‘Separating Fact From Myth:‘ O’Reilly Tackles Obama Conspiracy Theories

Using his “Talking Points Memo” segment last night, Bill O’Reilly decided to go through the numerous conspiracy theories swirling about Barack and Michelle Obama. In a simple back-and-forth style, he named the claim and then stated succinctly whether it was true or not. He tackled everything from the birther issue to whether Michelle lost her law license. He didn’t take on the new theory that Obama has had brain surgery:

We get a ton of internet propaganda here. Nearly every day, some hysterical dispatch shows up on my desk saying the world will end on Friday or Moluccan terrorists have just infiltrated through Brownsville, Texas, and are heading for your house.
But no one is more popular on the net propaganda circuit than President Obama. So in the interest of no spin, it is my pleasure to set the record straight.
Mr. Obama is a controversial guy. All presidents are. But he does deserve to be treated honestly, does he not? So here we go.
Item: The president has not released his academic transcripts.
True. His records from Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School have not been made public, and the president could do that if he wanted to.
Item: His thesis from Columbia has not been made public.
False. He didn’t do a thesis. You may remember that Hillary Clinton kept her Wellesley thesis private until somebody outed the paper on radical Saul Alinsky.
Item: Mr. Obama has not released his medical records.
True. His doctor says he’s in good health and has put that in writing. You may remember that President Clinton would not release his health care records. Bush the younger released evaluations but not official records.
Item: President Obama has not released his law practice client list.
True. But I don’t know many lawyers who would, citing the privacy of clients.
Item: No birth certificate has been made public.
True. But the state of Hawaii has, once again, said Mr. Obama’s birth certificate is on file. A certificate of live birth has been released. A “Factor” investigation also showed Mr. Obama was born in a Honolulu hospital and we stand by our reporting.
Item: There is no record of baptism.
True. No such document is in the public domain.
Item: Michelle Obama lost her law license.
False. She currently has an inactive law license.
Item: Mrs. Obama has more assistants than other first ladies.
False. She has about the same number Laura Bush had, approximately 20.
Item: Barack Obama received foreign student aid while in college.
False. Somebody just made that up.
So there you have it. Just the facts, Jack. “Talking Points” is glad to be of service.

The President hiding all his records from birth certificate to law school to medicals, etc is indefensible. The President is not above the law and he is not above the people he is supposed to serve. The American people have the right to proof Obama is eligible to be their President, and Obama has no right to keep it secret from them. Sadly O’reilly does not think so. And O’Reilly proved nothing.

That is why these questions have arisen and why they refuse to go away. Mr. Obama has brought much of this doubt and suspicion on himself by his inexplicable refusal to make all necessary documents public. He looks like he is hiding something from Americans. O‘Reilly and others don’t seem to get it. Americans do not want to hear someone else’s opinion about this controversy, not even Bill O‘Reilly’s opinion(!). They just want to see the records for themselves so that they can make up their own minds about Mr. Obama.
Doubts and questions about Mr. Obama have to do with facts about his birth and his life. They cannot be resolved by opinions, announcements, proclamations, testimonials, insults, ridicule, or neglect. They can only be settled by more facts. Mr. Obama refuses to make those facts available – and he refuses to explain why he will not make them available. This makes him look guilty. He may not be guilty. He needs to release ALL of his records so that Americans who have doubts can review them and see for themselves. Nothing else can possibly settle this growing crisis. It is time for Mr. Obama to come clean. If the truth is on his side, he has nothing to fear, Bill O’Reilly should be asking Mr.Obama to release his records, not making excuses for his failure to do so, nor implying that Americans who have doubts about Mr. Obama are being unreasonable.

The real issue is not the brith certificate, because as I have made clear before, that is both a red herring and a moot isse for a number of reasons. No the real problem is Obama’s secrecy and his clear disconnect with American values. He doesn’t seem like one of us, like he really wants to BE one of us, and he makes it clear by his refusal to realease actual dat about his past that he doesn’t want us to know much about him. This makes Americans not trust him. And they are RIGHT not to trust him.
But this distrust must be gaurded so it doesn’t descend into rampant paranoia as the birther issue so often does.
Bill’s problem is that he leans to heavily into the normalcy bias that wants to see all politicians as fitting inside a broad American bandwidth and is reluctant to recognize real radicalism in high office. It’s one thing to see the kooks in the universities. The damage they can do is limited. But to see that the President himself is one of them means that business as usual can no longer be continued. I think Bill is close to that point but keeps pulling away for fear of becoming “unhinged”. Of course, any attempt to moderate those on the conservative side who HAVE become unbalanced in their paranoia will be greated as treasonous and complicitous with Obama.

The birth certificate needs either original or certified copy issued by State Health Department containing either a raised, or color seal, or watermark
The birth certificate must include your given name and surname, date and place of birth, date the birth record was filed
Please Note:

Therefore, to me, the “facts” that he answers are not proven one way or another. Yes, I am prejudice. I don’t like him. We did at first. Then his “I know so damned more than anyone on this planet” took over. His nasty smirky attitude overwhelms any good he may do.
We watch if there is a certain guest we want to see…such as Beck etc.. How does he know someone just made the aid rumor up…did he see the transcripts etc? or is this what he was told? He is becoming irrelevant in our household and circle of friends.

