Romney Didn’t Kill Her: Obama Disowns Cancer Ad in Surprise Visit With Press

President Obama on Monday surprised the White House press corps by joining Press Secretary Jay Carney for the daily briefing.

When asked about certain Democrats characterizing former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney as a tax cheat, President Obama responded with the following:

First of all, I‘m not sure all those characterizations that you’ve laid out there were accurate. For example, nobody accused Mr. Romney of being a felon. And, I think that what is absolutely true is that, if you watch me on the campaign trail, here’s what I’m talking about: I’m talking about how we put Americans back to work. And there are sharp differences between myself and Mr. Romney in terms of how we would do that.

[...]

If you look at the overall trajectory of our campaign, and the ads that I have approved, and are produced by my campaign, you’ll see that we point out sharp differences between the candidates, but we don’t go out of bounds.

And when it comes to releasing taxes, that’s a precedent that was set decades ago, including by Gov. Romney’s father. And for us to say that it makes sense to release your tax returns, as I did, as John McCain did, as Bill Clinton did, as the two President Bush’s did, I don’t think it is in any way out of bounds, I think it what the American people would rightly expect … particularly when we’re going to be having a huge debate about how we reform our tax code and how we pay for the government that we need. I think people want to know that everybody’s been playing by the same rules including people who are seeking the highest office in the land.

[...]

We’ve got to put ourselves before the American people to make our case.

And in regards to the Priorities USA ad accusing Romney of being somehow responsible for the death of the wife of Joe Soptic, a former GST Steel employee and Obama campaign operative, the president responded:

I don’t think that Gov. Romney is somehow responsible for the death of the woman that was portrayed in that ad. But keep in mind: This is an ad that I didn’t approve, I did not produce, and, as far as I can tell, [it] has barely run. I think it ran once.

Of course, it should be noted that the president’s soft approach to the “Romney Kills” ad is somewhat of a departure from his previous stance on third-party advertisements. Recall in 2007 when then-Sen. Obama attacked John Edwards over a 527 [via POLITICO]:

“The fact is this is somebody who worked for John Edwards, for the last who knows how many years, who’s a good friend and colleague of Edwards, who’s now running a 527 that is running ads on behalf of John Edwards. [Laugh]

You’re telling me he has no influence over him? That’s not true. If [Obama communications director] Robert Gibbs started running a 527 and I called Robert Gibbs and said, ‘Stop running ads on my behalf,’ are you suggesting I would have no influence over Robert Gibbs?”

After concluding his first formal session with reporters in the East Room since October 6, 2011, the president headed towards the exit and ABC’s Jake Tapper shouted, “Don’t be a stranger!”

Ok, first of all, I have seen the Priorities USA ad atleast a half dozen times if not more here in Florida. Finally, President Obama has been office for three years and if his policies could make the economy better why is it worse? I think this is an honest question with no politics mixed in it. The American voter has to decide what they want more, a socialist society in which just about every move you make will be decided for you by Government (eventually) or America as it was invisioned by it’s creators. We can’t have it both ways.

It ran at least 20 times here in Colorado. And I seen it many times on cable news, so that is a national ad. But in Obama’s defense, when he does have time to watch TV, between golf games and fund raisers, he prefers the Porn channels, and he only seen it ran once there.

First, it is not worse than the depression like economy and $1.2 trillion deficit run rate that Bush Jr. left him. Second, like a lot of people you seem to let terms like socialism, marxism, communism roll off your tongue as though that is what the PRESIDENT is working towards. Healthcare has to be fixed in the US, because the current system where largely non-profit hospitals surrounded by for profit insurance, drug, medical equipment and physicians isn’t working. So to be clear the capitalist model does not work for the delivery of a social good like healthcare. 40 million plus Americans without health insurance, half of them employed, adds a significant burden to the individuals who can pay for their care. Social Security and Medicare are in the state they are in because countless politicians have ignored the actuarial analysis and underfunded both in a manner to many states and companies underfunding their pension plans. Take some time and focus on Ryan’s budget which does not balance til 2040. How much will the federal deficit be then. If Romney and Ryan believe in their economic policies and job creation ability of the wealthy, where is the projected impact as to balancing the budget or reducing the federal deficit. Spend less time repeating labels you have heard and start researching what Romney and Ryan will actually do. Besides give an unnecessary and irresponsible tax cut to the wealthy and large corporations. Because that’s the only specificity they have given.

