Posted on July 11, 2011 at 6:48pmAll these jurors got together before the trial and ALREADY decided to call her ‘not guilty’. The reason is that they would not have gotten any attention if they had called her ‘guilty’, and thus, not made any money. The jurors want money for interviews, as you can see. Greta paid this guy $60k for the interview. They should be ignored!

I see a new nation,ready to take it’s place in the world,not an empire,but a REPUBLIC.A republic of laws,not men.
We are in the very midst of Revolution, the most complete and unexpected and remarkable of any in the history of the world.
How few of the human race have ever, had an opportunity of choosing a system of government, for themselves, and their children.I am not without apprehensions ,gentlemen, but the end we have in site is more than worth all the means.I believe citizens that the time has come.

Posted on July 11, 2011 at 2:31pmThis crime reminds me of Clinton’s “Scorched Earth” policy. Part of that policy is to throw as much mud as possible till something sticks. I think the insinuation of the Grandfather doing something (unproven) stuck with the jury & a murder has not been solved.

Posted on July 11, 2011 at 11:12amThe “Crime of the Century” is the president of the United States and his DOJ allowing thousands of guns into the hands of bloodthirsty gangs—gangs that murdered US border agents and many innocent people.
It is a huge scandal that should bring down a president and would bring down a Republican president.
The MSM remains silent because they know it would destroy the guy they have been protecting for over three years. When the families of those killed begin lawsuits I hope they sue the MSM too for ignoring the crime of the century committed by a president and his administration.

Posted on July 11, 2011 at 10:27amIsn’t it obvious…the whole family lied so much that there was no way any jury could reach any sensable conclusion, hence the “not guilty” verdict. remember this if you ever get hauled into court.
Report Post »not funny
Posted on July 11, 2011 at 11:06amI agree that the family is not a great bunch, but that is not a reason to acquit her. Who killed that child, she did not kill herself, and then put her in a swamp without calling anyone for a month? Casey says she knew that Caylee was dead the whole time–what is she hiding? Do you really think that George or Cindy did it? Someone from the house did it–and it was Casey.
Report Post »Ghandi was a Republican
Posted on July 11, 2011 at 3:23pmWhat is she hiding? Nothing really. Anything she would say and do would be held against her. She gas never been given a chance to come clean. It is not unheard of to freak out and act irrationally in the face of a tragedy. In fact- Some would say it is the norm. One of the first human responses to trauma (emotional or physical) is disbelief and even denial. Some even go on to act on behalf of denial. Once that child passed their was only one way to undo it – in one’s mind. Act on that and you get a life sentence? By day 2 she was headed for death row and never an opportunity to undo or explain what happened, why this, why that? And the investigators were in the attack, however reasonable that might be. The prosecution was on the attack for something, anything, the whole thing. I can’t imagine a worse punishment than 3 years in a concrete box alone with the terror of losing your child as your only companion. And the jury says that was wrong in the face of insufficient evidence!

Posted on July 11, 2011 at 9:33amIf the jurors were smart they would decline all interviews and do their best to remain hidden. They are in a no-win situation and the interview money is not worth the scrutiny.

Posted on July 11, 2011 at 2:03pmThose 12 jurors are OUR representatives (…a jury of your peers). Many of us cannot comprehend their unanimous decision made in only 11 hours without even refreshing their memory of 360 pieces of evidence or 55 witnesses’ testimony. In a trial to determine the life or death of a fellow citizen, how could they come to unanimous consensus with so little contemplation?
It would seem from national reaction that most of us don’t understand how they did that. We have a right to know their reasoning and method. All who are selected to serve as representative of freedom must be held accountable for their decision. Media or future offers be damned ~ cannot have a place in our justice system. Simple as that.

Posted on July 11, 2011 at 9:01amOk let’s just say for the sake of argument that the States Attorney in your area had an investigator working for him and that investigator was mad at you because you owed him some money. The investigator goes to the states attorney and has you indicted on some sort of a trumped up charge. They often say they can indicte a ham sandwish and they can. You are arrested on a felony charge and brought into court and you have a jury trial. Wouldn’t if you were a member of that jury wnat to make sure that there was absolutely no doubt that you were guilty before they found you guilty of something you did not do and sent you away to prison That is what happened here . It was a terrible thing and the family of this little baby is obviously dysfunctional and something happend to her that killed her. However I don’t see how in good concious you can say that the prosecutor proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the mother did it or even what happened. Not to the extent that they could send her to prison for life or execute her. The prosecutor left them no other lesser crimes to convict her of so what could they do? They did the only thing they could and should have. Meantime in the prviously mentioned case, lets say they found you not guilty. You still had to hire a lawyer, probably had to mortgage your house or use your savings and how do you ever get that money or your reputation back. We need loser pay- civil and felony. That way prosecutors will always have a good ca

Posted on July 11, 2011 at 2:20pmEd from Justice, where is the evidence that the Anthony family was anymore dysfunctional than most other families? Where is the proof that any of the allegations Jose Baez made in his opening were true. Yet, these allegations tainted the jury, many of the pundits and many viewers. This jury and many of you out there need to re-read the definition of “Reasonable doubt.” Study jury reverse nullification and you will see that is exactly what Jose Baez did and got away with it. If anything good can come from this trial it would be to eliminate the ability of attorneys to make outrageous statements in opening that they either know to be false, have no intention of proving to be true or cannot prove it to be true. Whatever side you’re on in this case justice was not served here because to much of it depended on false, unprovable statements.

Posted on July 11, 2011 at 7:34amLadies and Gentlemen, this is NOT the crime of the century. Because the liberal media bias will NOT expose President BO for the FRAUD that he IS, we are being distracted by Anthony Weiner statements, Charlie Rangel statements, and Nancy Peolsi incredible insane statements. So we seem to be fascinated by mothers who kill their baby and do not report the baby missing for 30 days!
President BO has criticize every effort by anyone that is “different” from his mind set. President BO has discriminated against every Republican in Congress and every Republican Governor in office. Why is it that as the leader of the “Free World” that he acts like such a BIGOT? Obama is totally dismissive attitude towards Paul Ryan is appalling. Obama’s manipulation of the Affordable Health Care Act is biggest SCAM that has every come out of Congress! Yet he seem to be proud of his actions as he panders to his political base and ignores the citizens of America. Enough already!

Posted on July 11, 2011 at 2:05pmMIL is right when he says “They (the jury) were “suspicious” of George…so they decided to let a murderer of children go free..amazing.” So, why were they suspicious of George A.? Remember the defense’s opening when Jose Baez accused G.A. of molesting Casey. He not only said it but he was extremely graphic. He said, in his opening, that George Anthony had his #%@&$ in her mouth everyday and said this without a shred of proof. Do you really think a jury isn’t going to color everything the prosecution presented with this image firmly in their minds. Also let us not forget the vivid image he presenting about how George found Caylee drowned in the pool, also without any evidence to back up his scenario. He never forwarded any testimony or evidence supporting his claims or scenario. Even after making his assertions he continually hammered home this theme that George Anthony was the culprit and not Casey despite never having to prove anything. He hammered it home all the way to the end of his closing. How many still believe that the Anthony family was dysfunctional? No real proof to that effect but that theme is still hanging out there even among those who believe Casey is guilty. What a world.
