SNL: Mitt Romney Supporter’s Wacky Exit Poll Interview

SNL: Mitt Romney Supporters Wacky Exit Poll Interview | Daniel Radcliffe Kristen Wiig

NBC

Saturday Night Live featured an exit poll worker’s interview with a Mitt Romney supporter whose questions grew increasingly strange.

It began directly enough, with the poll worker, played by Kristen Wiig, asking the voter whether he would describe himself as “a moderate Republican, a conservative Republican, a Tea Partier, a crazy whack-a-doodle or a Democrat voting sarcastically.”

“A moderate Republican,” answered the voter, played by guest host Daniel Radcliffe.

Of his decision to vote for Mitt Romney, “Were you like, ‘I love this guy!’ Were you like, ‘he’ll do,’ or were you like, ‘I don’t know who any of these people are’?”

“He’ll do,” Radcliffe said.

The interview went on from there, with Wiig asking increasingly personal questions — like trying to set him up with her friend — and very occasionally, political ones.

Among them: “You walk into your bedroom and turn the lights, standing buck naked in the middle of the room is Ron Paul, Rick Santorum or Newt Gingrich. Which one of these options bums you out the most?”

“Wow, that’s tough. Ron Paul — no, Newt Gingrich. No, Ron Paul — no, Newt Gingrich,” he said.

“That’s the right answer,” Wiig confirmed.

These “ads” will influence kids and those older who are unstable. They’re Hitler ads, all for brainwashing, not funny, not balanced – just a form of an attack ad. Tell your mate that if you
see SNL on, the tv. gets a brick through it, period.

That’s the only way to beat them, don’t even give it a minute of time.

I dont get SNL… I didnt laugh once. Cartoons like homer simpson, american dad, and family guy have better writers than SNL.

I watched SNL the last two weeks on purpose because, I wanted to see what they were doing, who was on cast, check it out… You know… For ‘old times sake.’

      I did not “laugh” once.
A couple of chuckles was all they could arouse outta me.
      Expectably disapointing…

SNL is really at a low point. Its longevity and former reputation will hopefully allow time for the show to make improvements. I‘m not sure if it’s just the cast or the writers, but the show hasn’t been that great for a couple years now. Disappointing.

    Its very rarely funny.
At first I questioned why “The Blaze” would even post this crap, but then I’m reminded how much this show actually “Politically” shaped millions of minds around the 2008 Election.

Did you see the SNL skit where all the Obama supporters took over wall street and said the dumbest things. That one was the the funniest skit they have done in recent years. I mean, they made the Obama supporters look BAD. I am surprised them didn’t get major backlash over that one. They made them look sooooo stupid. Oh wait…that was real life. hmmm…I don’t know…it’s not so funny anymore.

If your lineage is from Spain and you have lived in Spain all your life, is your ethnicity “white”? How about if you are from Italy; are you “hispanic”? If you are a caucasian immigrant from Cape Town and are now living in Utah; are you “african-american”? How about if you are Harry Belafonte, are you “black”?

Love your comment. Humble Bumble Harry, can‘t or won’t answer that question. I loved it a while ago when leading acting African Americans even Oprah Windbag were told about their “actual” African heritage. One leading Black actor though his roots were African/North American Native. His DNA test came back, to his astonishment, he didn’t have a shred of Native Indian. Oprah Windbag, hers came back with guess what, WHITE southern European heritage.
Weird, but most African American race baiting hypocrites are actually Heinz57′s with exterior African cosmetic appearances. So much for Kwansza huh? And Oprah, you are more in line with Uncle Luigi from southern Italy tour boats in Venus than the Queens of Nile of Egypt.

Really @Hossua? May I suggest, if you have Netflix, do a search on SNL the 1990s. When Phil Hartmann was on, and Dennis Miller, and some Michael Myers. You can watch what was the last of the funny SNLs. Then you’ll remember exactly why SNL is decidedly un funny now.

Oh my God, is Saturday Night Live still on TV? It hasn’t been funny in decades. I guess NBC can’t think of any new programming, so they keep running this tired worn out show. I think they’d do better running old reruns of the Dean Martin Comedy Roasts. At least we’d see real stars, and have something funny to laugh at.
