Why does Mitt Romney try to be funny?

Aw, don’t knock sweaters. I’m knitting my son one right now (down to the last sleeve) and then I’ll knit my other son a sweater vest (he gets hot and wouldn’t wear a full sweater).

All the candidates have good and bad points (not so sure I can find the good points on Huntsman, but I‘m sure they’re there for someone, and Romney seems to me to be a RINO, but anyway). As long as each individual votes for the one they consider the most conservative and doesn’t let the media steer us to the one Obama can beat, we’ll be ok.

Santorum is a very liberal candidate with a voting record that endorses big government, foreign aid and pre emptive war.

The Paul campaign is pushing the fact that Santorum endorsed Arlen Specter, who became the key Senate vote to pass Obamacare in 2010.

Santorum’s support for Specter in 2004 proved crucial in the primary, in which Specter defeated (Pat) Toomey with just 50.8 percent of the vote.

Specter then backed Obama’s healthcare program, providing the swing vote to pass the legislation in the Senate. Specter also continued to push for fierce gun control during his years in the Senate.

Indeed, as the Paul campaign has pointed out via a press release from Dudley Brown, Executive Director of the National Association for Gun Rights, Santorum has a long history of supporting gun control. http://www.infowars.com/paul-campaign-targets-liberal-santorum-as-iowa-battle-begins/

Who gives a **** what he wears? George Washington had wood/ivory teeth and a powdered wig! Abe Lincolin wore a stove-pipe hat! Taft was fat! It doesn’t matter – they were statesmen who wanted the best for the country above personal regard. The current dude looks a bit like a tanned Howdy Doody, including the hollow spine and fully workable mouth (by special interest). I’ll vote for anybody that dragged their nuts behind them in a semi over that.

Ever see Obama in a golf hat and shorts? Ever see Obama in the Situation Room awaiting news on Bin Laden with the coat on over his golf shirt revealing his size 13 neck? Dork indeed.

Obama hates gays. He’s just using (you) them to get his agenda passed. No where in history have gays been given a safe-haven when the Communists or Radicals take over. It’s as good as it is going to get. If Obama gets his way, gays will be tossed aside when he has absolute power. When HIV therapy costs the state too much money under ObamaCare, gays will be discarded and left to die because he will no longer need them and elections will no longer matter.

As for Muslims, they are trying to kill you. No other group is trying to kill the Great Satan. Move to the Middle East and see exactly how many freedoms you have. And enjoy wiping your azz with your hand.

As for the NeoCon stuff. I’d rather take a George Bush NeoCon than an Obama/Clinton NeoLib any day. We’d be about 5 trillion less in debt.

As for settling and solutions, I agree with you. None of the R’s are the perfect candidate, but ANY of the Rs are better than Obama.