@phillyatheist Why do that. As most of the Republicans, conservative taking heads, blog sites, reports here and commenters repeat the “ism” labels as much as possible. He isn’t one of us, he is a socialist, marxist, communist. Actually he is the President and is increasingly looking like the only one who gives a second of thought to the average American, real liberty and real quality of life. If you want to vote against Obama that’s fine. But stop pretending you are ok with Romney, his offshore accts. and tax avoidance. And stop the lame attempts to promote or even defend him. He is what he is and an increasing number of independents are starting to see it. His record of manipulation and dishonesty with regard to his tax returns is highlighted by his amending his taxes so he could meet the criteria to run for governor in MA. And please respond to the points about Romney, don’t be a child and state what you believe are corresponding offenses by the PRESIDENT.

Yes, yes, and yes…..When Obama care fully takes root those will be the answers to your question.
Like your parents used to say(or still do say) “If you are going to live under my roof, while i pay the bills you are going to eat what is provided for you, and follow my rules.”

Tell you what to eat: They are already going down this road. (Michelle Obama). They will clamp down when the government is actually footing the bill for your health. “If we are paying for your health care you MUST follow these simple rules….if not you will be taxed, and/or denied care….and then further down the road when socialism is in full effect…”Taxing you is not working, we will provide you with the food. If you continue eating what you want we can not sustain this system.”

Go to bed at certain times: Sure, why not control that….we already see that certain amounts of sleep is “healthy”

Who you can fall in love with: Eugenics…..this has already been tried in different ways…When the new Doctor gods say “it is unhealthy to reproduce with X” you will have no choice but to fall in line….This has been tried before here….look it up…..when gov owns your health there will be no stopping it….Eugenics.

anything deemed unhealthy will be controlled…and anything can be deemed unhealthy…

      @Philly,

Perhaps some of these had genesis under GWB, if so I apologize in advance. Also, you asked which were “under Obama”, which means numerous Republicans could have (probably did) vote for some of this. Obama could have vetoed any of it, so his lack of veto or executive order to counter it will pass as “acceptance” for my argument.

      1. HR347 restrictions to freedom of speech
      2. The freedom to NOT buy health insurance.
      3. Expanding size and procedure of TSA in conflict with 4th amendment
      4. Making Patriot Act permanent and beyond congressional review
      5. E-mail monitoring without warrant (most are unaware of this one)
      6. Your driveway isn’t yours, you have no expectation of privacy there (nor your cellphone, per Obama)
      7. Extrajudicial killing of American citizens from a “list” not reviewed by courts or congress.
      8. Cell phones searchable by police, without warrant.

I tried not to get into Bush era infringements, of which there are many.

The government dictates who can start a business by requiring business licenses and comformance with regulations that have nothing to do with health or safety issues of your neighbors.

The government dictates who can and can‘t work for a company based on who they will or won’t support in the elections (Unionization and Union dues).

The government dictates what your child learns in school, from whom, at what salary rate. It dictates how long your child must remain in their care, and to what they are exposed each day.

You need to widen you horizons. Read the Communist, about Frank Marshal Davis. Go see 2016 in the theater. Read the Amateur. And then go back and listen to his speeches from the last election and then look at what he has done.

Then if you have some pull somewhere dig up his college records and find out what he is hiding in there. If is very possible that you will find he got a “foreign exchange” Indonesian student grants.

That would mean that he is not a citizen and in not eligible to be President in the first place. I don’t know, nor do I care where he was born. He was adopted by an Indonesian man and that changes his citizenship. He can no longer be a Natural Born Citizen. Even if he goes to the trouble of trying to become a citizen again. Which there is no record of that but there is a record of him going to shcool in Indonesia and as a citizen of Indonesia.

Silly me but in my government class they taught me that the President had to be a Natural Born Citizen.

