Sarah Noir: Cover of Controversial New Palin Biography Looks Like ‘Detective Novel’

Sarah Noir: Cover of Controversial New Palin Biography Looks Like Detective NovelNEW YORK (AP) — Call it Palin Noir.

Joe McGinniss’ upcoming biography of Sarah Palin has a cover design more fitting for a detective novel. It has a bold red, black and white color scheme and features a dark, defiant silhouette of the former Alaska governor, her hands on her hips.

The image was released Monday by Broadway Books, which this fall is releasing “The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin.” McGinniss, known for the classic “The Selling of the President 1968,” enraged Palin by moving next door to her in Alaska while researching his new book.

I have made it a point to be home on Monday nights so that I could make a deliberate decision to NOT watch “Two and a Half Men” ( BTW:It is now obvious that Sheen is the Half-Man in the title.)
So now I’m gonna have made a deliberate decision to go to Barnes and Noble.

This maybe a little off topic but if all the conservatives of this country said they wanted to re-elect Obama would the Dem’s and liberal media shun him and drop him like the dumb rock that he is. Just because they will always go against the grain of conservatism. Their thinking would be they like him we can’t like him any more. We should maybe use reverse psychology on them like the children that they are. As stupid as they are, it might work.

Wait…this isn’t a good thing for Palin? I would think ANY media coverage that didn‘t entail her being forced to recite facts about American case law or political history that she’s ignorant of, or her quitting as governor (I actually don’t care about this one–I don’t live in Alaska) is good press for her…well better than the press she gets for herself.

I’ll judge this book by its cover and only read it once it makes its way to the surplus shelf at the 99 Cent store. The silloette image of Sarah Palin on the book’s cover is indicative of an author who never met or interviewed the object of his writing. It implies that he doesnt really know her and likely all of the book’s content just regurgitates the past two and a half years trashing of Gov. Palin. Again, I haven’t read the book, but that’s sure what it looks like.

At least I bet he wrote it himself, and I know Sarah did, But poor poor ole Obammy got someone else to write his, of course he had to it the “crooked” way, Not that people don’t have co-writers or ghost writers but they usually mention them but OBAMMY TOOK ALL THE CREDIT. This author wrote “Selling of the President 1968” — required reading in Karl Rove’s communications class. 1993 McGinnis came out with “The Last Brother” about Ted Kennedy’s fall from hero-status. The book ends in 1969, the year of Chappaquiddick, and is fair but brutal in depicting all the Kennedy brothers.

Marylou, many of those charities are foundations to elect. For example, she had her PAC purchase thousands of copies of her own books to be used as fundraiser “gifts.” This way she got to write off her donation in full, and her publisher was fully paid, and her sales commission and fees were paid back to her. Meanwhile, the grass roots public donated $25-50.00 to her PAC to receive a “free” copy. Win-Win-Win, typical DC politics, what’s not to admire?

Don’t get started on the church angle – I have too much respect in the Lord to go there so let‘s just say you don’t want to Google anything about Elder Palin and her Wasilla Bible Church assembly’s beliefs that came out during the “Blood Libel” period. This is her third liturgical conversion; after leaving Catholicism in her teen years she prayed at the Wasilla Assembly of God church.
