Shock: Woman Drove Around With Corpse for 10 Months

Warning: this story is, well, gross.
A Costa Mesa, Calif., police officer recently got the shock of his career when he wrote up a parking ticket and peaked into the vehicle to find a mummified human body.
A woman who offered shelter to a homeless person in her car says she became afraid when she noticed the person had died and “continued to dress the body and drive around with it” for almost a year:

My heart goes out to her as she must have been very confused. I found a homeless man dead some years back getting a drink outside our office and it was heartbreaking. I can’t imagine what was going through her mind every day.