I have read this discussion and I thought the topic was great. Unfortunately, JRook is the only one that raised any real arguments. None of which have been discredited so right now, while there is a lot of hate going back and forth, I gotta say, if this were a REAL debate, you guys just lost.

And let me weigh in really quick, if I may.
      1) Obama cannot be Socialist AND Communist, that makes literally no sense. Those two parties hated one another if you remember history.

      2) There are already many socialist institutions in the United States. Police, Fire, Military to name a few. @LUCY LARUE said to “thank a solider”. Soldiers are government employees and, while what they do is honorable, they are part of the Socialist regime so if you are approve of them you are at least, in some way, condoning socialism.

But here’s a more practical example. The Police. Police protection is used everyday by SOMEONE. I have yet to require their assistance (thank god), but I pay taxes so that their service is readily available to myself, and everyone else, regardless. That is Socialism. The exact same kind being implemented by Obamacare. The police don’t care how much money you make, everyone gets (or should get) the same coverage. Same SHOULD be true of health care. I believe Health Insurance should be provided by the state. Yes that is “socialist”, but no more than Fire, Police, or Military.

      Rebut me.

VotinBush, I agree with you that there are types of socialism in the local communities, another good example being the water department. If a citizen does not like to live under these programs in the city, they can always build in the county outside of the city limits, drill their own well and septic system, and the law enforcement they would be under is the only real law enforcement, the Sheriff. You see, most understand that at the state and local level, the citizens need services for the masses, but that has nothing to do with the federal government. When the power is truly by the people, it comes from each individual state and not from the federal government. This is the way you have a Republic. If you do not like your state laws, you can move to a state where the law is more to your liking. When the federal government makes the law, it is the same no matter what state you live in, therefor less freedom and socialism at the federal level. It is all in how you look at things. I will grant you that being in the military seems more socialistic as you have everything supplied that you need to live, but, the military is there to help protect the peoples freedom. We just need to keep the power with the people at the state level, with real representation from each state at the federal level, reps that are there to ensure our liberties never fade.

@phillyatheist & jrook — since you both seem to be unable to see what is in front of your noses. Please let me explain how and why many of us average American individuals are both angry and afraid of our current POTUS. First, since “birds of a feather, flock together“ otherwise known as people tend to gravitate toward those who are like them and Obama has publicly stated that he has ”sought out Marxist professors” and other fringe groups types, he is admitting to being of that disposition. Second his background is has “mentors” as well as his own flesh and blood who are known communists. Third, he has surrounded himself with communist sympathizers in his cabinet positions, etc. Fourth, he uses old communist terminology in his campaign and expresses the ideals of the communist manifesto, such as collectivism. Looking at history, communism after socialism has failed where-ever it has been tried and unfortunately it has been a bloody history that goes along with each try. That is why many individuals are concerned, or just plain “scared”. Perhaps you are too young to remember, or more likely you are both products of today’s so called “higher education”. You certainly don’t seem to have any objective thinking.

Jrook , where does Hussein “ GIVE” the average American healthcare ? Perhaps you would read his bill . It’s nothing but a tax . That’s all . He makes you buy healthcare insurance , but , if you got too much , it’s a tax . Wait , he calls it a “ penalty ” . If you don’t have insurance , it’s a tax , if you don’t have enough , it’s a tax . The first year it put out , he will charge you 98 dollars , and then it goes up . If you don’t have insurance by 4th year , if you own a house , he takes it from you . Or , if you got a business , he can take it from you . Or , both .
In case you didn’t see it , his wife already telling parents , that there are too many kids in this country , are too over weight . School now don’t let some parents to pack a lunch . Rather , she made the schools to feed their kids . And , if the doctor tells you to put your kid on a diet , and you don’t , the State can take your kid(s) away from you . The same thing that Commies did to Russians .

That’s only a part of it . This is what your own government is doing , right under your own nose . But , if that’s what you want , by all means , vote for him . Your talking about Ryan’s budget , you do know that Hussein , being there for 3 years now , how many budgets did he have passed ? You cry about ” what Bush passed to him , 1.3 trillion deficit ” , yet , you leave off the 6.4 TRILLION dollars he added to the deficit , under 3 year in the White House . Or did you forget about it ?

