Report: Third ‘Fast and Furious’ Gun Linked to Border Agent’s Killing

Third Fast and Furious Gun Linked to Border Agents Killing

A third gun linked to the botched Operation “Fast and Furious” federal firearms sting may have been found at the scene of murdered U.S. Customs and Border Agent Brian Terry.

New documents have emerged that contradict the previous government claim that only two weapons tied to the Fast and Furious investigation were found at the crime scene, according to Fox News.

If true, these revelations could lead to serious criminal charges, including obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence, and making false official statements.

Fox’s sources have claimed  the FBI covered up evidence from the Brian Terry murder crime scene to protect a confidential informant. According to those same sources, the reason the FBI would go to such lengths to protect an informant if because he/she:

“Works inside a major Mexican cartel and provided the money to obtain the weapons used to kill Terry. Unlike the two AK-style assault weapons found at the scene, the third weapon could more easily be linked to the informant. To prevent that from happening, sources say, the third gun “disappeared.”"

There are also a series of emails Fox has obtained from the hours after Terry was killed on Dec. 14, 2010,  that top ATF officials wrote that appear to indicate knowledge of a third weapon. In one email, an intelligence analyst wrote that:

“She had successfully traced two weapons at the scene, and is now “researching the trace status of firearms recovered earlier today by the FBI.”"

In a response to that email, deputy ATF-Phoenix director George Gillett asks:

“Are those two (AK-47s) in addition to the gun already recovered this morning?”

Third Fast and Furious Gun Linked to Border Agents Killing

Border Agent Brian Terry

When Fox showed the emails to a former federal prosecutor, the response was shock. “I have never seen anything like this,” he said,  ”I can see the FBI may have an informant involved but I can’t see them tampering with evidence. If this is all accurate, I’m stunned.”

The FBI declined to comment on specific questions relayed by Fox, and directed reporters to existing court records. So far, those records only reflect two Fast and Furious guns at the crime scene of Brian Terry.

A lawyer for Brian Terry’s family told Fox News that :

“The family wants answers. They’d like to put this to rest and put closure to exactly what happened to Brian.”

Meanwhile, a Congressional investigation into the Fast and Furious scandal is ongoing.

Is the Obama gang still dodging a lawsuit from the family? Pissant Eric Holder hiding from the law like some pathetic druggie hiding from a drug dealer he hasn’t paid. What callous disrespect for your office, your country and the decent citizens of this country. Stand up like a man and take responsibility, you bed-wetting moron.

You might as well have killed the man yourself Holder.

I picture you standing over a wounded American Border Patrol Officer pumping your Glock.

You did it, now admit it. No decent American-Man would have ever jeopardized his countrymen the way you have.

I mean no disrespect for your office, but I hope you get what you deserve. You are the least of an administration which barely rises the bottom of the barrel. Alligator s*** comes to mind.

I mean if 9-11-01 is now no longer about the fact that Islamic Terrorists attacked that target for the second time-if that is now not about America–but about the world– then Mexican payback for Fast and Furious would also Not be about America –right?

The truth is rolling on and on and on indeed in this fiasco. It will run all the way to the top with Holder, Napoletano and Mr Obama as well as many others by the time it gets fully done. The matter is that even if Mr Obama is found to have known it fully, is there the political will and the peoples anger and determination to have him impeached or for him to resign.

I will not count on it; for even if all is shown to start and stop with him, Mr Obama would just deny or dare the nation to do something about it. This is the most corrupt regime we in the nation have ever had or seen since the foundation of the United States.

This matter, in all the darkened roots, corrupted fruits, and soiled trunk needs to be ripped out and exposed in the daylight for all to see and know what evil is in all its vile wickedness.

@SNOWLEOPARD – I agree. Things are rolling and I feel things “may” come out eventually. The real problem I see is that if this was done under any republican administration, the MSM would have had this story bellowing from the highest mountain top. Additionally, there would be a John Dean type rat/squeal in the administration to carry the ball forward. But not under a Dem administration. Even under Clinton, and despite the few folks from his inner circle to step forward, the MSM continued to shield him. Indeed, he was impeached but no one even remembers it, let alone bring it up. This is because the MSM. They still control events (despite what Rush thinks). It unfortunately could be the same with this issue. If it were anyone else, they would have been impeached by now.

