Sarah Palin Takes on Health Care During ‘The Five’ (And You’ll Want to Hear Her Advice for George Stephanopoulos)

Sarah Palin appeared on Fox‘s ’The Five’ Friday, where she discussed the president’s new health care law, its implications, and how it can be overturned.
After explaining how she can see “both sides” of the conservative argument– both that the bill should not have been passed, but at least it was passed as a tax– Palin discussed the “deceptive” way the bill was sold to the American people. For instance, the president repeatedly assured the public that the measure was not a tax increase, when that is exactly what it was deemed by the Supreme Court.
“Governor, the deception– does that include death panels there that were never real, that you said were in the bill?” Bob Beckel asked, trying to stump Palin.
Without missing a beat, Palin responded: “There is a faceless bureaucratic panel – the acronym is the IPAB, and the IPAB…will tell you, Bob, whether your level of productivity in society is worthy of receiving their rationed care that will be the result of Obamacare…It defies all economic and common sense to ever consider that care won’t be rationed when, obviously, with more and more enrollees in the program and fewer and fewer services being provided, because it will be so inefficient and expensive and bureaucratic…it will be rationed.”
From there, Greg Gutfeld mentioned a report saying that 100,000 elderly patients are euthanized prematurely in the U.K. because they don’t have enough beds.
“Inevitably, this is what happens,” he noted, before adding: “Can someone lie if they didn’t know what they were talking about or doing?”

From there, Palin called out George Stephanopolous for a memorable interview in which the president insulted him for suggesting that the health care bill was a tax.
“He tried to school George, he got in his face and he said: ‘This isn’t a tax, what are you talking about? Quit spinning this, George,’” Palin recalled.
“I expect George to step up and say: ‘President Obama, you were wrong then or you lied to me, meaning you lied to the people of America. Are you going to correct yourself now?’”
The ‘Five’ group said that, from Stephanopolous, it would be unwise to “hold your breath.”

The system can‘t possibly sustain freeloaders like the illegals he’s allowing to stay and they will overflow into the hospitals as never seen before. Most people now see Physician Assistants instead of their family Drs, who no longer are able to visit and oversee their patients in hospitals, and soon even the Pa’s will be invisible. I’ve heard from various news outlets that this IPAB may not even be able to be rescinded.
Those of you who mock the right, please read some articles about the UK Socialist healthcare, in Canada and several other countries. Some Drs in the UK do not even tell their patients they have breast cancer to avoid the problems of unaffordability. The other women are simply told, “sorry.”

Our founding fathers wrote the Constitution giving the ultimate say to the people and the States with very limited power to the Federal. Over time the Federal has usurped (or been given by lazy people and states) more and more power. It’s time to take the power and put it back into the hands of the people and the states. The States need to get together and fire the Federal. Senators and Representatives need to be State employees with the Senators again appointed by governors and Representatives with term limits. If we can’t have independent states, then maybe it’s time to break into independent countries. Texas could stand alone. Who wants to go with us?

During several of Greta’s programs she had a stack of papers (2,000+) on her desk symbolizing the health care bill and lamenting how NO ONE in Congress or the Senate was reading it! She was so right about that & definitely fired up about it! They both (Megyn & Greta) are very impassioned about their jobs and of the events going on in our country. Yeah, "without missing a beat" Palin made up a bunch of nonsense that couldn't be further from the truth if she tried (which she is, so y'know, that's impressive). The IPAB doesn't do anything like what she's describing – it's looking for savings and inefficiences solely within Medicare that don't effect level of care – and the law explicitly lays out that it has no ability to ration care, in case anyone attempts to twist it that way (a la Palin). But I'm sure The Blaze, with it's dedication to "the truth," will pick up on that story, right?

It used to be funny to listen to them support literally everything Obummer and his extreme Left-wing communists cronies say or do, regardless of how absurd it is or big and blatantly obvious the lies. Then it became sad to think “intelligent” people such as they could be so blindly duped and therefore followers of the worst POTUS in US history. Now is simply nauseating to listen to their voices spew the same lies and campaign slogans that come out of the mouth of Obummer or his press secretary or the other communist cronies. There is a special place in hell for Obummer, his cronies and the press secretary who is nothing but a professional liar.

Now we have the SCOTUS “deeming” it a tax when it was never meant to be a tax. Furthermore, the SCOTUS just “deemed” the fine as a tax but being as a direct tax from the Fed except imposed as an income tax is not constitutional per the 16th amendment, the SCOTUS just changed the constitutional taxing authority of the Fed without due process of a constitutional amendment.
WOW! It now seems that every branch of the US government is FUBAR and the people are simply F***ed.

I learned quite a bit about Muslims during my 1st tour in Iraq, which was from the invasion to march ‘04; I worked as a trainer then liaison for the new Iraqi Army once we entered the SASO phase or better named Iraqinization. I lived with, ate with, fought alongside and had many long conversations with Iraqis, Kurds, Muslims, Christians, and Yazeede.
Report Post »While I do not consider myself an expert on the Muslim religion I do consider myself to have quite a bit more insight on it than the average American, who has never had the privilege of such an intimate relationship as I had. Are you also aware of the 5 relationships in a Musllim male’s life? The relationships go along with the acceptability to lie and not sin according to Islam. A Muslim is not obligated to tell the truth to anyone who does fall into 1 of the 5 catagories of relationship. AND of course as you stated it is perfectly acceptable to lie to a non-believer or infidel, especially if it is necessary to win over a convert. Try telling this to a left-wing communist and they will try to tell you you do not know what you are talking about or simply call you a racist/bigot. Funny how it always comes down to their last option, which to play the race card when they cannot debate a topic.

Gov. Palin is right about ObamaCare’s “death panels.” Of course, the legislation doesn’t call them death panels, just like it didn’t say that ObamaCare is a huge tax increase on the middle class. But the IPAB would surely become a death panel when they start running out of money, which is inevitable. That‘s why Obama hired Rahm Emanuel’s brother — the famous “medical ethicist” — to help decide who gets treatment and who doesn’t (i.e., who lives and who dies). THAT’S A DEATH PANEL, BECKEL.
