Shocking Video Captures Daytime Shooting at Brooklyn McDonald’s

Warning, what you are about to see is disturbing.

A security camera captured the daytime shooting of 18-year-old Tyquan Sewall, who was shot four times when a man exited a Brooklyn-area McDonald’s on Tuesday afternoon. The Daily Mail reports Sewall had gotten into an argument with the attacker and his friends earlier and was then lured to the restaurant. As the video shows, the gunman emerges from the front door and as the bullets fly, so does Sewall. He can be seen rolling into the street through two lanes of traffic, as people scramble and one person casually walks by him:

The first bullet grazed the left side of the victim’s head, sending him staggering backwards.

He was then hit three more times and sent rolling out into the street, passing through at least two lanes of traffic.

Terrified onlookers fled in panic as the shots rang out outside the busy restaurant chain.

The weapon used was a .32-caliber Smith & Wesson. The man who fired the gun was wearing a bright red jacket.

Two of the men then ran over and snatched two white bags Mr Sewall had dropped onto the street before making off as police arrive.

The shooting took place in Flatlands at around 3pm on Tuesday. The victim was hit in the chest, groin and leg and is now in a critical condition in hospital.

Police are still looking for the shooter.

      I saw no argument, I saw a hit. You can see the shooter duck in to the door when he sees the victim coming then popping out in time to shoot him. Certainly not a robbery. Opposing gang members? Drug related? Who knows but, I doubt that “innocent” describes either man.

      You will not convince me that any man out in public deserves to be shot and killed. No matter if he’s a gang member, no matter what. If he did something illegal, arrest him and prosecute him. Wacking a guy in public, in a place where plenty of real innocent people are milling around as potential collateral damage recipients, is absurdly immoral. Gang, no gang, nobody deserves to be executed in a hit nor random shooting. Human beings matter, even the ones we may not find…acceptable…in polite company.

      Ghost, I’m not arguing that he deserved it. My point is that he most likely involved himself in something that made him vunerable to this kind of thing happening. My argument isn’t with “deserving”, it’s with “innocent”.

      That answer is easy. It is quite clear that the shooter was a racist Tea Party member who jumped an innocent person on their way to bible study school. If those Tea Party members did not cling to their guns, this poor, innocent soul would not have been shot! Lol

    Those who are trying to throw humor into the situation, is seriously lacking in decorum, it is not working, and you aren’t funny.

    For goodness sakes this was a blantant shooting, the question was it premeditated; did the shooter know the person was going to walk by? It seems so, in my book. This was a horrendous act and do pray the perp will be found and arrested. I also pray the victim recovers regardless of his affiliation in this matter.

      I suspect you’re supposed to feel bad because some of the highest of Christian values are forgiveness and compassion for human life, no matter how mean the life in question. Jesus went into the den of thieves, whores and tax collectors to spread The Word, he did not sit in the congregations of the righteous.

      Human life matters. No person deserves to be shot and/or killed over an argument.

      Upwards of 20k Americans are slaughtered on the streets of our cities each and every year in cold blood. We have become the sickest, most vile perverted Nation ever to exist upon this earth in less than half of a century.. A nation founded for the furtherance of the Gospel has become cesspool of the most vile element to ever walk the earth.. Maybe China, Russia and others should beginning a bombing campaign upon DC NYC and other major cities in order to promote values morals and a better form of Gov’t.. After all the American people deserve no less.. All people should have the right to exist without fear of cold blooded slaughter from their fellow man?

      How many 10s of thousands of Iranians have been murdered this year I wonder? What about Russians? Chinese? I wonder if American Democracy is the best thing going? Now I’m all for the small r Constitutional republic but we are no longer a nation guided by a Constitution. It‘s quite evident that we have become a nation of thuggery with some of the most vile filthy corrupt to ever exist in some of the most influential offices of Gov’t.

      I”m not hating on America. I love the America our Forefathers founded but can’t you see we are no longer that America. Its quite obvious that our Nation has failed. It’s not going to fail it has already failed. Electing 3 branches of Republican controlled gov’t is not going to change that fact.

      We need to begin to focus on where we go from here!

      It has nothing to do with the constitution of this once great country. it has to do with the politically correct version of who we used to be. Single family homes, Nothing happens to a person when they are actually caught breaking the law. We the working people are throwing money at those that don’t do a damn thing, except stand out side McDonalds and shoot at the guy that he lost a fight to, verbal or fist it really does not matter. Remember the video of the young lady that was scolded on the bus and then came back with friends and they started shooting. Same mentality. We lose more people on the streets every day then we lose brave men and women in Iraq and Afghanistan almost since we started over there. Rudy had the right idea, get tough and clean things up. simple really. you just have to be willing to do what makes others (libs) go OMG .
      Maybe, just maybe they will start issuing a test to do one of the most important jobs we as humans have. a test before you can become a parent. Wow talk about not being politically correct. !!!!!

    Honestly, I think people on this post are trying to make something funny out of something completely awful. I find little difference to people joking on here as people walking by him getting shot. This is a life, not FUNNY at all. If we lose the ability to have empathy in word, how can we have it in deed?

      I saw at least 1 person running to help this guy and another pick up his shoes. It’s hard to tell off-screen who went to help. That ambulance sure got there fast.

      I find it amazing that the black community finds this behavior acceptable. They must, otherwise why do they tolerate it? They protest any visible police presence in their neighborhoods and they refuse to police their own. Any attempt by elected black officials to chastise this violent element falls on deaf ears or worse yet is met with condemnation. When Bill Cosby and other respected high profile blacks speak rationally on this subject they are roundly criticized and routinely rejected. The latest crime stats from N.Y. city are sobering. While blacks make up 24% of the population of N.Y. city they are 73% of the shooting victims, and the disparity extends to those who commit violent crimes. Would this be acceptable if the perps were of any other race? The irony of it all. They are eliminating each other at such an alarming rate I’m sure the KKK must be loving it.

You all should watch the video again (since your piety blinded you) and see that it was shoes that came off his feet when he was rolling on the ground. A kind hearted Samaritan picked them up and returned them to the victim. People like you all are the ones in need of clarity.

      @ Halloween. Please explain your use of the collective pronoun“you all”. Are you insinuating that the outrage expressed by the majority of posters on this topic is related to what was left behind in the wake of the victims attack? If such is the case I beg to differ. Personally, it matters not one wit to me whether he lost his shoes or his bag of crack. It’s the appalling behavior dominant in the ghetto culture. Honestly, I see no solution that hasn’t already been tried. Unless and until civility is restored in the basic foundation of any society, the family unit, conditions can only deteriorate.
