‘Scott Walker Teabagger!’: Protesters Seem to Mock National Anthem During Wisconsin ‘Americans for Prosperity’ Rally

Maclver News Service has posted video of anti-Scott Walker protesters in Madison, Wisconsin making disrespectful remarks during the National Anthem at the Americans for Prosperity Tax Day Rally.

“Scott Walker tea-bagger!” one can be heard saying loudly, at the beginning.

“Show some respect for your country,” someone responded.

By the end of the National Anthem, right after “home of the brave,“ one of the protesters twice said ”We’re over here!” as though, perhaps, they are the “brave.”  His companion yells something loudly, though it is difficult to make out the phrase.

In another video of the group, uploaded by Gateway Pundit, one can be seen holding a socialist “clenched fist” decorated to look like the American flag.  In this clip, as well, one of the men shouts “Scott Walker tea-bag!”

The Maclver Institute comments: “Not long ago, it was unthinkable to disrespect the National Anthem in anyway whatsoever. However [protesters] showed no hesitation in crossing that line on Saturday in Madison, Wisconsin. As thousands prepared to gather for the Americans for Prosperity Tax Day Rally, a few protesters gathered at the edges of the to crowd show their contempt.”

The second clip simply deems the group “Crazy anti-Walker [Nuts].”

      KURT1010: These heathens are too darn lazy to establish their own government, money system, banks, jobs, transportation, schools, and every other facet of society. They simply want to sit home in front of their TV and soak in their “fair share” of our money, for as long as it lasts, that is.

      We are seeing the effect of Jimmy Carter’s legacy (the Dept. of Education) and the welfare mentality. Doesn’t require much brainwork to see what has been done to the majority of children from the X and Y generation (and currently to the Z gen). As hard as it is to admit, these brainwashed students are the (gag gag) “future leaders of America.” Universities are fine-tuning those leaders – like the University of Oregon with its new curriculum, teaching how to live and govern in a Marxist society.

      Walter Cronkite was a scathing example of un-Americanism, with his multitude of Global Governance awards and active support of the work of people such as George Soros. Why are so many upset with the heathens’ display of disloyalty and un-Americanism today? It has been in evidence, and on display, for quite a while.

      MAMA6: Just remember what Samuel Johnson said: “Patriotism is the last refuge of scoundrels.” One does NOT have to place their hand over their heart during the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance or the Star Spangled Banner. It’ is rude not to do so but not necessarily unpatriotic. Patriotism is felt in the heart and shouldn’t need to be worn on the sleeve (or lapel) in order to feel patriotic.

I might add…the people that move out of big cities & come to Montana.. who want to change it to their liking & usually their ideas “stink” but they have the money & vote in politicians to do their bidding & we Montanas that just want a simple life…well….the beat goes on. So much of Mt. is owned by the Feds & so much of it is fenced off where we use to get permission from the landowners & enjoy our state…not anymore. I love Montana but glad I’m on the dying end of life before this “Last Best Place” really gets screwed-up. I don’t own Mt., but I love Mt..

      @socialism.rocks The complete opposite. California is on the edge of declaring bankruptcy. Many CA counties have practically already declared bankruptcy. Detroit City is debating whether to call in an emergency session, as they can’t pay off their debts. Chicago? DC? Brooklyn? Baltimore? ETC. All majority liberal, NOT conservative. You can live off debt for only so long, soon enough it’s going to bite you in the butt, big time.

Those huge blue states that were so successful at one time is where all of the hands out riff raff either got started or where they eventually settled keeping the local democrat politicians well ensconced for decades. Now that those states are drained of funds the rats will start to invade the red states. Let’s take a firm lesson from these places and avoid those give away programs that made the former wealthy blue states so attractive in the first place. Those states grew so much money at one time then p i s s e d it away that they will not have to rely on the poor red states to pull their collective dead asses out of the fire.

      I’m a 66yr old great grandmother, and would like MY country back. MY country allowed me prayer in school, Pledge Allegiance in school. My country allowed me Easter Pageants, and Christmas Pageants in school. MY country held huge parades in NY for homecoming soldiers. MY country would come out of buildings to pray at funeral processions going by. MY country didn’t tax us for everything but the air we breath. MY country respected it’s people, as well as the people respecting it’s President. MY country respected all those people who came into this country legally, and they as well respected this country and assimilated themselves to our way of life. etc,etc,etc……..This today, is a foreign country to me.

    This is unfortunately becoming common at Tea Party Rallies. Here are some tips.
    DO bring a video or still camera with fresh batteries.
    DO get photos or video of any offensive signs or behavior – racist signs, signs connecting O’s administration to Nazis, anti-Semitic signs, signs calling for violence – and send them totpcrashers@pjtv.com.
    DO inform them calmly and civilly that the signs and behavior are unwelcome.
    DO get pictures including the faces of people holding, the people standing with the offensive signs, and context.
    DO have “Infiltrator” and “Brought to you by…”, or similar type signs, and stay close to the offensive signs so it’s hard for the legacy media to single them out.
    DO capture video of people shouting offensive words or slogans. Loudly – but calmly and civilly – challenge them for the misbehavior, and get that on video, so it’s clear it was denounced at the time.
    DO assume people with their faces covered, especially with a balaclava or ski mask, are not your friend.
    DO report any harassment or assaults to the police, and capture that report on video as well, if possible.
    DO KEEP YOUR COOL. Keep calm. Be nice. These people are agent provocateurs, and the worst thing you can do to them is not be provoked.

      Haven’t we, the conservatives, been forced to be drafted into “Obama’s-boot-camp” for the last 3.5 years with all the added on rules & regulations? If he is re-elected, I’m going over the fence even if I have to jump, pole-vault (wait didn’t I hear those same words from Pelosi awhile back to pass the hlth-care bill?) LOL

      The world as we know it, is about to collapse, so one has to wonder what all these left-wingers, Commies, crazies, hippies and general ignorant losers are going to do, when they can’t take care of themselves during the zombie apocalypse, yet they have so alienated all the conservatives in this country, that they won’t get any assistance from them……this could end badly for all the outspoken, moronic drones….at least I hope so…..

      @TXPILOT Never happen. Conservatives are good Christian people and will help anyone. Even dumb kids standing with Obama signs in the Heat. Those Tea Party folks gave them water. See above post. But, you are right they are not ready for what may come. And will be slaughtered at the trough by their own kind.
