‘Abortion Isn’t a Punchline’: S.E. Cupp Rebuffs Olbermann in Own ‘Special Comment’

As we’ve reported, former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann has walked back his comments wishing conservative author S.E. Cupp had been aborted never been born, suggesting now that Planned Parenthood should have merely counseled her parents on “how not to raise a moron.” Har har.
Cupp responded to his initial remarks late last week, but took to her online program Monday to fully address the controversy, calling on Olbermann’s liberal allies to denounce his hateful remarks:

It is a sad commentary on the low level (try sub-basement) upon which the liberal media has to operate when character assassination is becoming the norm for dealing with perceived adversaries. The only “finger wagging” that they will be able to muster is the middle one as evidenced by the mental midgets out in Portland “protesting” the Tea Party rally, and of course that is usually an indicator of their ability to hold a reasonable conversation with a 5 year old.

Seems to me when he was dismissed from the big chair and relegated to the high chair his current goal is regain viewership by reconnecting with “loyal” fans. In order to entice them to watch Current TV (what’s that?) for daily news (another ?), he’s searching his bag of tricks for juicy stuff.
Unfortunately his method hasn’t changed and truth was never his goal. I never watch MSNBC nor their pundits save stories highlighted by The Blaze. Perhaps the Progressives lay stock in his words and point of view. But, as I’ve learned so well from Glenn and other Fox contributors, the truth has no agenda. Drive on! Glad you’re aboard.

Since it was a lib, he gets away with not even a mild chastisement from the media or those who are always screaming about the vitriol. Apparently vitriol and nastiness is only objectionable when it comes from conservatives. Liberals can be as violent, vitriolic, and nasty as they like. A good example is the vileness of those anti-Tea Party demonstrators in Madison this week end. The lamestream media hasn’t shown those nasty videos and decried their vitriol, sexism, and racism. If a Tea Party person had said the same thing, they would be the lead story for every cable and lamestream media show and the headline on every liberal website and every liberal newspaper.
