Sen. Boxer: Anti-Women ‘Sickness’ Among Republicans, Maybe They ‘Don’t Like Their Moms or Their First Wives’

California Senator Barbara Boxer Says Republicans Might Hate Their Moms, First Wives at Planned Parenthood Event

(Photo: AP)

Senator Barbara Boxer (D-Cali.) used her position as the speaker at a Planned Parenthood event in California Tuesday to tie Todd Akin’s “rape” comments to the entire Republican party, eventually concluding that Republicans might just hate their families.

“It’s deeper than one Republican congressman — it goes all the way to the top of the Republican ticket…The truth is there’s a war against women, and it’s not going to end until we all say at the polls, ‘That’s not the country we want,’” she began, according to Silicon Valley Mercury News.

The California senator also said that Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan will be the “top generals” of the so-called “war on women” if elected, because they oppose federal funding for abortion and birth control.

“There is a sickness out there in the Republican Party, and I’m not kidding. Maybe they don’t like their moms or their first wives; I don’t know what it is,” Boxer remarked.

No video has yet surfaced of the event, so it is unclear what exactly she meant by “first wives.”

Eventually switching to attacking Ryan’s proposed changes to Medicare, Boxer concluded: “Whatever you’ve done in the past…you‘re going to have to redouble your efforts because women’s rights are on the chopping block.”

Senator Barbara Boxer is yet another Jewish liberal in pursuit of her fellow Jew, Karl Marx’s ideology. I have no idea when people will begin to connect the dots, but if they do not, we’re history. Only an ideologue could make these foolish statements and keep a straight face. Right out of fellow Jewish ideology playbook of Axelrod, Plouffe, Stern, Sunstein, Kagan, Lew (Emamuel)… Alinsky and Piven.

      Chance? Don’t think so.

      http://www.buzzfeed.com/annanorth/the-6-craziest-things-people-have-said-about-pregn

      1. Weather analogies
Federal Judge James Leon Holmes, a Bush appointee, said in an article published circa 1997: “Concern for rape victims is a red herring because conceptions from rape occur with approximately the same frequency as snowfall in Miami.”

      2. “Hormonal response”
From the Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch, 2006, via Democratic Underground:
“I think that life begins when the chromosomes of the sperm and egg line up,” said Dr. Richard Dobbins, who works in the emergency department at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Kenton.
Dobbins also questioned the need for emergency contraception in rape cases, saying that most women either are not fertile during assault or do not become pregnant because the trauma prompts a hormonal response that prevents ovulation.
“So if they do get pregnant, they wanted it, is that it?” a reproductive-rights advocate in the audience asked.
      4. Secretions
      From the Philadelphia Inquirer, 1988:
The odds that a woman who is raped will get pregnant are “one in millions and millions and millions,” said state Rep. Stephen Freind, R-Delaware County, the Legislature’s leading abortion foe.
The reason, Freind said, is that the traumatic experience of rape causes a woman to “secrete a certain secretion” that tends to kill sperm.

Oh, and we hate women huh?

      Partial-Birth Abortion
Five steps to a partial birth abortion:

Guided by ultrasound, the abortionist grabs the baby’s legs with forceps.

The baby’s leg is pulled out into the birth canal.

The abortionist delivers the baby’s entire body, except for the head.

The abortionist jams scissors into the baby’s skull.
The scissors are then opened to enlarge the skull.

The scissors are removed and a suction catheter is inserted.
The child’s brains are sucked out, causing the skull to collapse.
The dead baby is then removed.

Even though these pictures of aborted babies just breaks my heart, I think people should see them. This is a viable baby that thousands of people would love to have. The liberals keep telling women “it” is only a blob”. Does this baby look like a blob? The Democrats try to say Republicans want to kill babies it is the liberals who think it is ok to do it. They are the ones who are wanting all people to pay for abortions. It says in the bible about what happens when innocent blood is shed. I, for one, do NOT want that blood on my hands.

Sad and true. The problem really isn’t abortion but the lawyers and red tape that comes with adoption. It comes with a $8,000 to $40,000 price tag. There is a $13,000 tax credit but ultimately until tax season you’re on your own. I have an adopted daughter that the mother would have killed if we hadn’t taken her. For me it is especially heartbreaking to see these pictures. It’s worth saving these kids if you can.

Divide, divide, divide. Fortunately, all women I know except one are scared to death of what this administration is doing to the country and could care less about their ABORTION DISTORTION. That they think this theme will fool women tells you how idiotic and gullible they think women are.

I have never heard anything come out of liberal women’s mouths that even remotely resemble my life. I come from a long line of patriotic and pioneer woman, strong and good women. We do not marry men that act like democrat men, they are not strong, decent men. We like our military guys and farmers and business starting guys who think for themselves and want to build lives with us that mean something and accomplish something for our families. We look for men who honor God, their promises, and their country. That puts lib men off the list. Government is not our be-all and end-all.

They have to keep this message alive because their followers are like lambs being led to the slaughter. Anything deeper than a sound bite and their heads explode. I am just another non-existent non-feminist highly educated, mom, wife, and daughter who loves her mom! Sure, there are a lot of dumb people running for office. On both sides. That is why this country is in the shape it is in. I think they should have to pass an IQ test before being allowed to “Serve” (and I use that word lightly) in the government. This is for all govt employees, elected or not. That in itself would reduce the size of government.

It doesn‘t matter if he’s right or not. You should know Facts aren’t as important as Feelings in the US anymore.

That’s why there are so many big PR firms these days.

It’s not that he was right, he was insensitive and that is the main issue.

Unfortunately it will be used to paint republicans as heartless.

Pregnancy itself from sex is pretty rare. That’s hardly the issue. The way he said what he said implies those who do get pregnant from rape somehow didn’t want to stop it bad enough. That if they really were against being raped, their bodies would have prevented the pregnancy. Since they got pregnant, they must have been ok with the rape on some level.

That shifts the burden to the victim and that’s unacceptable.
