Drug Thugs Decapitate Mexican Police Commander Investigating ‘Lake Pirates’ Killing

The severed head of a Mexican police commander reported to be investigating an alleged pirate attack on Falcon Lake was delivered to the Mexican military, sources said Tuesday.Drug Thugs Decapitate Mexican Police Commander Investigating Lake Pirates Killing

According to the Associated Press, U.S. and Mexican authorities have confirmed that Commander Rolando Flores, the head of state investigators in the border city of Ciudad Miguel Aleman, had been killed. Flores was actively investigating the mysterious disappearance of American tourist David Hartley while he and his wife, Tiffany, visited Falcon Lake on Sept. 30. According to Tiffany Hartley, David was shot and presumably fell into the lake, however search and rescue officials have yet to turn up the missing man’s body.

Ruben Rios, a spokesman for the Tamaulipas state prosecutor’s office says the grizzly murder of Commander Flores appears unrelated to the Hartley investigation, but U.S. authorities have warned against threats of violence from drug gangs who control much of the area.

In an interview with the Houston Chronicle, state Rep. Aaron Pena, D-Edinburg, said he was told the severed head was delivered to military officials in a suitcase to an area near Miguel Aleman, a small city directly across the border from Roma, Texas.

According to the Chronicle, this area of the border territory is known to be under the control of the so-called Zeta drug cartel, a group which “fiercely protects the remotely populated ranchland lining the Texas-Mexico border, as well as the Mexican side of the vast Falcon Lake reservoir.”

Flores’ investigators of the Hartley disappearance had been hampered by the threat of violence from the group and individual investigators have expressed fears of searching in Zeta turf.

    You know, Betterdays, that being said about the Zetas being former SpecOps from the Mexican military, why don’t we just patrol the border with Predators? Not much they can do to stop ‘em, and we don’t really risk many of our people to stop them. Of course, that’ll never go over well with the Obama administration.

      JB, while I agree with you on a philosophical level, it is the responsibility of the Federal Gov’t to control and protect the borders of the USA. That is one of the direct mandates of the Fed system. That is why it was formed collectively by the individual states. To protect our borders, provide for the common defense, and to leave it’s citizens the hell alone. However, the Dept of Human Sacrifice, oops I mean Homeland security, instead chooses to devote it‘s attention to it’s own citizens. With that said, I agreed with you on your plan from a philosophical viewpoint. It is not only the right of every citizen to do as you suggested, it is the responsibility, as a citizen, to protect the constitution, and therefore, those on the borders should recruit family, friends and other like minded individuals to do just that. Protect your private property. We have the constitutional right and responsibility to do just that. It falls under the Life, Liberty, and pursuit of happiness…et al portion of the document. I suggest everyone invest in precious metals while you still can. Specifically, lead, copper and brass!

    My thoughts go back to “Operation Reciprocity” from A Clear and Present Danger. If the Mexicans can’t handle the drug gangs, maybe its time for Predator drones. I speak facetiously, but an American seems to have been killed in cold blood. I think the border drug situation requires an all out assault of SOME kind. “We deserve, those things we accept meekly”…………..

    The Zeta group is made up largely of Mexican X-army special forces members, so tasking whats left of the Mexican army to handle this is foolhardy. Face it folks Obama has no intention of ever enforcing any of our laws unless it entails the “middle class” getting the lead end of the enforcement. He has demonstrated time and time again his complete and utter disdane for American values, morals, and ethics. He has demonstrated time and again his overwhelming desire to destroy our country “for our own good”.
    One thing has always puzzled me though about the Illegals on the border situation, why, if any Sheriff in our country can deputizes as many people as he/she needs for any given situation, why hasn’t any southren border sheriff deputized every able bodied male and gone to the border to seal it up? Really. its a serious question here? I can definitlly say I don’t know much about the law, so if someone does could they please explain this glareing hole in border protection?

      Great question, Better. I previously posted about increasing the size of the minutement movement, but they have no power to enforce anything. Deputizing citizens sounds like the perfect solution to allow people to legally assist in border security, if it is feasible.

    To anyone who disagrees sorry about your bad luck.