[Also, read your post on GB's site earlier today. I wish to extend my condolences on your loss on 9/11, ten years ago.]

@USAMEDIC3008 — Tricky Dick had nothing on this guy. The problem is if he’s going to get away with it. The MSM is covering for him, certainly. Nevertheless, (in my opinion) no one is in position within the Republican party to carry the fight even he didn’t have the MSM. I’m somewhat disappointed in Issa and his investigations (particularly his apparent progress on Barney/Dodd; they should have been indicted by now).Issa should tell the repubs in congress to demand a thousand independent investigations. Anything to carry this issue to the people. I’m afraid that as of right now, regardless of what we have seen the past few days, I think they need reinforced. Indeed, it’s tough to force the Justice Department to investigate the Justice Department, and Eric Holder to investigate Eric Holder.

Yes…keep watching. I have a feeling FINALLY we may finally get some justice & expose the criminals at the DOJ – Holder at the helm, along with Obama. If we can’t get Obama, at least Holder can be I think. I’ve posted this before — you can’t trust FBI, CIA, DOJ — none. They‘ve all been taken over with Obama’s fellow revolutionaires for the purpose of protecting him from all his past fraud and scandals – and get their evil agendas done. If we can break up the DOJ – that would be a huge breakthrough. Please pray for more whistleblowers & their protection b/c they‘re being threatened no doubt and are afraid of the regime’s thugs.

If this does not take Mr Obama down via his resignation or impeachment, then nothing will be able to stop him — and right now, as close as we are to his declaring a national emergency and setting up a lifetime dictatorship for himself, I am not sure if we can stop him completely.

We have to peacefully try though, call and write the Senators and Represenatives, keep pushing for them to root it all out and call for the punishment by the law of all those who signed off on this matter across the board.

I remember a couple of years ago when the administration kept repeating this story about U.S. guns in the hands of criminals in Mexico and wondered where was this story before they took office, and how they could be so sure of their facts . . . well, now we know. I am amazed that for an administration that is so concerned with the well being of our friends from south of the border (the newly purchased citizens and loyal voters with the stroke of the pen on an executive order from the desk of the president) that they would be willing to risk the lives of those same friends’ families and fellow countrymen in Mexico by placing these guns into the hands of thugs. Although, being from Chicago, I’m sure many are accustomed to the company of thugs. I wonder if this story is another reason why the administration decided to go around Congress and jump into Libya, perhaps they were hoping that Libya would be a bigger story and certainly everyone would forget all about the “Fast and Furious” operation. Kind of like “Bombs for Monica” in the Clinton administration. But really, a lot of people need to be in prison for this one . . . unfortunately, I don’t know if the right ones will ever serve time, at least on the earthly plane.

When I was old enough, I was disappointed that Hitler died or disappeared before we could get him to face the charges. Not that I think anything would have been different, it just would have brought some kind of closure seeing Hitler being accused of Nazi horrors.

This Holder fruitcake is fulfilling my wish and for that I am grateful. Without even blinking he states he knew nothing about what the people under him were doing. Hitler underlings, on the other hand, defended themselves by saying, as soldiers, “I was just following orders,” before we hanged them.

If Holder’s underlings get to testify before they disappear, I wonder if they will claim they were “just following orders.” It will be interesting to see how far Obama’s “Nazi-fication” program has advanced.

