There‘s no issue or hobby Mitt Romney can’t get behind in Saturday Night Live’s latest riff on the GOP frontrunner.
“C-SPAN” followed Romney, played by Jason Sudeikis, as he spread his pro-everything message to just about every type of niche group conceivable. To the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, it was cat-spaying.
“It’s simply the right thing to do, and quite frankly, the reason I got into this race,” he said. “I want to be known as the cat-neutering president.”
To East St. Louis, the place felt like “home.” To the Kiamichi Country Oklahomas‘s Sportsmen’s Association, he and Ann “don‘t get to nearly as many cockfights as we’d like.”
At the Role-Playing Game Association: “I can‘t remember a time when Dungeons and Dragons wasn’t an important time in my life.”
“Of course no one wants to get sick,” he told the American Diabetes Association. “But frankly, I’ve always thought that if I had to develop a chronic disease, I hope it would be adult-onset diabetes.”
And even the Association of Professional Piercings was on Romney’s radar: “When people ask me, ‘Mitt just how many piercings do you have?‘ I always say ’more than I need but less than I want.’”

Posted on April 8, 2012 at 11:42pmYou know, the people that watch this and find it funny are seriously wastes of life. Many are over educated in areas that on;y further distort any reality of then possibly ever accepting responsibility and accountability for their lives. I wonder if these types will ever fall of the earth or if we will be forced to carry them on our backs as they reproduce and their children refuse to do a thing…

Posted on April 8, 2012 at 6:00pmI didn’t even know SNL still existed. SNL hasn’t been funny since Chris Farley died. Ever see the cartoons on Adult Swim? Other than “King of the Hill” and the Japanese cartoons, Adult Swim is entirely garbage. People actually find that idiocy funny nowadays? Simply being disgusting and offensive is actually funny to people over ten years old? That amazes me. If there‘s any true evidence of cultural degeneration and the collectively lowering of intelligence in today’s society, what people consider comedy today makes that more obvious than anything that I can think of… A.D.D. moment… Isn’t their audience about 90% Liberal? I guess today’s comedies tell us more about Liberal intelligence than the entirety of America.

Posted on April 9, 2012 at 2:00amWhat are you talking about?
Seth Green‘s Robot Chicken and Brendan Small’s Metalocalypse and Home Movies are great. King of the Hill isn’t even on Adult Swim, you plebeian.

Posted on April 8, 2012 at 4:13pmSNL pokes fun everywhere although their political leanings to come through. Isn’t interesting that they find “character” with Republicans and “no character” with Democrats!
Romney has quality character and has his American priorities straight. Obama wants to change you and me. I like being an American just fine.
Even Gingrich is now moving toward Romney. Romney 2012! Throw in Marco Rubio and the White House will be conservative come 2013!!

Posted on April 9, 2012 at 1:05amRomney does not have enough delegates to be so confident. I guarantee that 40% of the delegates credited to Romney are Paul supporters. Gingrich, who 35% of delegates are Paul supporters) staying in the race means we ARE going to have a brokered convention, I believe that Ron Paul will squeek in 1144 supporters or more as delegates at the convention. If this happens, he will get the nomination on the second round and nobody will be able to sway them in any other manner. I say this as I know that 30% of Florida delegates are Paul supporters, 60% of Missouri are Paul supporters, 60% of Alaska, over 50% from Nevada, 70% from Iowa, the same from Maine, it goes on and on. Now isn’t that a kick in the A$$.

Posted on April 8, 2012 at 3:11pmWhy are people always trying to stretch, reinvent or distort the truth to make a point? The point is lost in the argument, in the lie, or in the distortion. when the truth comes to light. Just doesn’t work.

Posted on April 8, 2012 at 2:20pmI don’t trust Mitt or anyone running for president! I don’t believe we have anyone right that can do the job correctly! Just my thoughts! I won’t be putting my endorsement on anyone this year for that reason!
Let the snakes fight it out, good luck to who wins! I believe not much will change!
Print, print, print, print, taxes, taxes, taxes taxes… That is all that will happen not to mention shoving their healthcare and other issues! Before you know it, everyone will have magical underwear… LOL!
I think we need to pray more, because people are falling into another trap regardless!

Posted on April 8, 2012 at 2:42pmIf the actor had thrown in a bunch of stuttering, multiple confused-looked “uhs”, and rasped his voice down to closer mimic the smoker’s bark obama bellows out, the skit would have been more appropriate and would have had an ‘historic minority’ dimension as well.

Posted on April 8, 2012 at 11:39amThis SNL skit depiction of Romney is a reflection of what the majority think about him
and why he hasn’t been able to secure the nomination at this point. Not even with the GOPe doing
their best to screw things up for any of the other potential candidates.

Posted on April 8, 2012 at 12:43pmRidiculous comment. This SNL skit is NOT a reflection of what the Majority think of Romney. Last I checked he was winning the Primary. Its a reflection of the Liberal SNL writers and performers. Do you honestly think they would take Obama on for his recent comments on the role of the Supreme Court??? Heavens NO….they carry his water. If there has been such a CONSPIRACY by various groups to set Romney as the Nominee how come they did not close this deal faster and save him the wear and tear??? Not to mention the MONEY. THE ONLY REASON SANTORUM HAS GOTTEN SO FAR IS BECAUSE OF THE CONSERVATIVE RADIO HEADS THAT SUPPORT HIM DESPITE HIS RECORD…..and a good deal of Democrats who voted in a reverse Operation Chaos.
Report Post »soybomb315

most republicans who have voted in the primary have decided to NOT vote for romney – despite everyone knowing he will win and the party leaders making it clear who they support.
If romney cant get 50% of the republican vote with all that money, all those endorsements, name recognition, and favorable media…..He will tank even more than mccain

Fortunately you can see it here,, Get it now, it may be scrubbed,,
The very last line in the skit is prophetic…
Soros (character) “Even though you know whats coming you won’t be able to do anything about it”

Posted on April 8, 2012 at 8:58amThis election scenario isn’t exactly working out the way I had hoped. I was hoping for a plain talking/ no nonsense president like a Chris Christie taking on the teacher’s unions, or Ronald Reagan facing down air traffic controllers, but alas, it seems that whoever is elected in November is going to be slinging around some serious ********. We know how full of crap Obama is, but Romney has probably served up more whoppers than Burger King. Pick your poison.
