RNC Chair on Top Obama Adviser: ‘He’s Living In An Alternative Universe’

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus was frank right off the bat with David Gregory on Meet the Press Sunday. Speaking with Gregory immediately following David Axelrod, Priebus said that the senior campaign adviser for President Obama must be “living in an alternative universe,” after Axelrod repeatedly defended Democrat attacks against Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s “moral core” and became emotional in defending the President against New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s claim that Barack Obama has become “a bystander in the Oval Office:”
Priebus went on to describe President Obama as “The Great Divider” and criticized those who defend President Obama by blaming cooperation, or perceived lack there of, from the Republican Congress.
“This absurdity that somehow we’re hurting as an economy because of Republicans, it doesn‘t appeal to anyone’s logic,” said Priebus. “Nancy Pelosi controlled the Congress for two out of three years that President Obama’s been President. Harry Reid controlled the Senate for two of those three years. Guess what? We are living under the Barack Obama Democratic policies today.”
Priebus asserted that Americans do not think that the president is “real anymore.”
“He’s waking up this morning wishing his numbers were as good as Jimmy Carter’s. Everything he’s touched has gotten worse.”
Priebus went on to criticize the President for not following the debt commission he assembled, campaigning while the supercommittee that he outsourced to deal with the debt crisis failed, and the continued high cost of healthcare despite “Obamacare.”

1. Axelrod is an IMAGE maker. He can flood the airwaves with tripe that only enhances peoples perception of any individual that has one iota of intelligence and is a silver tongued devil, and make that individual appear to walk on water. Given the fact that the citizens were tired of the same old crap coming from DC, Axelrods job was fairly easy.
2. I.m not convinced that Axelrod knew the full story behind why Obama wanted to be president. His job was to make a ” silk purse from a sow’s ear ” and he did that in part by relying on US citizens affinity for a hero.
3. When you take a closer look at the people Obama surrounded himself with, logic should tell you that they were primarily interested in taking this country in a completely different direction than the framers of our constitution intended. Obama may be a powerful orator but in order to be president, one MUST HAVE ….LEADERSHIP ABILITY….. Obama has none.
4. Serious research will point to a group of energy organizations who saw an opportunity to manipulate a country that needed considerably more leadereship than Obama possessed so they would use him as a FIGUREHEAD.
5…..to name a few…… Western Edison, Cosmopolitan Electric, Chicago Electric,Commonwealth Edison, PELCO, General Electric,, EXCELON ., Frank M Clark, BUNDELER for Obama, Jeffrey Immelt, JOBS CZAR for Obama, Samuel Skinner, John W Rowe, Christopher M Crane…….just my opinion.

Under Bush the economic growth rate was never under 4 percent, under obama it has never been above 2.5. Now maybe in the liberal world view that is considered doing a good job in my world that is a complete failure. It is as two football teams running up and down a field, each having different goals, but all the grass has worn out and turned to mud (which is the green grasses of America), ans sooner probably rather than later both teams will get bogged down in the mud if they don’t get new grass in the stadium, and so both teams will agree replant the field, but first having to massively raise ticket costs to cover the repairs.

It might take a generation to complete the process. Also, place restrictions on the number of lawyers that can serve at the same time. Lastly, eliminate all lobbyists in Washington and/or impose mandatory prison terms on any politician caught meeting with them and granting “favors” for cash or votes.

That way we can keep better watch on them, they have a better idea of what is happening in their state rather than what is happening in DC, and they would have less chance of doing all the shady deals they get away with if they are away from those that they are accountable to. Most of these people LIVE in DC. They come home to their “home” state now and then. There are a few that sleep in their office and actually live in their home state. It is just wrong that they spend so much time and money out of the state that supports them. Also, on the net we all could watch the process and have more control. Come to think of it, now that we have the net lets get rid of all of Congress and we all vote for things rather than these frauds we have now.

Too many people are rewriting Reaganism, from forgetting about his tax increases to issuing an Amnesty to the “illegal aliens” in 1986. Reagan knew that millionaires weren’t paying their fair share and made sure he raised tax rates on them by getting rid of a lot of deductions and exemptions.
