Romney Enters Epic Video Fray with New ‘Bump in the Road’ Ad

Romney Enters Epic Video Fray with New ‘Bump in the Road’ AdHave you seen Mitt Romney’s epic campaign ad? Rather than focusing on his own ideals and policies, the former Massachusetts governor takes on one of Obama‘s quotes about America’s economic recovery (“There are always going to be bumps on the road to recovery”) and uses it as the basis for the ad.

With polls showing that the nation is most concerned about the economy, health care and unemployment, Romney strategically targets Obama‘s handling of the nation’s finances.

The video presents Americans who have been impacted by the financial crisis; they all repeat the following line: “I’m An American — not a bump in the road.” Each individual holds up a card that explains his or her economic hardship. It’s pretty impactful. Watch it for yourself, below:

TY Romney for an excellent ad putting President Obama in the light he has created for this deeply saddened and jobless country. Would I vote for Mitt Romney? Absolutely I would. He is a man of character, honesty, morality, education, etc. and etc. Most of all … he believes in America. I also feel he is the one candidate who can lead us out of the financial mess we are in today and the days ahead. And … I can’t picture Romney bowing down to the leader of any country like Obama has done. Romney IS the one example of Christianity I would definitely choose to follow.

Im going to give a heads up. Clear as day no standing in the shadows whispering. Vote Romney this nation will burn, Romney is obama light. Like it or not the mans history is one of go along to get along. MR comprimize. Romney is being funded by the democrats and the republicans alike to the tune of five million dollers. WHY? Because is the progressive agenda in a R suit. They hand picked him to look like he is president. Notice how CNN set the guy up in that debate? That wasnt by mistake. Romneys being pushed down our throats like obamacare.

We dont want to make this mistake of Romney getting the nomination as many would flip the switch for obama or vote third party rather than give Romney a vote.

I voted third party last election rather than vote for McCain knowing obama would distroy this nation..WHY? Because McCain is the problem just like obama is the problem.
Do not make this mistake people of taking the one they stand up to be counted first. Watch listen and more over force Romney out now while we still can.

My oh my, those of you who hope to one up Pres. Obama should stop attacking those who may have a chance. I am very conservative and I would certainly vote for Mr. Romney if he is the nominee. He was Governor of a very liberal state that wanted gov. healthcare and he gave it to them. Is that his fault. He reads the latest scientific news that states that the earth is getting warmer and he believes them (most people would) and he is condemned. Before you spout off about Mr. Romney not being able to win without the Tea Party, please remember that the “tea party” is loosely collected and I would claim to be a part of that connection and Mr. Romney would certainly get my vote. He is much better than what we have. He used capitalism to save the 2002 Olympics and he did a great job. He is more conservative than many people in the good ole USA.

Romeny has got too many RINO issues to capture the wave of conservatism that, thank God, is sweeping the country. That said, this is a powerful commercial and it uses the POTUS own words to show how out of touch he is with the reality that we all live. The best that Romeny can hope for is for the bottom of the ticket so that the “establishment” Republicans feel safe. Not a smart strategy, but a very possible one. I don‘t think we’ve seen the last presidential candidate announce his intentions. The field is wide open.

I will be voting for a clear conservative during the primary here in South Carolina. I pray we can get a conservative as the Republican nominee. Don’t want a third party. As for the unemployment, I have been unemployed living off of savings for not quite 2 years now. I haven‘t seen a single one of Obama’s shovel-ready jobs. I would be happy to bring my own shovel if it would speed up the process.

I have to admit, that was a pretty impressive (and perhaps poignant) campaign ad that Mitt Romney displayed. However, that doesn’t change the fact that RomneyCare has done Massachusetts colossal financial damage and the fact that he made his belief in the global warming hoax recognizable both within his book “No Apology” and through the public spotlight. No way Mitt’s having my vote, even if he somehow wins the presidential debate.

Ya, the main thing is to get rid of Obama. Who cares about our core values.

Latest poll shows 75% of republicans care more about having a candidate that can beat Obama than a candidate that agrees with them on the issues. So much for standing up for core values. Spineless republicans think its more important to “win.” Don’t realize that Romney is a win for moderates everywhere and a MAJOR defeat for tea party and social conservative kooks.

I agree. The left-owned media has already decided that Romney is the Republican front runner, because they know they can beat him, like they did in 2008. That’s also how McCain became their sweetheart, and then lost. The mainstream media, by default always chooses the republican front runner for everyone, and ignore the other candidates in an attempt to shape the game.

It’s really important that in 2012, We, the Tea Party People, and NOT the mainstream media, choose our president! Romney’s off my list too. Just say NO to Obama and the RINOs.

In the debate last night what I got from Romney is that he is a polished politician who’s campaign leaders have taken a lot of Ron Pauls policies and simplified them (they needed to be simplified because when Ron Paul began speaking about Austrian economics rather than the Keynsian policies we’ve been using for 70 years, Romney and most of the others were lost). Ron Pauls policies are gaining ground even as the media continues to ignore the man. The problem is that when you give the other candidates enough leeway they let their big government neocon policies sneak out. Ron Paul is still the only candidate promising to end the Fed and the IRS and let a true free market correct our economy, and also bring all of our troops home. All of these are absolutely necessary steps if we want to restore our republic.
