NEW YORK (AP) — On “Saturday Night Live,” even the devil was offended by the Penn State child sex abuse scandal.
“SNL” cast member Jason Sudeikis reprised his role as Satan, appearing with red horns and pitchfork. The devil was informed by “Weekend Update” host Seth Meyers of sex charges against a former defensive coordinator and allegations that university officials failed to report the abuse.
Even he was disturbed by the news. Addressing Penn State students who protested football coach Joe Paterno’s firing, the devil spoke directly into the camera, asking, “Do you know how bad that made you look?”
Disgusted by the scandal, the devil says, “Evil isn’t what it used to be.”
He pledged to quit and said he would return to his old job: customer service for a cable TV company.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 12:16pmMy bachelors is from Penn State, University Park. This whole thing is mortifying. Joe Paterno and the football team were gods to the student body there. I was constantly amazed at how they were glorified. The coverup is no surprise. These things probably go on in lots of sports programs. But people are so gaga over sports, we’ll never know it. Nothing makes people forgive/overlook like a winning football team.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 10:31amFirst I looked at the bigger picture. Here they are using comedy in a skit that can only be done because a coach molested some children, and they are connecting comedy and child molestation together. Then I thought that the devil must be involved in even the skit. Then I looked at the details. Therefore first I looked at the scenario, and realized the strategy, and then studied the tactics, which when it comes to the creeping thing, even the tactics therein lay a strategy. Apparently the devil was disgusted by it which then surely must mean there is something darker than the devil according to the skit. The devil is the king of deceit. What can be darker than the devil? The devil. Because the devil will pretend to be the light, but isn’t the true light, in order to draw people into darkness. God wants “Man” to procreate, but what creation is there in lust, and domination that doesn’t procreate? Yet, lust and domination does procreate, in that it procreates darkness, but not Mankind. And it procreates turning men into even daughters, by tossing their spirit to the way-side (into the river), by first hardening their hearts, and then they dismiss God because “How could God let that thing happen to them?” they ask themselves.
Report Post »Eliasim
Posted on November 13, 2011 at 10:44amThis scenario even plays out in real life. They discovered microscopic crustaceans in some city water. It made some Rabbi’s ask, “What God would do this thing?” But alas, all things except the flesh thereof is food for man, as told to Noah and reiterated by Jesus. Therefore whose deception changed the concept of what is food for mankind? The angel that came down to trouble the waters.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 10:53amAnd I know this because just as Moses raised up the brassen serpent in the wilderness this is the way God uses men to see those lying angels, and also the way men raise the Son of Man. Like that men raise the Son of Man. As also the same way God drew up the Dragon in Egypt and threw it into darkness. All these things are currently going on in America, and you do not see it.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 10:57amAnd you should know why the creeping thing and even the devil when he roars like a lion, you should know why he despises Judah. Because Judah is a lion’s whelp away from the kill, couching, and watching. “Away from the kill” which means Judah sees every stinking move the creeping thing makes.
Report Post »Eliasim
Posted on November 13, 2011 at 11:05amIf you ever wonder why the devil works very hard to get children, it’s because children are the nearest thing to God, because all children are born with “The good-wine” and therefore the devil tries to get them young to turn the wine to the bad wine. To get to Judah early on, to try to harden the child’s heart, and then throw their spirit away. People assume all people are the same, and they are not the same, and yet they all have a certain piece of fruit that comes from the creator, and yet some squander the fruit away.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 10:05amI maintain and have for some time that the West is in deep societal decline. There is no political solution. This tragedy at Pen State is probably the most perfectly indicative event of our general malaise as a society to come about. THIS is who we are. Sick sick sick. The self righteous behind their keyboards all pontificate on how they would have been heroes in this situation if they had been in the shoes of any of the figures here involved. Yeah, right.
