Posted on December 2, 2010 at 1:17pmHIALEAH, Fla. — A murder suspect in Florida was hit by a car Wednesday after police chased him onto a freeway during rush hour traffic.
Jose Antonio Pupo-Gonzalez, 37, is accused of strangling his wife, 31-year-old Yoanys Martinez-Avila, in their apartment.
Police began searching for Pupo-Gonzalez after finding the woman’s body, tracing him to an area near the Palmetto Expressway in Hialeah.
Pupo-Gonzalez was hit after darting in front of a minivan on the expressway. He is listed in critical condition, but is expected to survive and face a murder charge.
The couple’s two children are in state custody.

Unfortunately it is not past the possible this crook will now sue the van driver for hitting him and cost the driver and their family all the fortune they have saved (if any in this admin’s economy).
