Report: Norway FM Called for Palestinian State At Youth Camp the Day Before Deadly Rampage

The tragedy in Oslo, Norway has led us to into some not-usually-traveled territory: Norwegian politics. And as we try to get a better understanding of the political climate in the grieving country, here is some of what we are learning.

The day before Anders Behring Breivik opened fire on youths at a Labor Party camp, organizers welcomed the country’s foreign minister. Now, the foreign minister’s message from that day has been revealed: it was an anti-Israel speech in which he came out in strong support of a Palestinian state. That message was something being supported by the camp’s attendees, who were part of the ruling Labor Party’s socialist youth movement called AUF.

According to a translated report for Norwegian news station TV2, Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Store visited the camp on the island of Utoya on Thursday, the day before Breivik opened fire on campers killing over 80 of them.

“Together with the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation correspondent Sidsel Wold and Norwegian People’s Aid Kirsten Belck-Olsen, discussed the Foreign Minister of the deadlock between Israel and the Palestinian Authority,” the Google translation of the article says.

It continues:

As foreign minister arrived Utøya he was met with a demand from the AUF that Norway must recognize a Palestinian state.

- The Palestinians must have their own state, the occupation must end, the wall must be demolished and it must happen now, said the Foreign Minister to cheers from the audience.

Earlier this week, when Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas visited Norway, the Minister said to TV 2 news channel that Norway stands ready to recognize a Palestinian state . This he repeated during the debate on Utøya.

- We are ready to recognize a Palestinian state. I await the actual resolution text Palestinians will promote the UN General Assembly in September, said the Minister.

In fact, a picture taken by Reuters during the foreign minister’s visit shows one youth holding up a sign saying “boycott Israel” in Norwegian:

Norway Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Store Support Palestinian StateWe‘re also learning that Norway’s position on Israel and Palestine may not be surprising giving its ties to socialism, especially the Labor Party and AUF.

For starters, AUF is affiliated with the group called the Young European Socialists (ECOSY). Understandably, ECOSY posted a condolence message to AUF — which populated the island camp — on its website. That message was also signed by members of the International Union of Socialist Youth (IUSY) and referred to the AUF youths as “comrades:”

The Labor Party, which is Norway’s largest political party, also trumpets socialist thought. A translated explanation of the party says it wants “a strong welfare state, controlled by the government and financed through taxes and duties beyond the nation’s income.”

“‘Work for all,’” it adds, “has been the party kampsak [or motto] since the 1930s.”

      I‘m sorry for these kids whose parents didn’t think through the tragic history of Socialism (and other centrally planned governments), and decided to have them learn this destructive idea.

      I don’t know – as some other commenter alluded to as a possibility – whether this guy held a different kind of central planning ideology, but – and I’m saying this as a non-Norwegian who respects the national sovereignty of other countries – until the people attending these types of classes become part of government, or form groups for the purpose of violating individual rights, they should be argued with rather than shot.

      Several points to consider given the facts that the National Media is entirely under Jewish control, there is clearly a plan taking us toward a Global Gov’t supplanting our very own Constitution which should be punishable by death, and given the fact that our own unconstitutional DHS is trying to classify Patriots as terrorists:

      1. The upper echelon of the Norwegian Gov’t is on record voicing very strong anti-Israel sentiment even to the point of encouraging boycotts of Israeli goods.
      2. Norway while critical of Jewish slaughter practices passed laws condemning it even before Hitler did and I believe they are still in effect.
      3. Mossad motto: By way of deception thou shall make war.
      4. The immediate emphasis on his blond hair and non Arab ethnicity. It’s as if the Media wants this really bad.
      5. He attacks the Left with terrorism including bombs and guns providing more excuses for tighter security there and abroad.
      6. He creates a Face Book page 3 days prior claiming that he is Right Wing and a Fundamentalist Christian. He lists two Conspiracy books as his favorite books including 1984.. lol
      7. Finally he’s taken alive.

      Like the aim of Janet and the DHS, worldwide Gov’ts are looking for reasons or excuses to further clamp down on personal liberties and freedom.

      Bottom line is that the official story thus far is very suspect.

      So what are you saying? Anyone who states the truth about Islam must be a killer waiting to explode? That makes no sense. It would be much more correct to say the same thing about Muslims since they follow the Koran and the example of the terrorist Muhammad. So while some of them may not have the will or the nerve to engage in Jihad like their leader Muhammad did (and he makes this guy look like a real piker by comparison,) there have been nearly 18,000 jihad attacks since 9/11. So take a count of all the so-called right wing terror attacks and compare that to 18,000. Who sounds more like a killer now? Those following the example of Muhammad.

