Shocking: Chinese Traffic Cameras Capture Horrific Accidents

If you’re watching this video at an office or near others, you might want to warn those around because you will gasp in horror very shortly.
The Chinese government has just released video — as part of a public safety campaign — of what is arguably the craziest (most dangerous?) intersection in the world. It shows footage, taken by traffic cameras, of person after person getting blindsided, t-boned, or hit head on by cars, buses, and trucks going through an intersection in the Shandong province.
According to the site Chinasmack.com, the video has already racked up over 2 million views within 22 hours of being uploaded to the site Youku. That, folks, is what we call viral.
Warning, there are some graphic parts. You might want to put your hand over your mouth in preparation:

Seems like they do not value the individual much over there unless they are a member of their immediate family. But then again… even these people will abort their babies, especially their female babies or they have to pay an exorbitant price to have more than one child.

All these people are so concerned about Uncle Mao, and where they’re going to get their next meal, that they are completely oblivious to their surroundings. What I gain from this is a greater understanding of why socialism CAN”T work. People become robots. Didn’t any of our fools . . . I mean . . . jackasses . . . oops . . . progressives and politicians read Orwell? I also learned why every car I get behind that is unpredictable, is being driven by an Oriental. Posted on March 29, 2011 at 12:35pmThis is a big WIDE clearly marked intersection… all I see is no basic safety on the part of the red light runners, and very unsafe cars, carts and bikes loaded with multiple passengers. Life is apparently very cheap over there to not have lighting or basic safety standards… 4 people (I think it was) on a motorcycle??????

They had the lines to divide the roads but didn’t use them, like a 4lane of traffic may have 5 or 6 across. They had traffic lights but did not use them they just blew the horn and went on thru. I was scared to death riding there. There was not a chance of me renting a car there and trying to drive. This video is horrible. But I am sure they won’t do anything about it. Good afternoo Show.

Report Post »I was talking to someone who just came back from Egypt, before the riots, and said they follow absolutely NO traffic signals or lane lines there. He said that if an American tried to cross the street without a muslim holding him, he would absolutely get hit. And the trash was piled 3 to 4 feet high within the city. People just throwing trash out the windows and children playing in garbage. No pride whatsoever. Just take it and bury it in the sand.
I am glad to live in a country where we take sanitation seriously and have pride in our clean towns, and try to follow the rules and signals.

I feel sorry for the kids that get hurt because their parents are too stupid to know what a red light is for, not so much for the parents and adults. In the Philippines, the rule is size rules, in Korea, it’s speed. I was on a highway in Korea driving 75 MPH, was passed by a woman in a big Hyunda going about 90. up ahead, she slams on the brakes, slids to a stop (ON THE HIGHWAY!) then BACKS UP!! because she missed her exit at a rest stop. In the Philippines, big trucks are soooo overloaded they can only go about 10MPH tops, you have motorcycles and “trikes” that pull out in front of you, house drawn carrages doing the same. So there u have it, orientals can’t drive…..just sayin’….