The state of Oregon has considered fining/taxing hybrid car drivers because state gasoline tax revenues are down..and,after all, the hybrid drivers still use the roads…fined/taxed for not using more gas=inactivity.

Serously? Have you been awake during the last 3 years? Our government IS effecting our daily lives! Unemployment is the highest ever on record when you consider the millions of unemployed Americans who no longer counted because their benefits ran out. MOOchelle Obama has inserted her hyppocritical dietary requirements into schools nation wide. The TSA is sexually molesting American Citizens on a DAILY basis. Most states with high debt (like mine) are trying to balance their budgets (in the tens of millions of dollars) by issuing record numbers of traffic violations – all in under the auspices of “public safety. Food prices are sky rocketing mainly because of the governments requirements to turn corn into fuel (which IMO is the biggest financial scam in history). Taxes are skyrocketing resulting in even higher numbers of unemployed. Obama care is going to cause a new wave of massive unemployment due to the draconic tax burdens placed on businesses. Our federal reserve has printed Billions and billions of dollars causing massive inflation. Our National debt has tripled in the last three years with NOTHING to show for it except a massive IOU to the communist Chinese government. Do you require more FACTS? Do you?

Just because a program benefits society as a whole, that is not indicative of a “socialist” program. Socialism is about economics not basic security measures. There are basic functions that a government must perform to ensure it’s citizens safety and security ex: police, fire, military. These functions are obviously necessary for a society to remain stable. A nation needs security as a whole (military) and a government needs to provide property rights for its citizens (police, fire). Can you imagine if the US had never implemented these programs? We wouldn’t have lasted long, there would be significant problems coming from the outside and inside.
On the flipside, we have lasted a long time and have enjoyed a high standard of living without government run healthcare. Our founding fathers were very adamant about limiting the power of our federal government and giving the rest of the rights to the states and the people. They were very explicit in this aspect because they had experienced tyranny firsthand. Government has a natural inclination to move toward the centralization of power that eventually brings tyranny. Being a history buff, I’m sure you know this.
Healthcare accounts for 15-20% of our nation’s GDP. Seeing how the centralization of programs such as education has made them less efficient and how well the government has done messing with the economy, I for one don’t need them meddling in my health care.

As I mentioned, health care accounts for 15-20% of our GDP. Allowing our federal government to takeover the healthcare industry would be a giant step away from liberty and a giant step toward tyranny. What I mean is that this giant push for centralized power would allow for further power grabs by the federal government. If they can legally tell us what kind of and how much insurance we must have, what else can they force us into buying?

Using the police as an example of the “exact kind of socialism as Obamacare” is not only a large stretch, but an illogical conclusion.

BUT… What plan has the Dem party put out there that even addresses the deficit or debt crisis?… BHO talking about having the wealthy share in the fix is moronic in that if 100% of their income were taken, it would fund our issue for EIGHT DAYS… and shut down our potential for growth … BUT… it sure does sound good to the idiots that listen to that idiot in office!…

      @WEST COAST PATRIOT
There are Federal Law Enforcement programs too.

And yes, State would be ideal, but inaction does not a solution make. If they wont do it – and they haven’t save for one – then the Feds must step in.

      @ONTHEVERGE

And that is where we differ. I believe healthcare is a basic necessity and should therefore be provided, at least at the fundamental level, by the government. State, preferably, but Federal if not.

And think about what you just said. Health care accounts for 15% of our GDP. I don’t know how accurate that is, but lets assume it’s true. That means businesses are making tons and tons of money hedging bets on people’s health. When you are healthy, they make money. When you are sick, the name of the game is minimizes expenses so they can make even more profit.
      “You don’t need that treatment”
      “We wont cover that exam”
“You have to buy that pill yourself”
“That’s a pre-existing condition, we are denying you coverage”

They make MORE money when they deny you the services you paid for. And you have no recourse. What are you going to do? Sue them? They will break with your court fees and you will lose everything.