      I was thinking the same thing.
      The strategy is predictable:
      1- to exploit the tragedy for political gain against your foes
      2- link murderer with your foes
      3- generalize all foes as being the same as the murderer
      4- pass laws/policy while sympathy is high and people are not thinking rationally

      In light of this article I am going to be careful in how I comment. I have a feeling that this may be a set up by socialists to demonize Jews and anyone that supports them. The killer may even be part of the socialist group and “volun-told” to be a fall guy. They kill their own, blame the Jews, gain sympathy then pass policy/laws. This strategy is not new, the Nazis did it all the time to stir anger against the Jews. In fact most of the violence the Nazis blamed on Jews, the Nazis committed themselves.
      EVERYONE: be very careful on how you comment on this one. A few comments already seems to justify the murdering of kids because of their ideology. No child deserves to die, even if his future mirrors Hitler or other evil. There is no justification for murder only condemnation. The beliefs of the kids may have been forced on them by parents through brainwashing etc… They are not at fault.
      I dont think the article was intended to justify the murder spree, but to call attention to Norway’s stance on Israel and Palestine and the UN vote in Sept for palestinian statehood.

      History lesson:
      In AD70ish the Jews revolted against the Roman occupation. The revolts of the Jews were all to frequent for the Romans and the Romans had had enough. So the Romans sacked Jerusalem and tore the Temple apart. They also exiled the Jews and spread them across Europe. The same thing occurred in 2nd Century AD as well. The Romans wanted to make the Jews’ lives miserable so they gave the Jews a bad reputation in all the Empire. They say first impressions are hard to overcome, and this bad reputation stuck with the Jews in Europe till this present day.
      And yes I do understand the meaning behind the Jacob and Esau story, I do comprehend what I read (BTW it was Laban who swindled Jacob; The first deal was 7 years labor for Rachel, but Laban tricked Jacob and gave him his other daughter Leah, then Jacob had to work another 7 years to get Rachel)…As for Jacob and Esau, Esau sold his birthright to Jacob for a bowl of soup…Jacob deceived his father to get what was his. Also, God ordained Jacob to be the seed of the Messiah, not Esau. Isaac was disobeying God in trying to give the birthright to Esau. read Gen 25:23

      EQUALIZER, Wrong! Norway DID NOT “stand with Germany during WW II”. Norway was a neutral country when Nazi Germany invaded it in April 1940. The Nazi’s set up a Norwegian fascist named Quisling (his name now means traitor in English and many other languages) as their puppet to run Norway and he did as he was told to do from his masters in Berlin. Sure, there were Norwegian collaborators, they existed all over Nazi occupied Europe. Among the many things the Norwegian resistance did was stop the Nazi’s from getting “hard water” which they needed to help build an atomic bomb. Don’t they teach history anymore?     Emotionally divided…. How do I morn for those seeking the destruction of Israel? I don’t celebrate and I lack compassion…. what a conundrum I face in living in this world

      Perhaps it would help to consider that these people were not intent on the destruction of Isreal. The policies they desired result in that, but you are assuming they see things the way you do. remembering bthat many people are simply deceived can help to sympathize with them.

      But you should still mourn their deaths. They did not deserve this. Failure to do this makes us no better than those truly seeking to destroy Israel.

      Nowhere do they deny Israels right exist.. What they do support is the right of the palisteniaens to have their own state. There is a very big difference. These people are not Ahmadinjad or Khameni, these are regular Europeans, which ofcourse is not as pro-Israel as America is, we just happen to see it from the palastina side to.

      And please understand that for all the times socialist is mentioned in these articles… european socialism is NOT THE SAME as the socialism right wingers are thinking of when you read it. European socialism is a hybrid between capitalism and modern socialism. Its not the old way socialism of the government controlling all aspects of your lives. The article makes it seems like these people are socio communists.

      The modern day European socialism is in no way communistic, anti-free trade, anti-capitalism or 1984ish. Norway is a prime example of this.

      Thank you for posting that link. I recorded it just incase it disappears which it surely will.
      I watched the flick. Had to pause and magnify much of the text to read it. Anders knew exactly what he was doing and why. He was not insane. He most likely considers himself the “first raindrop” which he explains in the flick. Very well done film. I’m sure we will be seeing more actions such as what he did in the future. He went after the jugglar evident by whom he chose to attack. He has left a lasting impression on this generation of European cultural marxist. One has to be able to look beyond the horror of the deed to see the war. That is not to say I sympathise or condone it…rather I understand it.
      Now if Americans would open their eyes to see that the very same phenonom is occuring here, maybe we can save this country. Some of the people do see, many Blaze posters included, but the great majority is willing to continue in their day to day lives enjoying their creature comforts right up until the trap is sprung. It seems the American citizensry is still in a “political resolution mode”. The war hasn’t started here yet.

      Cuthalu…Zionists are not atheists. They believe in God. He is God of the Jews first. Their eyes are blinded to the fact that Jesus/Yeshua is the One that they were and are waiting for. When the full number of gentiles have come in, that is when God will open their eyes and they will mourn for having pierced their own God. Then Jesus will cleanse their land of all idolatry.       Anti-zionist socialist swine. Wasn’t socialism created by Engels and Marx, both zionist. Weren’t most of the Bolsheviks jewish zionists. Wasn’t the whole bolshevik revolution funded by the zionist banker Jacob Schiff? Aren’t many of the big time international zionist also some of the biggest funders of socialist governments. What about jewish zionists such as Sarkosy and Strauss Kahn, are they not socialists.
