither Dr. Paul nor Mr. Cain would be nominated. He said both of them “didn’t have a chance.”
      He knew Dr. Paul would get blocked by the media is why Dr. Paul would have a hard time,

It was OK that Bill Clinton harassed women on a regular basis and had sex with an white house intern while on duty. It was ok that John Edwards had an affair with another woman and fathered a bastard child while his devoted wife was dying of cancer. It is OK that Barack Obama calls women “sweetheart” while campaigning. It is OK that Anthony Weiner engages in sexual predation on the internet with young girls. This is all an engineered scandal from the liberal media and it will fail to turn Americans against Herman Cain. Where were these so called victims 10 or 15 years ago?

      Because to this point no one has come forward with details. All we have heard so far is Cains version of the truth and as all adults have figured out the truth lies somewhere between the two stories. Unfortunately we only have one story so far.
      Cain’s big problem is that he lied at the start of the issue even with 10 days to prepare his “story”. It never looks good on someone to change your story multiple times especially over the course of just 24 hours.

    Gloria Alread, “Mrs. George Jetson or Judy look alike”, is a big time Democrat supporter. She did this in California against Meg Ryanb who was in the lead running against Jerry Brown and it worked. I think she was approached by the Democratic Party to represent this lady and bring Cain down like Meg Ryan. Whether Cain did anything or not, it’s about taking votes away from him and destroying him.

      Of course this is just another lib hit job. They are scared to death of a successful black man who EARNED his success through education and hard work and has never played the race card. Unlike his lib counterparts, the race baiters for money, Jackson, Sharpton, Farrahakan, Obama, etc, Cain is a positive example to black Americans. He is great role model that would show young blacks that they CAN succeed through education and hard work and not welfare and crime. The ******** cannot have that, if blacks started succeeding on their own, they would leave the Progressive Plantation in droves and that would be the end of the lib power base. As long as blacks and other minorities remain enslaved by welfare, Democrats will be elected to power. They have been doing it since the 1960′s, how far have blacks come in relation to the rest of American society since then? You’d think they would wwake up and get a clue, it has failed them for 50 years, but one more election will do it. What is the unemployment rate for blacks under Obama again?

      Ted, guilty of what? We don’t even know the charge yet. Also, if the charge was serious, it should have been filed back when it happened. Without any paperwork trail, it comes down to a case of he said – she said. How can Cain even defend this type of accusation?

      What if a woman came to your wife and said that you raped her 10 years ago but never filed charges? There is no way to defend a charge like that so you would rely that it did not happen due the lack of a paper trail.
