Romney Scoffs at Director‘s ’Too Many Accomplishments’ Obama Lament: ‘Talk to the 24 Million Americans Out of Work’

Romney Scoffs at Obama Film Director David Guggenheim Too Many Accomplishments Lament: Talk to the 24 Million Americans That are Out of WorkFollowing director David Guggenheim’s declaration that “the only negative” about making his new film about President Barack Obama was that “there were too many accomplishments,” Mitt Romney hit back, suggesting he “talk to the 24 million Americans that are out of work or underemployed.”

“I have some suggestions for the president and for the producer,” the GOP presidential candidate said Friday. “First of all, talk to the 24 million Americans that are out of work or underemployed in this country.”

“How about our soldiers coming home that can’t find work? You can talk to them as well,” Romney continued. “And how about the folks that are having a hard time filling up their car because of the price of gasoline that’s doubled under the president.

Guggenheim is the director, not the producer, of the 17-minute film, “The Road We’ve Traveled.” It’s been described as both a documentary and a long-form advertisement for the president’s re-election campaign. Guggenheim also directed a 30-minute campaign video for Obama in 2008, according to The Hill.

I’m going to make an offhand prediction for the election debacle coming up. Assuming Romney gets the nod to go against Obama, which some have said Obama’s plans have worked toward, then Obama will go after Romney’s religion very fiercely. There are any number of sites and people that would be glad to help Obama, as they have been bashing Mormonism for many years, and have amassed much dirt, as they suppose, but we have taken it in stride, since the days of persecution in the late 1800′s and the eventual trek to Utah. Let Obama try to use this stuff — we have been patiently countering it over the years, and it may just backfire against Obama to have the claims countered so quickly and completely. I’m betting that Obama is biding his time to attack Romney, but the signs are starting to show up now, it seems. Waiting with bated breath for the final act to begin…, bound to be interesting.

(As in, “May you live in interesting times.” — the ancient Chinese curse.)

I agree, and although Romney is not my first choice, I will support him over B.O. any day! Of course, the media will FAIL the American people again, but not vetting B.O.’s MUSLIM religion or at the very least his PRO-MUSLIM beliefs! Thanks.

it simple ASTOUNDS me how people can actually support BHO after witnessing each and everything this man has done to blatently hobble, strangle, absorb, or destroy business, human spirit, freedoms, and the American Dream. a number of us, myself included, would really like to start a business, but due to the strangle-hold red tape, the volumes of laws, and the massive uncertainty, as well as the ever constant threat of either shutting it down for zero valid reasons (lemonade stands) or ‘them’ swooping in to take it over—i mean ‘take care of things’, we can’t. pretty sad if you ask me, and it is, i strongly feel, a calculated belief and agenda, a purpose.
while i am NOT pleased at all with the ‘in your face/i‘m smarter than you’ path BHO is taking this nation on, i am REALLY angry with those that STILL have this foolish belief/mindset that he has this magical way about him and has everything and everyones best interest at heart.
my firm belief here—best stop drinking the Kool-Aid, AND you best wake up and start to deal in reality.

I emailed Mr. Romney after I voted for him and told him why I voted for him. I received a very nice email back from his campaign and they were very on point about what Mitt intends to do. They are also very classy and did not solicit me for money.

I’m sure our Military Snipers will find something to sight in to. One person in general who has destroyed America and made our Country and their loved ones suffer. America is in a depression because of Obama. Will one Sniper please help our Country? Any Military Sniper would become a Hero over night. There would be parades all over the Country. There would be a one day Holiday in his name. America would hire 1.5 million workers in one week.

Under this President unemployment has grown, gas prices have doubled, less drilling permits have been issued and less drilling is now being done on federal lands but he urges other countries to produce oil so we can buy it. He stopped the proposed Keystone Pipeline which would have created jobs and helped to reduce to cost of gas. His health care bill contains mandates which more than likely will be found unconstitutional but has already affect the cost of insurance and his stimulus bill was so ineffective the criteria set out had to be revised – it would produce shovel ready jobs was jokingly shrugged off as ‘shovel ready wasn’t so shovel ready’ and instead of creating jobs he had to tout ‘saved’ jobs – unemployment would not go over 8% was blamed on Bush and things were a lot worse than we knew.

Of course there was the ‘cops acted stupidly’ remark where he spoke out saying he didn’t know all the facts but knew the cop was wrong. Then there is Fast and Furious – his administration has yet to find out who authorized and paid for this debacle. Not to mention Solyndra where he bragged about the company and rushed to give tax payer money – then he allowed the restructure of the loan so investors (his bundlers) will get their investment back but tax payers are out of luck.

Really, the problem is I don’t have enough space to list all his mistakes.

Here you go Marinez. Check out what the CFR has to say about Romney…

“Romney has been a proponent of domestic intelligence gathering methods and has called for increased federal funding and participation in such measures. Romney’s opinion regarding the Bush administration’s warrantless wiretaps is unknown, but he clearly does not have qualms with domestic spying in general. In 2005, Romney made headlines by advocating the wiretapping of mosques (BosGlobe) within the United States. During his time as governor, Massachusetts opened a “fusion center” for enhanced intelligence analysis within the state. Romney has argued that individual states should play a larger role in domestic intelligence gathering.”

He thinks our rights come from the government. Yeah, he’ll whip up on Obama with this platform. Our only hope to beat Obama is to give people a chance to vote for freedom. I know I‘m not voting for anyone who believes they’re the ones who decide what rights I have. Traitors, the whole lot of them.

This is the Romney we need to see. This is how we beat Obama…by playing hardball. Romney needs to get tough and stop being nice. It’s refreshing to see a usually-stiff Romney finally realizing what it’s gonna take.

42 million Americans food-stamps. Highest gas prices ever. Highest national debt in all of recorded history. Muslim Brotherhood in the White House and in charge of Egypt. Unilateral nuclear disarmament. Fast and Furious responsible for the first time the US government has murdered its own employees via Mexican proxies, fewest legitimate birth certificates ever released.

Yeah, it’s one accomplishment after another.

as US vets we would like to hear Romney start defending our US troops that obama is intending to hand over to the muslim animals in Afghanistan, the innocent troops who were involved with the designated scheduled burning of thos terrorist-defaced korans in with the rest of the trash. WH stooge jay carney refused to answer that question: what did the WH think was going to happen to our troops when t obama hands them over to the screaming muslims —who have already said they plan to behead them.

Romney has always had a big set. He comes across as gentlemanly – which he is and which you want in a President -(remember Reagan) but he can and does get in your face if need be.
I saw him in action with the head guy of transportation in Mass when the big dig was going on. He tore this guy a new one. The other thing is he will cut Barry’s legs off and Barry will not notice for awhile.
He is a hellava lot smarter than the anointed one

For all the good it did. The Big Dig was the most expensive highway project in the US, didn’t even accomplish all that it set out to do, took years longer than projected, and even caused several deaths. If you’re suggesting Romney somehow helped the situation, buddy, I’m wondering how it could have been much worse!

Romney is right – the cult of Obama the self-annointed one is on the rampage again, seeking to show the world his excellencies self-professed narcissistic behaviour and fanatical, radical cronies who want to end the freedom we all enjoy here in the United States.

The constant lies of Obama and the media need to be exposed across the board – such as the true number of unemployed and underemployed; the complete failure Obama has become, save for his insane plans of destruction.
