Shock Vid: Greek Neo-Nazi Party Official Beats Female Communist Repeatedly on Live TV

ATHENS, Greece (The Blaze/AP) – Tensions are running high in Greece, but the video you’re about to see is unbelievable. In it, the spokesman for Greece’s extremist, far-right, Neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party can be seen causing an uproar after he physically assaulted two left-wing deputies on live television during a Thursday morning political show. A public prosecutor ordered his immediate arrest.

Tempers frayed on the political show on the private Antenna television station during a discussion of the country’s politics in the run-up to repeat elections on June 17. Golden Dawn spokesman Ilias Kasidiaris took offense at a reference by radical left Syriza party member Rena Dorou over a court case that is pending against him.
Kasidiaris, 31, bounded out of his seat and hurled a glass of water across the table over Dorou when she said there was a “crisis of democracy when people who will take the country back 500 years have got into the Greek parliament.” He then turned on prominent Communist Party member Liana Kanelli, who had got up out of her chair with a newspaper in hand and appeared to throw it at the Golden Dawn member.
Talk show host Giorgos Papadakis ran over to Kasidiaris to attempt to calm him, shouting “no, no, no!”
But Kasidiaris, who had served in the Greek military’s special forces, hit Kanelli around the face three times, with right-left-right slaps to the sides of her head.

Kasidiaris was elected to Parliament in the country’s recent inconclusive polls. Deputies from all seven parties that won parliament seats in the May 6 polls had been invited on the show.
“The government condemns in the most categorical way the attack by Golden Dawn spokesman Ilias Kasidiaris against Liana Kanelli and Rena Dourou,” government spokesman Dimitris Tsiodras said. “This attack is an attack against every democratic citizen.”
Tsiodras called on Golden Dawn to condemn its member’s actions.
Golden Dawn, which vehemently denies the neo-Nazi label, has been accused of being behind violent attacks against immigrants.
The party won nearly 7 percent of the vote on May 6, giving it 21 seats in the 300-member Parliament. It was a radical increase from its showing in the previous elections in 2009, when the party had won just 0.31 percent of the vote.
Greeks reeling from two years of austerity amid their country’s vicious financial crisis punished the two formerly main parties, the conservative New Democracy and socialist PASOK at the polls, turning instead to radical smaller parties to the right and left of the political spectrum.
The 300 deputies took up their seats for a day last month before parliament was dissolved and new elections called as no party had won enough votes to form a government on its own, and negotiations for a coalition government collapsed after 10 days.

Recent statistics put the number of Jews in this country in the millions. Can you show that even 1% of those people are violent criminals? Unless you can show a highly consistent trend your entire point is meaningless.

In fact the GD received the most votes at places and villages where the Nazis went in and killed all the men and boys.

Look at their fingers, ..that is the Christian Orthodox way of raising you hands to give oath. All the Christian members of the parliament, representing any party have the same gesture. Of course you attract more attention by exaggerating things, but this is seriously off. If you read what the GN stands for you will see that it is just an ultra-conservative party, and we see many of those in the US. In fact they are not surpassing phenomena such as Joseph McCarthy etc.
On the incident, the specific parliamentarian was continuously provoked and verbally abused, and the moderator allowed that in order to attract more audience. As he became physical – throwing water – to the abusive language of one of the Communist ladies the other one hit him in the face, and of course all hell broke loose.

You’re using the European versions of left and right. The American version has the left as being for large government and high degree of government involvement in daily life while the right stands for small government and minimal involvement in the private sector. Both the Nazis and the Commies are for totalitarian government control so both are far-left on the American scale. Both also believe that people should serve and obey their government, that the ends justify the means, historically both have used of created a crisis to justify their totalitarian rule, and both have inevitably ended up being responsible for committing mass murder with death tolls reaching into the millions and beyond. But most importantly, both systems view people collectively instead of seeing them as individuals. For the Nazis, all Germans were noble and good while all Jews, Commies, Poles etc. are inferior, weak, and actively seek to undermine German supremacy. For the Commies, all employees and hard workers are trustworthy and moral while all rich people, landowners, factory owners, capitalists, and even religious clergy are corrupt, evil, manipulative, and seek to suppress everyone else.

This article is a bunch of slander. If you want to know why people like that gravitate to Paul I’ll solve the “mystery” for you. It’s because he wants to cut foreign aid and federeal welfare programs. Its that simple. Whomever the candidate most serious about those measures are, is inevitably going to gain the affection of those groups.
If it makes you happy to keep secretyt beliving its something more sinister, and clearly it does, go for it, but the only reason you do it is because Romney SUCKS and you have to do it to distract from the fact he’s a LIBERAL!
Instead of telling us how bad Paul is, tell us what so great about Mitt? Is it the fact his budget plan creats almost as much deficit spending as Obama’s? I really love that about him!

However, I ‘ll have no hesitation in decking, dropping or shooting a woman if she draws a gun, knife, baseball bat . I have no problem with decking a woman if she hits (punch/slap) me without a probable cause. Even then, I’ll warn her twice to back off. If I had any intention at making a point with my simple observation (7:15am when I am half asleep getting ready for work) it would be in the form of this question, And I’ll direct it at you Kryptonite. How Many times does a news paper need to be slapped across your face before you take action? Here is my answer, Only once if I am not quick enough on my reaction to AVOID it! If it was a Liberal/Socialist/ Neo-nazi/ Communist doing the slapping they would be quadriplegic the rest of their shortened lives. I’m not a violent guy when unprovoked!
