Shocking: Abortionist Tells Pro-Life Group ‘Let Me See You Adopt One of Those Ugly Black Babies’

A horrifying video released by Operation Save America (OSA) sheds light on one abortionist’s views of his profession, and contrary to what many pro-choice activists would have you believe, the man does not seem to be in it to help “family planning.”

Confronted by a group of pro-life activists, North Carolina abortionist Ron Virmani launched into a rant about not burdening the taxpayers.

At first, one would think he is referring to burdening the taxpayers with the cost of the abortion, but it soon becomes clear he sees the children themselves as the burden.

“I as a taxpayer do not wish for those babies to be born, and brought up, and kill those people in Colorado,” he says.

When the activists wearing “Jesus” shirts insist they still want the babies to be born, the man responds: “Let me see you adopt one of those ugly black babies.”

OSA‘s website notes that the doctor seemingly felt he was solving several of society’s “problems” in his line of work. They write:

“His solution to crime in America, is to kill babies. His solution to welfare in America, is to kill babies. His solution to rising taxes in America, is to kill babies. His solution to stanch the flow of bitterness that fills his heart, is to kill babies. Murder is his answer to everything.”

Furthermore, they note, Virmani repeatedly refers to the unborn as “babies,“ not ”blobs of tissue“ or ”fetuses,” invalidating the left’s argument that abortion is not murder.

LifeNews adds that Virmani is hardly the first “pro-choice” activist with a perverse infatuation for eugenics.  Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, publicly stated in 1920: “birth control is nothing more or less than the facilitation of the process of weeding out the unfit [and] of preventing the birth of defectives.”

Day Gardner, president of the National Black Pro-Life Union, responded: “Excuse me?  It’s all too obvious that he has a particular disgust for black babies and therefore has no problems killing them.”

Gardner continued: “The black community should be outraged because Ashutosh Virmani is a brazen racist and his statement supports what we already know of the billion dollar abortion industry–black babies are targeted because they are seen as poor, worthless and maybe even ‘ugly.’”

      As a mother who is in the process of adoption, please believe me there ARE NO UNWANTED BABIES!

      We were told that because we already had children, we were unable to apply for domestic adoption. There are 50 families adopting available for every 1 child given for adoption. 50-1!!!!

      China has a 6 year wait for a healthy baby, and a 2 year wait for special needs children. THERE ARE NO UNWANTED BABIES!

      If we instead supported families with special needs children, then maybe more people would be willing to raise such a child. My own pediatrician questioned our decision to adopt!

      I have not noticed any shortage of black people compared to the days of my youth. Apparently the black babies brought to term without being aborted are sufficiently numerous to ensure the continued existence of the race. I have also not heard of any abortions being performed on black women who did not request that service.

      And yet the same bleeding heart liberals have made adoption near impossible, and so expensive. Try to go through the hoops on adoption, I have some friends that tried to adopt a black crack baby, they have really big hearts, and have been foster parents, the state (Calif) put them through a year of hell, expense, and then denied them, the case worker just made a comment about (maybe you should try adopting one of your own). See, if they can’t abort them, they will use them to milk the tax payers for money to keep them in foster homes. If people adopt them, and I mean any child, any color/race, they lose money to support that child.

      I did know a family in Hawaii that 5 kids they were foster parents to, they were getting close to $300 for each kid. The couple did get busted for abusing a couple of the kids, but I did hear them many times saying, “This is better than working” And they got the tax credits for each kid.

      My cousins had to adopt a baby from Korea years ago because they just couldn’t successfully adopt an american child, but the state kept saying they could be foster parents.

      I guess you can rent the kids, they just don’t want you to own them.

      You got it right.Sanger didn’t just want to abort black babies.She wanted to ensure abortion and birth control were available to all women living in poverty.Its too convienent for people on here to ignore the rest of the history in order to make a point I will agree that some of the clinics are in predomintely black neighborhoods.It usually is a cost and location decision not a racial one.It could just as easily be in a white hispanic neighborhood.Its in a white neighborhood in my city.They don’t perform abortions either.They are contracted out to medical facilities that have surgery centers within them for that.I tried awhile back to explain that to someone on here and they all but called me a liar.I wanted to leave the phone number so bad I could taste it.That way they could call and see for themselves.I though better of it.The clinic doesn’t need a bunch of biblethumpers aggravating the he(( out of them.

    As I read this, it made me think of the couples in our church who have adopted black babies and black children. The kids are welcomes members of our Catholic parish. Several have severe behavioral problems, and their adoptive parents are doing everything possible to help them overcome them. So the answer to this question is, “Yes, pro-life people are willing to adopt these babies, and they won’t call them ugly or treat them like second-class citizens. They will be loved, cared for, and treated the same as a biological child.

      It is good that you know people willing to adopt black children who have behavior problems, but the fact that some of them are children with behavioral problems by the time they are adopted shows that they were not adopted by suitable parents while they were still babies, and highlights why race does make a big difference in the decision of a mother who must choose between abortion and bearing a child only to put it up for adoption.

      There’s a White couple down the street from me who has nine kids. Four White biological kids and five Black adopted kids, several with health problems. The kids are all treated the same by everyone. They are a wonderful family. The kids are all happy and well taken care of.

      This family adopted the Black kids from another country. The problem with adoption in America is, there is so much red tape. Our Government makes it nearly impossible for a White couple to adopt a Black American child.

      @ObjectiveTruth – I recommend you read TheRHouse.com. A white, barren couple who have adopted 2 biracial children and have made a wonderful story with both birth mothers. Adoption gave these boys the chance to be loved and cared for by people who desperatley wanted them instead of ending up in a landfill somewhere. I applaud all mothers who choose life through adoption for their children instead of aborting them, since society teaches that is the easy way out. Isn’t being selfless for your children the very definition of a mother?

      There may be exceptions, but you are a lot more likely to end up being a great scientist or statesman if you are born to parents who want you and are able to care fro you. Being born to irresponsible parents who didn’t want you can only increase the chances that you will end up as a criminal or a lunatic. The more abortion we have, the better the ratio of happy and productive people to worthless and dangerous people will be, and the better off we all will be.

      Then we as tax payers should not be responsible for the irresponsible. I should not have to have a portion of my earnings go towards drugs that commit premeditated murder. That is not a solution to the problem. The simplest solution is for these “people” to stop breeding like rats and the best contraception is abstinance. Most are seeing the abortion road as a “free pass” to be nothing but a moist hole. Futhermore, welfare has made it almost an enterprise to have as many kids to receive more money. Take away said “rewards” for being a factory and when left without the option, this problem will subside.

      I agree with the original intent of abortion to be a decision to stop a child from going through absolute perils from digenerative conditions; but in no way should it be a reward for a mother and/or father to opt out of a responsibility, and in no way should tax payers foot the bill because ultimately that makes us an accessory to murder.

      The people seeking abortions are not the ones deliberately having too many kids. Your only answer is telling them not to have sex, but you can’t make people stop getting pregnant. If they can’t get abortions, and you’re against giving them money to help take care of the kids, the result is kids growing up in hopeless poverty with no one to look out for them but their stupid parents. That’s unfair to those kids and it’s dangerous to the rest of us.
