An Indianapolis reporter was delivering a live report this week when something in her script apparently tripped her up.
Fox 59′s Ann Keil uttered a little melodic, tongue-tied tune before looking back down at her notes. At that point, the newscast cut back to the anchor sitting in the studio. The anchor looked briefly surprised before taking charge and finishing the rest of the report without comment.

Posted on October 14, 2011 at 5:15pmIt just occured to me that this might have been the station’s blunder in running the wrong tape. Reporters always do multiple takes like this until they get a good one. This might not have been live on HER part.

I can understand it if this is the only story you read on The Blaze today. I would also think it’s a loser story. However, there are quite a few other stories that are “relevant” which might be up to your “standards”. Go and read them. I don’t think that throwing in a story, now and then, that isn’t “Earth Shattering” is the end of the world. But then I guess “losing” 3 minutes of your lives reading a “totally worthless” story like this is the end of the world, to some…

Posted on October 15, 2011 at 12:27pmThe Blaze keeps a select number of articles for lighter reading. I like the occasional goofy video and the funny story that relaxes me for a minute between my serious “They want us all to die” articles.

Posted on October 14, 2011 at 5:07pmIt’s not that she got tongue tied on live TV. It’s that she obviously forgot she was live, OR has no idea how to maintain professionalism while live. Epic fail.
At least she didn’t curse.

Posted on October 14, 2011 at 4:13pmGoes to show that everyone makes mistakes! We are all human and a person with integrity will always admit their mistakes! The idea is to try and always be responsible! I work in an engineering office and I make mistakes all the time, but try to be vigilant in catching them before I send any drawings on their way. The object is to understand why and what is needed to be done in preventing such. “Practical Application. “

Having been a singer and MC most of my life, you learn that the the best thing to do in a situation like that is draw a circle around it and shine a spotlight on it. If you start trying to fix it or cover it up, ….. you’ll be sooooory. LOL

Posted on October 14, 2011 at 4:15pmno Al, we cannot. We have to be wound so tight, we cut off the blood flow. Our panties must be in a bunch, a big bunch. We cannot laugh at ourselves. We cannot smile or even think about smiling. We must be vigilant. If it is not newsworth, we dont need to know about it. We have no room in our heads for fun things. Serious or nothing. Don’t tread on me and my need for serious news. :)