And don‘t tell me it doesn’t happen. It happened to me. College athlete, suffered a shoulder impingement from my training. Was denied rehabilitation coverage because it was a “pre-existing condition”; a result of my active lifestyle. You can’t trust a corporation with your life.

First off, my mother has MS and my father has a condition called portal vein thrombosis. I need no lecture about pre-existing conditions or the current problems with insurance.

I believe that healthcare is a basic necessity as well. I bet you don’t know that 83 million Americans are provided with some form of government healthcare. I also bet you don‘t know that 14 million Americans qualify but haven’t applied for government insurance. However, I don‘t believe it is within the federal government’s scope of power or their duty to provide for all or regulate it’s citizens use of every basic necessity.

Food is a basic necessity and food prices have seen massive inflation. Do we need a “socialist” program dictating what kind of and how much food we buy? Shelter is a basic necessity and the housing market has seen more than it’s fair share of problems (a lot of which I believe was caused by over regulation). Do you want a socialist program regulating what kind of a house you can live in? I could go on for a while with your basic necessity argument.

You believe that healthcare should be turned over to government bureaucrats and I believe there are free-market solutions. I believe there are current regulations that if removed would significantly lower the cost of healthcare for everyone. I also believe that there are improvements insurance companies should make that would allow them to provide better service while making a great profit.

      @ONTHEVERGE

Not only should you not go on, you should have stopped sentences ago.

Government providing basic necessities and dictating the scope of those necessities are two VERY different things and you are confusing them.

The government provides me with basic police protection. Should I desire more, there are private sector alternatives I can turn to (invest in self defense classes, carry a gun, hire a personal body guard, hire a team of body guards, etc…).

The government does provide housing for many Americans (public housing, subsidized housing, housing loans, etc…). These houses are very basic and you kind of get what you are given. Should I desire more, however, I am free to go out and purchase “additional” housing from the private sector in the form of a more houses, a bigger house, home improvements, etc…

The same is true with food. Food stamps give you BASIC food to survive. Should you have the income you can purchase a glutenous, stomach popping amount of food.

Your analogy fails because you are confusing the act of providing basic amenities for regulating all amenities. And that is simply not the case with Obamacare. Under Obamacare, should you desire ADDITIONAL coverage (for cosmetic surgeries for example) you are free to go out and purchase Private Sector health coverage. This bill helps to ensure that the poorest among us are provided for in the most basic ways.

Regarding healthcare accounting for 15-20% of our GDP. First, if you want to debate something I would suggest doing a little research and being knowledgeable about the subject. Five minutes of research will lead you to credible sources on healthcare percentage of our GDP. Second, do you understand what GDP means and what makes up our GDP? Healthcare comprising 15-20% of our GDP doesn‘t mean that businesses are making tons and tons of money hedging bets on people’s health. It means that businesses make large amounts of money doing research and providing goods and services in the healthcare industry.

When you think about the importance of healthcare, does healthcare making up 15-20% of our GDP really surprise you? Healthcare is important to every individual in the country, it hardly surprises me that it makes up such a large portion of our GDP.

You wrote, “you can’t trust a corporation with your life.” I don’t trust corporations with my life, but you know who I trust even less, a government controlling corporations with my life.

Your critique of my analogy is ignorant. Sorry that I wasn’t able to spell everything out to you due to the limited characters available, apparently my analogies flew right over your head. Once again, I would suggest doing some research before you come to a debate. You are obviously ignorant to how Obamacare will work.

Rather than disprove my analogy, you strengthened it without realizing. You see, basic health care is already provided for millions of low income Americans as are basic housing and food stamps. I used housing and food as references because we have programs to help the poor, but there are still many homeless and/or hungry in our country.

You seem to think that every citizen is given “free” housing and then has the option of upgrading? That is not even close to how our current system works. Everyone gets “free” foodstamps too? Haha, I don’t know where you live, but it’s not the US.

Obamacare stipulates that citizen’s must purchase a minimum amount of health insurance or pay a penalty (there are tax credits and “free” health programs for low income individuals). On top of that, Obamacare will initiate 20+ new taxes with 7+ falling on the middle class. It would be like initiating a program for housing that forces individuals to buy a minimum quality house or buy certain kinds of food and if those requirements aren’t met, you have to pay a penalty.

