Sarah Palin: ‘Nancy Pelosi Is a Dingbat’

Former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin called House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi a “dingbat” Friday in response to her celebration over the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act.

“First off, Nancy Pelosi is a dingbat,” Palin said on Fox News’ “Hannity.“ ”She is the perfect spokesperson for this whole agenda of the far left running the Democrat Party.”

“I know a lot of Democrats who are absolutely embarrassed and disgusted with what her and Harry Reid’s leadership has provided the Democrat Party,” Palin continued, without naming anyone specifically. “They want to bail out of the Democrat Party specifically because of the things that she says, the things that she does, what it is that she represents.”

  I agree, most people on here think the supreme court decision would be good for Romney. The reason they think that is because they are lukewarm on Romney and this decision pushed them over the edge. But the majority of america does not see it that way. It is bad for Romney for two reasons:
  1. The wishy-washy americans who vote based on looks, ads, and who they think will win: These people will see that Obama has won in the supreme court and will start believing that he is unbeatable (which for some reason makes them think they should vote for him).
  2. The independents with a brain: They will see Romny going around talking about repealing something that Romney supported (and still supports) at the state level. They see it as complete hypocrisy. Had the obamacare been put to bed, it wouldnt have been an issue.

  Godlovin, If you want to know what I think, Ron Paul is going to win the nomination, that is what I think. Call me crazy, but the delegates are going to be unbound, as it should be. Some on here say that would go against the popular vote, but we are not a democracy, we are a Republic. The delegates are free to change their minds, just in case a scandal came up on the presumptive nominee, or the delegates figure out that the presumptive nominee cannot win, all sorts of things that the founding fathers were brilliant for.   Oh, I get it you’re being sarcastic. Sarah Palin left a mess when she was the mayor of a small town and couldn’t finish her first term as the Governor of a state with fewer people in it than a medium sized city. Nancy Pelosi has spent more than the last 30 years in public service, first in San Francisco and then in the House of Representatives. She was the first woman to serve as Speaker of the House, chosen by her male colleagues and she never lost a vote in her 4 years as Speaker. She steered the Affordable Care Act through Congress, something that other Democrats had been trying to do for at least 40 years. When her party lost the majority, her colleagues still selected her to remain their leader. Sarah gets trashed by the people who worked with her because she’s not the sharpest tool in the shed, she was an emotional wreck while running for Vice President, and she’s a spiteful shrew. Her reality show only lasted one season and Fox only trots her out when they’re looking for word salad and someone to talk trash about the President. You folks seem to like her, and think she’s sexy and that Liberals are jealous. Nope, trust me, we don’t want her. But, she is great for laughs.

  I did read it….in very small pieces at a time! I will agree with you that it did make my eyes burn out of my head! However it is my belief that neither of us had to read it, listen to arguments about it, then judge its’ constitutionality as Scalia did. Statements like that made it very clear where his opinion was going to go before the first argument was heard!

  @ConservativesLie I would not have even given it the consideration that Scalia did. Obamacare is an anti-constitutional abomination. Our forefathers must be spinning in their graves over it. They fought a very risky war to rid themselves of an oppressive government.
  
  Now we have Obamacare which will have government deciding what treatments are allowed and who is allowed to get them. The bureaucrats will feel free to override personal and religious beliefs at will. Please don’t argue against it because it has already happened. HHS has decided that $9/month contraceptives are more important than the religious convictions of Catholic organizations.
  
  This is not liberty, in fact it is tyranny. The medical boards can make their decisions and we don’t even have the right to take them to court. You can try to put a happy face on it but you won’t smile when it is your relative or you that is chosen to be the loser.
  
  Liberty is not guaranteed to be trouble free and some will lose their lives. But it is better to die a free man than to live as a slave.

  Well this week Obamacare was proven to be constitutional! Deal with it! For someone who supposedly read the bill you are very misinformed over what can happen and what can not. You are not past the myth of the death panels! You can’t tell me that by refusing coverage to pre-exisiting conditions, or putting a cap on how much they will pay, insurance companies have been limiting care themselves!