    The US needs to start RACIAL PROFILING if it protects the American people so be it.
    If you are a legal US citizen then you should have no problem with being pulled over to have your ID checked period. If the police have to stop everyone to check them then do it. I have no problem with being pulled over and checked. I don’t care what race you are.

    CLOSE OUR BORDERS PERIOD. no more visa’s no more work or education permits should be granted until the issue is resolved anyone in this country with any of the above mentioned permits should be asked to leave immediately. and be placed on a list of people who may or may not be allowed to come back depending on detailed security checks.

    I attended a Local truck driving school to obtain my CDL I had to pay almost $2000.00 for this class.
    in that class were 3 couples from Iran and 3 single guys from Iraq who were taking the class on the tax payer dime. Not bad enough? just wait it gets better. Not only did they receive tax payer money for the class they also received tax payer money for housing and living expenses while taking the class. but wait! that’s not all! upon completion of the course they received government grants that provided them with a brand new Semi-Truck to use while there legal work visa’s were in effect.
    This gave them the ability to earn above average income by making them “owner operators” and my favorite part =) the 3 couples and 1 of the single Iraqi men received jobs from the federal government hauling military equipment. even though 1 of the men from Iran had a serious accident while taking the driving test with TXDOT employee in the truck. And it took the same man 5 tries to pass the driving test and when he did pass it was only by a few points.
    yet he was given a government contracted job once he did finally pass.

Most all foreigners get government grants while we hard working Americans are unable to start businesses because we don’t get grant money. We have to borrow it and pay it back with interest!!!       True Story…circa 2006, friend of mine was a sheriff in a small town south of st. louis along Interstate 55…pulled over a vehicle – don’t remember why, and at night – and the 4 door sedan was full of presumable illegals as only one could barely speak a word of english. No one had I.D. then he opened the trunk and pulled out more people. He called ICE, they told him ” if you have 30 or more, then we’ll come down and get them” but that isn’t enough to bother with…..He had to let them go!…..We’re so screwed…

      This same kind of crap happened at my university. Two people from Saudi Arabia, two from Iran, and others took spots in the Master’s degree program away from US citizens. They got housing, in-state tuition…you name it…and what’s worse to me (because I am a writer) is that these people couldn’t write to save their lives!! and yet they got accepted because of where they were from. There couldn’t be any other explanation because it is a writing program, and you have to be able to write well to get accepted. I totally agree with what you wrote TexanfromAmarillo, and I feel your pain.

    I have already read reports saying, ” The violence is terrible on Falcon Lake.” Let me tell you something I live in El Paso, Texas, the violence is the same all the way from Brownville to CA on the Mexican side. Police beheaded, car bombs, children killed by stray bullets, kidnappings, etc. etc. when will the American Gov. do something to protect us down here. The cartel are in control of large parts if not all of Mexico. The cartel are in control of part of Arizona. Is El Paso going to be added to the list of land the cartel controls? .

    Its time with these cartels we do whatever needs to be done to protect America – close the bloody border however it needs to be done; shut down all crossings; and hunt these criminals down like the murderous dogs (the drug lords) they are. If need be, offer a bounty on THEIR heads big enough to make it worth wile to drag them screaming into American Justice – with guns drawn and ready to shoot at the slightest provocation.

    People like these drug lords only understand one kind of terror in of itself, it is the fear of the application of force upon themselves – they kill one of our citizens, we come down upon them with all the fury of Hell Itself!

      I agree that we need to stop the cartels any way possible but my fear is when they are arrested and put into the American prisons they will do what all other gangs do. They will organize and before long be running the system and probably make more money in jail than out.
      I don’t know the answer to this problem, but it is something that i think about.

      We don’t grow much corn and tomatoes here anymore anyway, a lot of our farming has been screwed by environmentalists who either won’t let them fertilize the land, plow it cause they might kill some rat, or water it since the irrigation dams might screw up some fish. We really don’t need that many to pick stuff anymore, we need them to cut the grass of these people with their 3500 sq foot 4 bed/6 bath homes sitting 1/8 acre lots with 14 foot ceilings in every room that 2 people live in them both to lazy to cut the 4 feet swath of grass that is between them and their neighbor.

