On November 19, Glenn Beck spoke at the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s “Restoration Weekend,” where he addressed the current political situation in America, entrepreneurship, Occupy Wall Street, Israel and plenty more.
“I think the question — how much trouble are we in — I’ll address. But the bigger question that I would like to address today is — how much trouble is the Left in?,” Beck said at the beginning of his speech. “Because America is waking up. And there’s only going to be one of us standing in the end. And I have every intention of it being us.”
Later on in the speech he quipped, “My six-year-old could be Ben Bernanke for a day and do a better job.“ And he held little back considering his opinion on the ”99 percent,” saying, “Occupy Wall Street is some of the most dark, evil stuff I’ve ever seen.”

Beck also spoke explicitly about Israel and the potential for another World War:
“Here’s where we’re headed. Possibility — World War III. Because Israel has a right to survive, Israel has a right to live, the Jews have a right to be left alone by the rest of the world — they will defend themselves, as they should. [...]
Guaranteed anti-Semitism not seen since the 1930s. Guaranteed economic — not depression; collapse. Collapse. And civil war. You cannot put this genie back in the bottle.
But there is something else. There’s something that I’d like to focus on here. These things are coming. But so is this. Healing. Healing and profound light, should we choose it. Now.

Beck concluded his address by explaining that the next 18 months will be “unlike anything we’ve seen before.” While darkness can be expected, he said that “as darkness grows, so does the light.”

He’s a shill for the Jewish Apartheid reigning in America. It’s true that their paradigm is once again in jeopardy and they are scrambling to retain control. It is a vicious cycle which has once again ran its course. People are once again beginning to wake up and understand that they’ve been had. This is where Beck comes in to divert attention away from the source of the problem and boy what a wonderful job he does in deceiving the masses.
So having said that Sybil I disagree with your assessment. I believe the only Spirit Glenn Beck has is one of gluttony and deception. Or if you really want to get Spiritual what about the Spirit of Nimrod? Regardless Beck has been a very effective spokesperson for his handlers. I only hope that his followers eventually see through the charade for the sake of the Republic.

I have been watching this man for about 4 years now and 2 before that on radio and have NEVER heard him say anything false misleading or heretical. He is a self professing Mormon and yet I have NEVER heard him say ANYTHING about or even quoting Mormon doctrine. I have however heard him give the gospel story of redemption that has had more power conviction and love then ANY save John Hagee on “Christian” TV and that was given while he was on fox and then COUNTLESS times on GBTV.
If you can site just one example of being a false prophet then I will today cancel my GBTV subscription and tell all my friends and church about it.
Has he EVER lied about anything? (after finding Christ and getting clean from addiction)

Over the last 6 years I cannot recall hearing one from him.

You’re chasing the wrong boogeyman on this. I don’t like linking to educational sites when people are perfectly capable of doing that themselves. You are an Engineer, or soon to be one by reading your screen name, so I know research is something you value. As a Computer Engineer research is tantamount to a prerequisite to perform my work. It doesn’t matter what the subject is we are going to study, we should understand the pros and cons of independent sources to conclude our basis of facts.
I believe that if you applied study habits to this topic, you’ll discover exactly what I did when understanding who real Jews are, and who are the fake. At the core, their fruits (works) tell the story of their agenda.
Beck is dead center right of this, and I can assure you, those who he supports are also on the right side of this topic. But please, do your own research instead of just making a judgment without seasoning.

I was at 8-28 and it was an amazing experience. Made a lot of great friends there. I was in Israel during his event there but I was stuck in the desert working. At an outdoor restaurant after Beck was long gone people were still talking about the event. It’s incredible how many people are getting his message, and being uplifted by it.

Red and Blue States’ debt is already being paid by the collective so I do not see secession occurring. Any State(s) that tried to withdraw from the Union would fail miserably as they all are too endebted and bound by the dollar. Who would they trade with? Unfortunately it is unfeasible and not realistic.
Most won’t see it as slaughter. Most will see it as being able to eat, sleep, and function. Slaughter will only come to those who refuse it.
The European Union will/is being bailed out by us. There is a difference in that they are countries and we are states.

I hope Y’all had a nice Thanksgiving. To answer your question, I see the lines of a civil war being drawn between the States and the Fed Govt. In that way history will teach us a lesson again. If you look at some of the recent rulings and decisions from the federal government; offshore drilling, border protection, Keystone pipeline, Land grabs, EPA rulings, gay rights, abortion, and on and on.
The Country is severally divided between conservatives and liberals, our politicians have only been able to keep it together over the years by trying to manage a wildly swinging pendulum. When the Libs have control they grab all of their goodies and make laws that we Conservatives simply cannot live with. And vice versa when we get power.
As fas as economically surviving as separate states, I do not see that as a big problem. The US dollar is quite a joke at this point anyhow. Some states have already allowed for the gold standard to return in preparation for the collapse of the dollar. In many ways, the Fed and the federal government might actually want this to happen, It would be a great way to default with the excuse of blaming someone else. It may not be a full on “shooting” civil war, but a financial one for sure. Look at the Global currency wars currently ramping up between the dollar, the Euro, GBP and of course the Yuan. No bullets yet, but a war nonetheless.
Prepare and pray, my friend. But we ARE being pulled apart as a nation, perhaps intentionally.

