S.C. Teen Brutally Beaten by Mob Speaks Out: ‘I Don’t Know About Forgiveness’

Since Carter Strange was brutally beaten by a mob of eight teens last week, he’s been through a lot. Not only did he have to have surgery to remove a blood cot in his head, but he also had reconstructive surgery to fix his nose. Four of the teens have been charged with battery by a mob, which until last year was known in South Carolina as its lynching law. Now, in an interview with NBC’s “Today,” Strange and his parents give a detailed account of the incident, with Carter saying he’s not sure if he can forgive his attackers.
“I don’t know about forgiveness,’’ Carter told Matt Lauer. “I don’t really think about it that much. I try not to let [the attackers] be on my mind too much because I don’t know why I would. There’s really no reason for me to think about them that much.’’
Strange was randomly targeted by the mob on his way home on Sunday, June 20. The teens apparently tried unsuccessfully to rob four others in the area before targeting Strange.
“This is not like it was a group of kids that went out and just did some property damage,’’ John Strange, Carter’s father, told Lauer. “They almost took someone’s life.’’

Imagine if it were the other way around and a group of whites beat the crap a black dude. It would be the headlines for months screaming “racists, hate crime” over and over in the media. No wonder blacks think they are always “victims” because they are never accused of being racists or haters when they do crimes against whites. They are babied and coddled by the media when they are victims of crimes though. What a sick country this has become.

He is under No obligation to forgive. The administration may not be doing much by way of banning guns right now but give them time, and God forbid Obama gets a second term, and guns will be harder to get than nukes.
These kinds of flash mobs are going on all over the place and the police have their hands full. In one area the cops said that people were buying guns like crazy to protect themselves. He went on to equate them with the mobsters themselves, but that’s the way they think in the northeast. Buy a gun. If needed, take a course in how to use it. You may very well need it if this kind of thing gets worse and spreads across the country.

This reminds me of the real life story of David Wilkerson in a book called, “The Cross And The Switchblade”. Wilkerson went to NYC to try to do something for some teenagers on trial for murder. He eventually started working with gangs and founded Teen Challenge that has spread all over the world and has saved many young people through the message of Jesus Christ. Teen Challenge has the highest success rate of any other drug rehab in the world……okay, I’m rambling……….

If he is a Christian, it may take time for him to be able to forgive because he is still experiencing the trauma and pain from it all. I feel for him. It must have been very horrible. A thief actually owns your property, he just hasn’t told you it actually belongs to him. ENTITLEMENT. A murderer feels a debt is owed to him for some inexplicable wrong done to him. VICTIMIZATION. A rapist can’t control what is in his pants. INSTANT GRATIFICATION. The list goes on. These are coincidentally the same primative triggers the left use to pander to their base.
If the underlying factors are added up you‘ll begin to notice a pattern that is parallel to a child’s mentality. You can zero all behavior patterns on the right frontal lobe of the brain which controls non-motor functions such as self-restraint, ambition, etc. This is also an area of the brain damaged during pot smoking. Leftism is nothing more than a form of mental retardation from a stump in brain development.
A way to stimulate growth in this region of the brain is found in good parenting. Making your child NOT have everything they want, discipline them for bad behavior, make them EARN what they get, etc. Good moral values. This STIMULATES that area aiding it in it’s development. This is very important as they say, this is really the only area of the brain that separates us from animals. Beautiful isn’t it? that the very thing separating us from animals is in essence God’s morals. This is true “evolution.” In the end it is up to the individual, there is no guarantee.

What you posted is exactly the conclusion I came to before reading your post.
Remember Lauer’s interview of the little ten year old honor student on the bus who was beaten by a 14 yr old black thug who looked to be at least three times bigger than the little kid? Well, Lauer was also trying to ameliorate the situation in the left’s usual attenpt to keep a lid on any hostile backlash that might occur from the white community.
Notice too, that in any of these black on white beatings Sharpton or Jesse don’t even bother to condmn them? They erroneously think they’re pursuing a tactic of “No justice, no peace,” which will pressure white politicians to cede to black wishes for every nonsensical thing they might be demanding.
They’re playing with fire, of course. It’s beginning to show also on the newspaper forums all over the net wherein whites are getting more and more militant with each black on white atrocity that comes to light.

Most of them seem to be 15-25 people.

The latest, in Peoria, is being HUSHED by the media, inluding theblaze and drudgereport, who initially broke the story. It was on a local newspaper in peoria – the Peoria Chronicle, then drudge’s link crashed their servers, so it was taken down. It was back up as of last night. ( I read it ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR MYSELF )
The controversy on the Peoria story surrounds the one person who the newspaper interviewed – a neighborhood watchdog with a history of exaggeration – but, other sources seem to verify all the story except his claim that the mob was shouting “kill all the white people” – which has not been confirmed by anyone else. The gang/mob and its size are being confirmed by local news sources, including the Journal Star (pjstar.com)
The same Peoria neighborhood has seen similar gang mobs over the preceding weeks, & with growing size & intensity.

I’m reading it now, and it has a lot of information nobody else is talking about. If the statistical facts on the disparity between black and white crime rates were widely known, people could not help but see crimes in terms of ‘black and white’. There’s definitely a problem in the black community. While high profile black preachers of hate are guilty of causing hate against whites, as Reverend Jesse Peterson admits, the liberal whites are just as bad, if not worse because they dominate the organs of communication here, and I’m not referring necessarily to Jews, even though most are rabid liberals. The white secular liberal community is rampant with excuses for criminal black behavior, and in the last analysis, that’s really what gives them fuel to continue unabated.
In any event, Techengineer, you’re right. More people should recognize and oppose the problem, but as I wrote earlier on another thread, I see a growing outrage on all the forums by whites who are getting fed up and are speaking out about it, like nothing I’ve seen in recent times, so I think it is happening now.
At no time in recent history has this situation devolved to this point. We’re sitting on a powder keg that is ready to explode, and it will if these attacks continue and if black on white crime isn’t kept under control.

If you are in fear of your life or that of your family, you may use deadly force to stop that assault. That is why a lot of people down here carry concealed.
Had that “mob” tried to assault me, they would have made a very bad, and very lethal, mistake. Don’t get me wrong – I do not walk around looking for trouble, and I do not intentionally go into areas where “bad things” might happen. But I have no intentions of letting a bunch of sub-human morons ruin my day.