      There is a prop on the ballot for Nov to leagalize pot in Arizona.Of course it is “medical marajuana” and we see how beautifully that is working in Ca.       That’s where it all began here with the medical marijuana law being passed. No matter how much the government thinks it can be everywhere and regulate everything there will always be those who can fool the system. That’s my fear here…that legalizing pot will bring Mexico’s problems here.

      Besides, cannibus smokers smell bad! I’m in college and I can always tell whose doing what by the way the reek.

      Dude, have you ever been to Mexico. I used to go over the border every month, to TJ, and I was scared to death. Got pulled over twice by border cops and had to buy my way out. I can honestly say I will never HEAD south again. The story is true and I apologize for the head joke.

      The military does need to be there, not only to secure the border on our side, but if drug cartels run the other side, we need to assist Mexico in regaining control on thier territory. Build a fence along the entire border, and protect it with lethal force.

      If the Gov‘t doesn’t do it, we need to reform the minutemen, and do it ourselves. I live 500 miles north of the border, but I’d be willing to volunteer whenever I could make the time to be there.

      My questions is why was our border shut down after 9/11? That’s the question everyone should be asking – it would be so easy for a terrorist to get across the border with a suitcase nuke so some vials of a plague and go to some big city mall in San Antonio or Austin (I live in Texas) and we would have trouble like we have never seen.

      So, can anyone tell me why Bush didn’t close down the border after 9/11? Capitalism – had to keep those trucks coming across the border from the factories in the Maquiladora factory parks.       The U.S. should halt all diplomatic relations with Mexico, and stop all traffic across the border any way and every way we can, until Mexico gets the drug-cartels under control. Of course, the drug cartels are gradually taking control of the Mexican government anyway, so all’s the more reason. This is bad news, and it needs to be taken seriously rather than used by slimy liberals as a political weapon to try to get the Hispanic vote.

      It‘s pretty pathetic it’s not safe to go to our border. We use to be a sovereign nation but now our boarder seems to just be a line on a map + the Rio Grand. I feel really sorry for the landowners in south Texas and all the way West. I would be stocked up on ammo and invest in some cameras. President Pookie may care less about the border but we can still protect our property.

      The power of the drug cartels would be greatly diminished if they didn’t have a monopoly on the importation of pot. Some estimates that 15million Americans regularly indulge. We probably first need to decriminalize the drug, and then outright legalize it, let the government tax it. So to recap, fewer otherwise law-abiding citizens go to jail, the federal deficit gets drastically reduced, and the drug cartels lose at least 60% of their income. We probably need to consult Ron Paul on this, but maybe we are onto something.

      Chandler, AZ, United States (AHN) – Police are searching for three Hispanic men suspected of beheading a still unidentified Chandler man inside an apartment last week.

      The suspects were identified as Juan Campos Morales Aguilar, also known as Isai; Jose David Castro Reyes, and El Joto. The three suspects were seen fleeing from the crime scene using a 2003 red Ford Explorer with California license plate 6FWR784, according to police.

      Police described Aguilar as 36 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 220 pounds with short, dark hair and a thin mustache. Reyes is 25 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds with short hair and clean shaven. El Joto has a lean body, spiked black hair and a goatee.

      Police said the suspects are considered armed and dangerous and advised informants to call 911 when they see them.

      Only one suspect had been arrested in connection with the case. Police took custody of Crisantos Moroyoqui, a 36-year-old undocumented immigrant, on Sunday and charged him with second-degree murder and obstruction.

      The victim was stabbed before he was beheaded. Police found his body and head inside an apartment in the 300 block of West Fairview about 5:30 a.m. on Sunday.

      Bloody shoe prints led to the nearby house of Moroyuqui.

      Now we know why the Mexican Government didn’t want to get involved. this is so sad, really sad.

      So that’s the solution to murder? To increase the tax revenue to the state? That’s the liberal solution to everything: Look for more tax revenue. Here’s an idea. Maybe we should nationalize the drug market, that way everyone could get free crack (at taxpayer expense) and then the drug dealers will be run out of business because everyone will be getting their stuff from the Big Progressive Drug Dealer in Washington. A one-thousand page bill would be sufficient to do the trick, and John Conyers wouldn’t even have to read it. No more border problem.