Glenn is very slick though. He makes broad brush, nonspecific general statements and when an event occurs that can be tied into his vague assertions, he claims it as proof of his ability to foresee future events. Anyone can do it though.
Here’s a silly example that uses the same techniques Glenneth employs: Hey gang. I see multiplex movie theaters going in all over the country and they are evil. They’re dark and we all know how dangerous it is in the dark. You can trip and fall and get badly hurt. And then there’s the snack issue. All that fat and sugar is bad. Evil things can happen to your body if you eat that stuff. And the sugar content in Coke? It will kill people with blood sugar and insulin issues and don’t even get me started on PEANUT ALLERGIES which can kill little children after just one nibble! In fact we have a story coming up on The Blaze (is it up yet Stu?) about an eight year old boy in Wisconsin who had peanut allergies and mistakenly ate some peanut M&M’s in a darkened theater and ended up in a coma. We’re all praying for him. Anyway, theaters are evil and multiplexes are filled with them. George Soros just happens to have money in one theater chain in particular. And they have plans to build more throughout the US. I see evil growing and more darkness coming GANG!! PRAY!!!

I just don’t see that scenario playing out. Those currency battles have been there forever. I just don’t see a seperated state being able to trade with anyone especially if sanctioned which mostly would occurr and blockaded if a oceanic border state.
The dollar collapse only leads to a redeemer being needed. It’s the crisis that solidifies it all as the whole world falls if the dollar collapses. You could be correct it is on purpose but what it brings about is a world currency that is paperless in my thought. You either have it and eat, sleep, survive, or you do not and are blocked and die when found. It all starts here.

Mr. Beck’s words and warnings are congruent with Scripture and many of the things he has felt and said have come about…that makes them prophetic.
Mr. Beck has seen both sides of life – with and without God – and has been forgiven much. Hopefully, he will not be tempted by fame and fortune, will not fall back into decadence and deception, but hold onto God’s truth in every aspect of his life…keeping Jesus as his first love.
To those who disagree, I hope you will at least read the Bible and open your heart and mind to God.

I have gathered my family close, in my home. We live together and we are aware of what’s coming. If it doesn’t happen, great, we’ll have some extra food and supplies. If it does then we will be as ready as possible.

The “pattern” you detect throughout history was prophesied to happen. The first signs of it showed up when Moses led Israel out of Egypt. Glenn seems to think this is a set in stone situation, it is not, we can can it. First, we need to change the Senate to Republican, win the White House and we can start keeping things from going darker. Glenn does not help by seeming to resent the only candidate that can accomplish those goals. His name is Mitt Romney. He can win the Independents and many discouraged Democrats as well as most Republicans. To read the blogs, Every one hates Mitt. Not true, just read the polls. I have little against the remainder of candidate, any would be better than our current WH resident. Most are not ready for prime time althought probably nice people each with good ideas. Whether you like Romney or not is not even the question. I have heard everything from him being a Mormon to having no principles, he is a Mormon but he has principles and we need to win and not just give into the darkness because he is not perfect in some’s eyes. It is not hopeless, God expects us to try to win and overcome, but we cannot let fear overwhelm us and just accept defeat because we cannot find our own “messiah”. We don’t need a messiah, we already have one but we do need a competent leader who can defeat these forces. Please think!

As for Glenn, I am suspect of him in many cases. I respect that he believes what he believes, and it is great that he has been bringing to light a great deal of evil in the world. Everyone needs to do as he says in one way for sure, do your own research, validate what he says and decide for yourself. One of my favorite quotes is by Frederick Douglas, “A battle lost or won is easily described, understood, and appreciated, but the moral growth of a great nation requires reflection, as well as observation, to appreciate it.”
Too often people with distracted interest turn on the dummy box and hear a Journalist sputtering his agenda laced story, and they swallow the propaganda. Why? Because they are unwilling to step away from the pretty dressed Journalist with the made for TV message of faction, sect, or cause. They refuse to research the drivel offered, and too often get their answers wrong and become sheep for the slaughter of those who would be their masters. They do it willingly, and WILLFULLY, and use it to fashion their life.
I’ve been said to impose ad-homenim, and just be rude to people. There is no reasoning with insanity. It’s at times like this where I believe another quote by Douglas is apt and fit. “At a time like this, scorching irony, not convincing argument, is needed.”
I listen to Beck, and hear his message, but I refuse to simply take his word for anything. Try it in the fire and see if it stands. Beck has been right on many things. He’s trustworthy, and his message stands. Proud to call him my brother. God speed Glenn.

It was America’s intervention into Israel’s business that caused them to give back the land they fought for! Ron Paul does not support that type of ‘intervention’ because he knows doing so only makes matters worse — history has taught us that much – over and over again.

America has always been a diverse melting pot with many different political opinions. The Founders did not speak with one voice by any means. Federalist and the Anti-Federalists had very different opinions about government but we found compromise. The Southern Founders were much different from the Northern Founders. We strive for compromise and consensus among 330 million Americans, not total domination of one ideology. All sides are represented and will continue to be represented, and hopefully we will find the middle ground. This divisive rhetoric of “one side will be left standing” is completely off base.

Is there middle ground between slavery and freedom? There are issues that DO NOT have a middle ground, and require one to stand firmly on principle. Too bad that your precious ego takes that as “divisive”.
This is not like deciding how much money to spend in the budget this year. There is all kinds of “middle ground” on such a question. You are not a deep thinker if this distinction has not already dawned on you.
Not everything reduces to a debate with “two sides”, like in a court room with an accuser and a defendant does.
America has 330 million “sides” if you will. That is because we are all unique and each have our own responsibility for ourselves first and as we have ability, those around us.
The “sides” that Glenn is referring to is between the “state” and the “individual”. Where is power going to be centered between these two “sides”.
The Left and Progressives and compromised Republicans want it in the hands of government and its insatiable appetite for regulation and bureaucrats.
The JFK Democrats (like Victor Davis Hanson) who are still left want to be left the hell alone to live their lives the way they see fit. This is the “other side” which includes conservatives, libertarians, true liberals and the average guy who holds the belief that he has to make his own way in the world.