I looked them up and what he was doing, in my opinion, was the Illumini signal.

Horned Hand The sign of recognition between those in the Occult. When pointed at someone it is meant to place a curse. Note the thumb over the fingers and given by the left hand.
Witch Sign or Moon Sign Used to salute the rising moon. Also used by surfers and football teams. This is the sign that the furor should be using to indicate the “Hook Um” horns, Not the 2 above
He does a Horned Hand sign (look it up) on one side of the chalk board and he walks to the other side of the blackboard hiding his hand still in the illumini sign and uses it again! He does these obvious signs when he is pointing to the flags on his chalkboard.

I think we all believe by now that the man is a front for a covert operation that used all its means to get him into office. At this point he is little more than an actor with a teleprompter.

Is it really beyond the realm of possibility that Obama’s mother was out of country when she had him, and returned had a certificate of live birth completed and submitted a baby announcement?
Not in some conspiracy to make him president, but just so he’d be a US citizen. It’s not that far fetched. Why isn’t he showing the official birth certificate? Why did Michelle call Kenya Barack’s “home country”? Why did his grandmother say he was born in Kenya, then say she was mistaken?

EVEN IF Obama was born in Hawaii, which the Kenyan government and newspaper articles state over and over (I have photographs of the articles and the government’s equivilant of our Congressional Record discussing the fact that he was born in Kenya), the fact that he was adopted in Indonesia would cause the “Obama” birth certificate to be sealed, and the new birth record would state “Barack Soetoro” and identify him as a citizen of Indonesia.
OBAMA is not even a CITIZEN OF the United States, much less a “natural-born” citizen!

They stipulated that being a “citizen” is adequate for Congressional eligibility but they purposefully and specifically required a “natural born citizen” for the President.
Birth certificate speculation, in isolation from other equally disqualifying factors, becomes a fruitless diversion. Obama obviously expects not to be compelled to produce it by either Congressional or Supreme Court subpoena. However even assuming he is a citizen born in Hawaii, he is still not eligible because he is not a “natural born citizen” as required by the Constitution, meaning born on American soil of TWO citizen parents!
Again, assuming he is a U.S. citizen, he is further disqualified from eligibility for holding dual citizenship by being born a British citizen pursuant to the British Nationality Act of 1948, as his father was a British citizen of colonial Kenya.

Now, because he has finally devoted a few minutes to situations Glen has been covering much longer, we can believe it because big Bill has sanctioned it? Not so much. His second interview with BHO showcased his pandering when he asked BHO, “What can (either the Factor of Fox News do better?). His explanation for that question was something to the effect that now unbelievers (of the Factor) could see how fair and balanced he was. It’s all about his ratings! He appears to treat Glen as a pawn, used to elevate himself to the status of the wise one. Enough!- we’er done watching the Factor. It would be interesting to see who would win the ratings battle if Glen were on a competing channel the same time the Factor was on!

A Certificate of Live Birth means a kid from anywhere was breathing air on the mainland, and got a piece of paper. And it matter‘s because it’s the one law of the US Constitution that he‘s broken that will undo all other laws he’s broken. That‘s why it’s important.

That may very well be the case. I wouldn’t go as far as to say it is the irrefutable truth because I have no proof, but personal documents are forged in this country on a regular basis. To settle the issue based on info gathered from the local newspapers is very dumb. Moreover, to claim that the only reason someone would put a fake birth announcement in the paper would be because they had foreknowledge that the baby would one day run for president is even dumber, considering there are other possible explanations, especially where the son of an identified foreign Marxist is concerned.
I don’t linger on the BC issue for two reasons. First, because I know the FBI and all the liberals in America have his back, so it’s a waste of time. Second, since it is not verifiable, it will be used as a tool to both distract and discredit conservatives.

The theory is our Founders pulled the term “natural born citizen” from writings of a French author. His definition required both parents to be citizens. It is a logical assumption but indeed, that is all we have is an assumption since it was never stipulated in the US Constitution or the writings of the founders. However, our good Democrat controlled government (sic) in April of last year, sensing this could be a weak point for Mr Obama, sneaked through a new law that requires only one parent be a US citizen. So, now our congress has actually defined “natural born citizen” for us.

The more he allows this to drag on, the more of an issue it becomes. I see nothing crazy in demanding that Obama show his birth certificate. Why is that so unreasonable?
Last year, I went to get my driver’s license renewed. I was told that I had to go to Social Security and talk to them because some irregularities found in my records had place a hold on my license renewal. So I went to them with all manner of identification. Among these was by Naturalization certificate.[I was not born here] I though this would be a simple matter of showing my certificate and that was that. But six weeks later I still did not have the issue resolved. I blew a gasket and got a lawyer to call them and within one week the issue was resolved.
The point is, If I was put to such scrutiny on something like this, why is Obama better than I am? he is not held to the same standards. Apparently, the law is not applied equally.
Mr. President, show your birth certificate why are you better than any other citizen?