YOU would have beat the devil out of the molester. YOU would have called the cops. YOU would have yada yada yada. YOU would have been destroyed by the Pen State cover up machine. And THIS is the way it IS in AMERICA. We have the government we deserve. We are going down the tubes we have asked for. We are all guilty guilty guilty.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 9:33amWhat kind of ethics are they teaching at Penn State these days? I am curious what McQueary would do in the following scenarios if he saw Sandusky doing the same act to other people in that shower. Here are my guesses: 5. A woman Sandusky’s age = A thumbs up and a wink and leave with no action. 4. A man Sandusky’s age = A look of disgust but no calls or action. Sgt. Schultz response if ever questioned about what he knows. 3. A player currently on the roster = Speak to the player about it in private at the next practice. 4. the 10 year old boy = call his dad for advice and feeling of disgust. 5. 10 year old girl = physically restrain Sandusky and call the police. Help the girl. Again I am not saying what I would do only guessing about McQuery based on what he actually did in that event of shame.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 9:25amFunny, but unfortunately Satan is real and he approves and is gleeful about ANY sin that keeps people from knowing God, no matter how small or large. The “father of lies” is thrilled about this scandal. He also loves it when we minimize him by imagining him as a cartoonish figure with horns and a pitchfork.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 9:15amI was wonderind what WOULD make McQueary act on instinct. If he had walked into that shower and seen Sandusky doing to a 10 year old girl the same thing he did to that boy would Mike have walked away and called his dad about what to so? My guess he would have knocked Sandusky, helped the girl. and called the Police. That is my point about how kids today are being taught that gay sex is acceptible. What would McQueary do if he saw….? , would be an interesting line of questioning if he would ever do an interview.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 9:27amInteresting point!!
The guy just saw male on male anal sex and thought it wasn’t bad enough to intervene right then and there or even later. None of them up the chain did. .
BUT, if he had a seen a old guy having ******* sex with a young female child, he may have been SHOCKED and OUTRAGED enough to take action. Ditto for his chain of command.
Report Post »PoliticalJunkieToo

My point was anal sex between males was OK but not ******* sex with a young female.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 9:03amBottom Line:
There is NO EXCUSE – NONE……………………………for ANYONE to walk into a scene of a child rape and NOT INTERVENE to STOP IT. If that person was afraid to grab the guy off the child, then there was NO EXCUSE – NONE for NOT CALLING 911.
I cannot believe a whistle blower law is preventing this “do nothing about a child rape in progress” from getting fired.
EVERYONE SINGLE PERSON from the RAPE WITNESS who walked away and let that boy be brutalized to that so-called “sainted coach” who was told the next morning to everyone above him who was told SHOULD BE FIRED!
Anyone who says differently does NOT understand the difference between right and wrong.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 8:56amI stopped watching SNL about 20 years ago when they finally wrung all of the funny out of the show. Now that I think of it, probably more than 20 years ago. My first thought was that this skit was taking advantage of what happened to children for the sake of humor, then it dawned on me that the skit itself illustrated the total disgust at what happened to children. Frankly, the SNL skit actually made more sense than the Penn State support Paterno riot.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 8:54amI have listened to many sports and regular pundits and what gets me is how nobody sees this scandal as a result of accepting the gay lifestyle and political correctness on a liberal campus. Also the ridiculous notion that Sandusky wasn’t “gay” but only a pedophile seems to be accepted by most of the media, or at least never brought up. How sick is that? A “normal” sick heterosexual pedophile would even consider man on boy sick. Maybe I’m wrong but what happenned to McQueary was the result of LGBT conditioning.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 9:14amThis “acceptance to overlook what this coach and the actual rape witness did (or NOT do which is call 911) is happy news to pedophile ears. Their sick perversion is being legitimized by the FACT that a coach and his assistant all the way up the the university presdiend didn’t think child/man sex was bad enough to call 911. Will Man/Child marriage be “accepted” within 25 years like gay marriage is now.
Gay marriage is now being accepted. The public schools did a fine job on indoctrinating the children (now grown) on that. The Left HATES SCHOOL VOUCHERS because it reduces the number of children they can indoctrinate.
Mormons are fighting for acceptance of polygamy now. Sister Wives is a show about a man with many wives and he is NOT being arrested. Instead they are following the same baby steps the gays did – one small step at a time. Fox News has interviewed many Mormons who want polygamy to NOT be a federal crime. When asked if they wanted eventually to be legally married, they all coyly said they are only discussing “removing the federal crime” aspect of the polygamy by now.
Muslims are polygamists also. Soon, Muslims and Mormons will in the future petition the courts saying religious bias as to why they shouldn’t be able to marry multiple partners.
Too bad Leona Helmsley wasn’t alive. She could petition to marry her dog so she could more easily leave her money to it.

Posted on November 13, 2011 at 8:23amSNL has been known for controversial views on controversial issues…keep in mind that this is where we first saw the ******* Al Franken. Personally I see a bit deeper more nefarious spirit working here. Lets cartoonize the real evil…makes it seem more rational, and do one better cartoonize the prince of evil (whom all that believe know was responsible for this situation to start with), and the evil becomes a little more palitable under the guise of humor. The truth is that things like this happen daily, because there is real evil out there, and I believe that SNL is attempting to influnce its viewers to be desensitized to evil when they see the face of it. It demands that we all be vigilant in 1) recognizing evil, and 2) being outraged over not only the situation, but by their protrayal of it as well.