You might want to trade freedom for security, but I don’t and neither does a m

      @ONTHEVERGE

Obamacare is unlike existing government programs and so any analogy you make is inherently going to fall short on one or more characteristics. You have identified it shortcomings in regards to Housing by saying the government does not mandate you to buy a house and that not everyone is eligible for government subsidized housing.

      Correct.

However, police protection is mandated in the form of a tax. I do not apply for, nor can be denied, police protection. I am aware that there are aspects in Obamacare that differentiate it from the Police mandate (such as the tax variations relating to coverage), but from an abstract level, the idea behind them are the same.

There are Tax benefits to owning a home which, while admittedly not the “same” as penalties for not owning one, is comparable.

Obamacare is a step in the right direction. All Americans should be covered under some form of insurance. The government does not currently have the power to institute a complete solution right off the bat, so what is instead being implemented is a transition phase. It plays in the bounds of the broken, for profit, health care conglomerate structure – which is probably the real issue anyway.

Keeping people safe is what the Government is for. I think that means safe from criminals AND safe from disease. Other socialized healthcare systems are wildly successful (despite what Beck and his financiers are telling you)

Philly , right now , WE are in control of our own healthcare , by picking up what insurance that WE need . But , that is going the way of all our RIGHTS are going , under Hussein , out the window . Did you ever looked at what you’re paying for the insurance ? In 3 1/2 years , they , the insurance companies , raised the price that you got , IF you can afford it , doubled . Starting in 2014 , you can only get what insurance that Hussein’s “ healthcare board ” will allow for you to pick . And 4 years from that , Hussein’s board will TELL you what you can get . And , the insurance companies can charge you whatever they want to .

Also , philly , at the age of 60 , the “ board ” will “ give ” you choices , either you can die at home , or in a “ home ” for Seniors . At the age of 65 , if you get sick , Hussein’s board will tell you good bye . Treatment are for the younger people , who have a job . It doesn’t matter if you have your own , that changes in the fourth year Hussein’s “ healthcare ” . You only pay , you don’t pick .

One question, where the hell was he the day the ad with Coptic ran? Where was Obama when Harry Reid and Obama’s Campaign hinted that Romney “could be a felon” and Reid s claim Romney has not paid taxes in ten years?

Where was Carney on all this? He was standing in front of the Press Corps up to this point along with Baghdad Bob Gibbs defending it all.

Funny that Carney is suppose to speak for the Administration and now Obama comes forwards after weeks and says what Carney and Gibbs should have already been parroting.

      1. No earmarks in the $787 Billion Stimulus
      2. Healthcare deals will be covered on C-Span
      3. Cut deficit in half by end of first term.
      4. The health care package will pay for itself.
      5. Under our plan, no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions, and federal conscience laws will remain in place.
      6. The health care bill will not add one dime to the deficit.
      7. Health reform will “give every American the same opportunity” to buy health insurance the way members of Congress do.
      8. Insurers delayed an Illinois man’s treatment, and he died because of it.
      9. If the Supreme Court throws out the federal health care law, it would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.
      10. We have run out of new places in the U.S. to drill for oil.
      11. U.S. is producing more oil than ever before.
      12. GOP responsible for Jobs Bill not passing.
      13. We’ve excluded lobbyists from policymaking jobs.
      14. The vast majority of the money I got was from small donors all across the country.

Everyone with a functioning brain already understands this and the target audience will fall for it, hook, line and sinker, since they are imbeciles

No, no. They’re NOT imbeciles. Michelle says they‘re ’knuckleheads’! I know I’ve seen portions of his speeches, even after this wild claim was discredited, where Obama was claiming Bain and Romney killed this woman. His attitude wat that “I’m saying it so that makes its truth”. After saying it several times, what do you suppose made him do his normal turnaround? Maybe Newsweek’s cover is scaring him. I‘m sure it’s not because he has a conscience because he’s 100% lacking that quality. I, for one, hope he continures running scared till he runs off the cliff and dives all the way into hell and brimstone for his evil ways and intentions towards my country. God Bless Romney/Ryan and may they have a successful life in the White House!

