Romney Hits Back: Obama ‘Running to Hang on to Power,‘ Biden Comments ’Sink the White House Just a Little Lower’

Mitt Romney on Wednesday kept up the heat on the Obama administration, accusing Vice President Joe Biden of sinking the White House “just a little lower” and saying President Barack Obama is “running to hang on to power.”
Romney was referring to Biden’s “back in chains” remark from the day before, calling it “one more example of a divisive effort to keep from talking about the real issues.”
“These personal attacks I think are demeaning to the office of the White House and the comments yesterday by the vice president I think just diminish the White House that much more,” the Republican presidential candidate said on CBS’ “This Morning.”
Biden made the comment while campaigning in Virginia, discussing Wall Street regulation with a crowd that clearly included minorities.
“Romney wants to let the — he said in the first 100 days, he’s going to let the big banks once again write their own rules — unchain Wall Street,” Biden said. “They’re going to put y’all back in chains.”
When pressed, Romney wouldn‘t say specifically what he found so egregious about Biden’s statement, saying only he is confident the American people share his outrage.
Speaking more generally about the Obama campaign, Romney said it’s “all about division and attack and hatred” — echoing remarks he had made the day before as well.
“If you look at the ads that have been described and the divisiveness based upon income, age, ethnicity and so forth, it’s designed to bring a sense of enmity and jealous and anger,” Romney said on CBS. “The president seems to be running to hang on to power. I think he’ll do anything in his power to try and get re-elected.”

No lie or smear is too low for them, and after each one I wonder how much lower can they go. I‘ll bet that by the end of October the whole bunch of them could walk upright under a snake’s belly without any of them having to duck even a little.

The first half is about Bankers… (which mean “BAD” to a Democrat), but who does he say “put Y’ALL in chains again” not Bankers, but the prominently Black Audience.
The Senator from Delaware “Y’ALL” how bogus this is…. it s true they can’t demonize, call the stupid, ugly…. all the old play book doesn’t work. They can only LIE….
