Looking at what they say are cables. I didn’t see any downgrading instructions on what they are calling classified cablegram. All classified documents in the government have a downgrading schedule at the bottom of the document.
Report Post »the downgrading instruction are the schedule when the document will be downgraded. There would also be a id number on the message or cable which is a date time group. The State Department used or uses ACP 127 format for their message and they do not use public telegram. I had my suspension because nothing like this came out during Bush 43 time in office. Like Glenn said on his show today Bottom up Top Down inside out. I think the whole Wikileaks thing is false. Remember the person setting in the White House is a Communist.

I don’t think so, if they didn‘t want this leaked it wouldn’t be. So that means they wanted it leaked but why. It’s just another step in the plan to heat up the world and reshape it into something more desirable. This government is part of this deal and I would suspect looking at some of the things being leaked, the government leaked it. Some private sneaking around stealing data don’t add up. However, they do need a fall guy. If they didn‘t want it leaked that mountain holding wikileak’s servers would be a giant crater.

Then again, if Gen. McChrystal got nothing for similar comments while active, I doubt Col. Peters is in too much danger. Call it a precaution…