The dirtbag is making a play to switch campaign strategy from going negative on Romney to positive on his view for our economy. His negative strategy was torpedoed, so they’re going to lay it low less they release their October surprise prematurely. Hehehe…

Man the torpedoes – we have not yet begun to fight!

The campaign might not go negative but all the Super PACs and all of his little minions like Reid, Pelosi, and others will step up the negative attacks even more. That way he can distance himself.

Yup. Leave it to Obama to spout that’s he taking the essential high road and disavowing what his people do. None of this comes as a surprise, now that Paul Ryan is in the game. Finally, they are forced to talk economics now. Up until now, they’ve avoided the real issues.

I watched about 3 words come out of his mouth, saying the add never said he killed her. Semantics, I’m sick of this SOB POS potus, the only thing he’s ever done for this country? Lied, lie, lie, its the only thing he knows how to do! Why would anyone vote for this dirt bag? People when people stand in front of you and promise everything for free, can you please not vote for them! Please? We get into so much trouble when people like obama, sharpton, jackson, and all these others promise free things! Why, nothing is free, not even sex! Nothing, not even going to the bathroom! Please stop believing in obama lies! When the News Media came out and portrayed people saying they were waiting for obama free money, well like I said its not and it will never be free! OMG people how can people be so stupid?! Remember what the Bible said about a House Divided? You can look at it, but obama had done this over and over and then it just keeps getting worse! Thats why our Govt. poll numbers are so bad! They don’t do Sh_t and get payed to get drunk! Maybe we should charge them for wasting our time, I wonder if things would change if they had to pay us?

What exactly is “scary” about this statement Atheist? You believe it’s ok for the senate majority leader to invoke someones dead father to guilt them into something? Your blind allegiance to the Democrat party is what is scary.

Your username, is odd. I find it Ironic since you obviously do worship or believe in a GOD. Let me guess, OBAMA, right? Sad, very sad to worship a politician or a Political party. It explains a lot about your posts though. Thanks for playing.

How many times must a blazer push the ‘everyone is religious, they just don‘t know it yet’ narrative? Atheists are not religious. This means atheists reject the belief structure that requires a supreme authority who deems humans unfit to make rational, evidence-based decisions. We reject the very notion of an authoritarian overlord who would dare put a limit on free thought or the exchange of ideas. The very basis of atheism conflicts directly with authoritarianism and to say otherwise demonstrates a clear, stubborn effort to obfuscate. Atheism has nothing to do with Obama, communism, socialism, capitalism, etc. Get that through your head.

Obama says “For example, nobody accused Mr. Romney of being a felon”

His deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter said.“Either Mitt Romney, through his own words and his own signature, was misrepresenting his position at Bain to the SEC, which is a FELONY, or he was misrepresenting his position at Bain to the American people to avoid responsibility for some of the consequences of his investment,”

It was definitely run more then once. The president also had 3 plus years to get people back to work and his policies did not work. We have never in recent years had so much racial, ethic words said and the President never to my knowledge cracked down on them that did cause tension both in Congress and in some of the States. He acted very little on the occupier that broke the law or a lot of other lawbreaking. That is just some Mr. President why we need another person in office.

if the so called press had done it’s job they would have followed up with “Mr.President what is your response to the accusations that Mr.Romney didn’t pay his taxes, don’t you think Mr.President that with the scrutiny of being a republican Presidential candidate for basically 6 of those last 10 years that the IRS would have investigated and brought charges by now if Mr.Romney hadn’t paid his taxes? What is your response to that accusation made by Senate Majority Leader and fellow Democrat Harry Reid?” Would be nice if we had an unbiased press that would call this two tongued liar out on his dancing around the question!!!

I’m starting to think this POS president is Bi Polar, except its Quad Polar! He has more than two personalites! I’m waiting for his head to spin around in circles like the Exorcist Movie! When I hear him lie, it reminds me of all the Green stuff coming out of the Girls mouth in the Exorcist! It flows and flows just like his lies and lies! I wonder if his kids know what “we” the other side thinks about him? Like hey dad, you lied about Romney, I bet their really proud!