So much for the “THE BUCK STOPS HERE”. Congress should be SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER on this. GUN OWNERS should be blasting the WH and Congress with their FAXES, EMAILS, and LETTERS. If you own a gun(s), you may want to think about burying a few of them for posterity. I believe those behind the scenes in law enforcement have been told already that something is coming and they will have permission to confiscate ALL American personal firearms without DUE PROCESS. It will be part of Obama’s EMERGENCY contingency plan BECAUSE of some form of terrorism that he has concocted. Take it from me, DO NOT TELL ANYONE YOU HAVE A GUN(s). TRUST ABSOLUTELY NO ONE! NO ONE! This includes family members and friends……………………all of them! In fact, you may want to think about purchasing guns NOW where there is no background check (online personal sales or gunshows)…..If you’ve ever had a background check, THEY KNOW YOU HAVE YOUR GUN(S) AND IF YOU DO NOT GIVE THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES (even if you sold them or gave them away), THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ARREST YOU, just to make an example of you. Watch and see if within the next 1-1/2 years, if the administration will get this going. The Administration NOW has a database with software that KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU, psychologically and otherwise IF YOU HAD A BACKGROUND CHECK. If you had a ticket of any kind or have been to court, guess what? YOU WILL BE THE FIRST TO GET A VISIT. Mark my words. It is coming!!

“Hurley’s reassignment came after three ATF supervisors responsible for the operation were promoted. William G. McMahon, a former deputy director of operations, took over the Office of Professional Responsibility. Field supervisors William D. Newell and David Voth also moved up despite heavy criticism.
The moves follow a series of reports by Fox News detailing the face-off between Attorney General Eric Holder, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, whose investigators have recently broadened their probe. It now reportedly shows a deeper involvement of the FBI, Drug Enforcement Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.”

When BHO took office, 3 of the 4 border states, CA, AZ, TX had Republican governors.
NM was held by Democrat Bill Richardson until the last mid-term election.

BHO’s 2008 Republican challenger was the senator from AZ.

Already the Replican nomininees have fielded candidates from NM, and TX (2).

It does not take Harvard alumni intellegence to assume that most weapons crimes by arms leaked in such a manner will happen in the border states.

The govornor of TX is a leading candidate for the nomination,
BHO’s campaign will likely cite San Antonio murder rate ads to smear Perry if he wins.
BHO’s campaign will likely paint Perry as a murderous governor (over 250 executions since 2000) of a high murder state if he wins the nomination.

Dukakis’ 1988 presidential bid was sunk by his poor crime record in MA.

The same could apply as a lesser extent if the ex-NM governor wins the nomination.

No they should lead to criminal charges starting with Holder. This is just ridiculous now. How many more guns are floating around out there? How many more Agent Terry’s will we have to see lost until we find out how deep this thing goes? We all know in our gut where the orders came from (Emperor O) its so infuriating to know this and those responsible are stonewalling the investigation. The more they give Rep. Issa a hard time the guiltier they are, kinda like OJ! Whats even worse is the underlying message/ objective of this operation to undermine the 2nd Amendment remember Emperor Obama told gun control advocates they are working under the radar. This operation was what he was referring to! No one is even addressing that this op was to go after the 2nd. It is so clear it was a direct attempt, to create fake stats giving the regime the excuse they need to reign in gun owners, sellers and manufacturers first through regs via Sunstein then laws and Executive Orders (already in play). If ever there is a stronger argument for …

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

A corrupt government, intentionally and advocated an illegal transfer of arms into criminal hands needs to be accountable to the people. We the people need to protect ourselves from this kind of autocratic agenda.

Please, everyone voice your opinion to Senators Issa and Grassely, whomever, to express a full investigation on this matter.

    Complicity to murder.
    Crimes against humanity.
It’s not conjecture. It’s on the table for all to see.

Right now nobody knows who is responsible for this. I would like to see everyone that is responsible for this outrageous crime punished to the full extent of the law. If that includes the President then he can do his time in Leavenworth with everyone else. Fox needs to follow the blood trail from the scapegoats and find those really responsible. God knows nobody else is going to do it.

Oh,there are people who know who‘s responsible but aren’t saying anything due to the guilty party’s positions in the govt. such as the AG Eric Holder and the president Obama. Who wants to rat those two out when you know they’ll have the IRS and FBI destroy you?

I keep telling my dopey friends… it ain’t the honest citizen that should be denied the right to bear arms, it’s crooked and perverse BIG (homeland) government.

In the last 100 years BIG government has killed over 300,000,000 (300 MILLION) innocent men, women and children when firearms are confiscated. Honest citizens obviously are not the problem…..
