Security Video Shows Alleged NYPD ‘Rape Cops’ Escorting Accuser Into Her Apartment

A Gap fashion executive, who accused two New York cops of rape, is seen walking into her East Village apartment, escorted by the officers, in previously unseen surveillance footage. The woman alleges that one of the cops raped her while the other stood watch nearby.

It all began late one night when a taxicab driver dialed 911 to report that the woman in the backseat of his cab was practically passed out from, presumably, drinking too heavily:

The driver later testified that she was too drunk to get out of the cab by herself.

So then, two cops were sent to the scene: NYPD’s Kenneth Moreno and Franklin Mata. They walked her up to her flat.

Security Video Shows Alleged NYPD Rape Cops Escorting Accuser Into Her Apartment

What happened next is the subject of a $60 million lawsuit against New York City.

Prosectors claim that the officers helped the woman into the apartment and later returned–at which point, prosecutors claim, Morena raped the woman while Mata stood watch. Over the span of about four hours, the footage shows the officers entering and leaving the building three separate times.

But the question is: how drunk was she? Drunk enough to not consent to sex? But sober enough to wake up during the alleged rape to remember it? Drunk enough to be passed out in a cab? But sober enough to appear animated and conversational in the clip below? That’s for a jury to decide.

Don’t jump to conclusions, it looks bad but hold your horse for now. Let justice have its day in court.

Question is, if she was so intoxicated that she couldn‘t get out of the cab why didn’t they arrest her for public dunkeness?

They didn’t but went back and forth between her apartment and wherever else?

Not sure if they are guilty of rape but seems highly suspicious

They are innocent till PROVEN GUILTY.Yes maybe they should have called for an ambulance or taken her to the hospital but then they would be accused of raping her in their squad car so on this they can’t win to lose.Let’s just let all the facts come out and they will. But then again I remember what Glenn said they police are going to be the next to be attacked is one more sign of trouble to come for all officers.WAKE UP GUYS.

Her Flat? When did we start adapting the Euro way of describing an apartment? Jolly good mate, then the bobbies took the arseholed bit of skirt up to her flat and the bizzies despoiled the poor wretch.

Now they have really done it. I expect a rash of 911 calls by female septuagenarians and octogenarians demanding that the police send Moreno and Mata immediately to their 10-20s.

4 hours to drop her off at her apartment….must have been a hell of a slow elevator.

I love it when the defenders of these roaches say they are innocent until proven guilty. But when ever a common man gets in trouble they are guilty as sin the moment they are arrested.

You may be right……Im just saying ….in this clip there could be 100 senarios…if she chokes on her own vomit then the cops are demonized hence (the trips back into the house)…If they are guilty then convict them….but why the six million?…why doesnt she want justice?…on the surface its gold digging

Let me see; is rape worse than theft? Seems that everyone in the world and all courts throughout the world think so. Except Muslims.
Are you Muslim. It would explain so cavalierly dismissing the rape of a woman.

Hey I wasn’t there . I did not see what happened did you. How do you know the victim is not Crystal Magnum? You take too much on faith. I seen them black cops pushing shopping carts through a store being looted. Did you see that woman being raped? Do people lie? Are woman people? You are way to quick to judge and you trust the media too much.

How often do these cops, or cops in general escort people into their apartments? Why come back? I wonder who else was going in and out of that building?

Was she letting them in over and over? Was the door unlocked? Was she texting and phoning through this time?

Innocent or guilty police officers should be held to a higher standard the the general public. Does it take four hours to escort a drunk person home? No. But a lot of bad things can happen in four hours. I hope there is some evidence to prove guilt or innocence. If these cops are bad guys they should be punished.

So, why go back???? On video, the leftist union judge sympathizer will probably have it excluded from evidence.!!! Remember the rookie NYC cop that tackled that bike rider (one, out of hundreds) and LIED that the bicyclist ran into him…. VIDEO SHOWED …..he LIED!!!! but..but was not convicted!!!
So good luck lady with your case proveing is one thing getting a conviction is another.

Isn’t there some kind of law against sex while on duty?

Date rape drug? I wonder if she went to the hospital? Is it possible she had more to drink upon arriving home and was slipped something?

Any blood/drug testing for this woman?

How did the officers report their activity? Repeat visits to the same home?

I sure hope this is NOT true, but have the officers explained why they went back? Maybe they were just checking to see if she was okay and ALIVE? They should have taken her straight to a hospital to see if she had alcohol poisoning.. IMO. Would have prevented this entire episode.

I agree, the fact that she is not just pressing charges but sueing for sixty million dollars makes me feel skeptical. I’m not excusing the officers even if it was consentual sex (on duty) but anytime someone goes after the lottery style win in these situations it makes me question what really happened and what a persons motives are.

Absolutely agree with both of you. It could easily be a set up involving the cab driver to extort money from the city. The rape scenario could also be true, hopefully justice prevails in this case.
