SNL: Rush Limbaugh Still Has Plenty of Sponsors — From ‘Fake Rape Whistles’ to ‘Depends for Racists’

“Saturday Night Live” opened with its own take on the Rush Limbaugh-Georgetown Law student controversy, with “Limbaugh” recapping some of the sponsors he’s lost since calling Sandra Fluke a “slut” — but also announcing some of the new ones he’s gained.
Among the sponsors Limbaugh — played by Taran Killam — has lost: “The cowards at AOL”; “the sluts at TurboTax”; and “the prostitutes at the American Heart Association.”
But not to worry, because “Sherman’s Imitation Mayonnaise”; the “Syria Tourism Board”; and the “Mosquito Breeders of America” are among those who have stood up to back him. There’s also “Depends for Racists — If you pee everytime you see a Mexican, you need Depends for Racists“ and ”Shroder’s Fake Rape Whistles — Help is not on the way.”

America is witness to the largest Organized Crime takeover of our country… NO corporation (NBC, GE, GM, ect..) is ever going to get their portion of the nation‘s wealth without getting in bed with the ’group’… And NO corporation will get anything, should America get back into the hands of ‘The People’…

Liberals have gone full circle counterclockwise to fascism and use the Alinsky tactics of ridicule of anyone they don’t agree with. Then they scream foul and employ DOJ and IRS when any joke or inquiry is made towards their side. Let’s think of some sponsors for “reverand” Wright’s church… and the MSNBC hosts’ shows…. probably they would all address illegals’ rights to vote, victimization of every democrat, and plug for the green movement: mandatory algae-run appliances, aircraft and cars. another idea: baseball bats, limited purchase allowed only for black panther voting booth control.

Today’s papers are likely filled with just two items; attacks on Rush and attacks on the evil Republicans for their war on women, both contrived campaigns created in the media to distract voters from just how horrid the record of our president really is.

The progressive (don’t call it liberal, cause liberals support freedom) media is ignoring the turn of the tide. Just pretending they are still relevant will not make it so. I have not watched SNL for years, but what is obvious is when one gets a snip it of the jokes told on that stupid show. The jokes are not funny. Yet we have Americans that still watch that show. REALLY?? Wow. That is what the intellectual level of the average American is these days. No wonder we have been electing communists to office for the past 40 years or so. Just how easy it is to fool an American. Just how easy it is to entertain an American. Just how easy it is to get an American to vote away the precious liberties their own parents have fought for, got wounded for, died for. DAMN, it really is becoming embarrasing to be an American in the new millenium. SNL is just one example of the many things to be embarrassed of as an American. Now even Pravda is openly questioning the American media about its cover up of this president’s eligibility to be president. That really is irony for you!!!! or is that really the best joke of all, huh SNL?

51 Advertisers so far have cancelled sponsorship from Rush. 90% of the ad’s on his Friday show were Public Service Announcements (PSA’s) from the likes of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Ad Council, Feeding America, and the Ad Council. Rush sunk his own ship.

Carbonite’s stock price has been in a downward trend for the last six months and the flap with Rush accelerated the plunge to the downside. Rush turned down one advertiser looking to return to sponsorship. In these Owebama-inspired economic times, you’d think they would be looking for any edge they can get. Stupid is as stupid does.

Liberals can’t do satire. Why not? Well, first of all, satire must contain a grain of truth. And there isn’t a grain of truth in what liberals say or do. Second, satire targets human folly. Conservatives can laugh at their own folly, because they know they can transcend it (by the grace of God). Liberals are deeply ashamed of their folly–although they appear to celebrate it in many cases–as well as deeply mired in it, and therefore, they can’t laugh.

Your time frame is a bit off. You claim that SNL has not been funny for decades. Let me guess, you probably think that SNL was only funny between 1981-1993, and between 2001-2009, the years when Ronnie Reagan, Bush Sr., and Bush Jr. occupied the White House.
However, in reality, here on planet Earth, SNL was funny on 3/10/2012. Sure, some skits sucked [as always] and some skits were very hilarious [also, as always].

It sounded like a poor attempt at a Sesame Street character. Trying to go back to the same old slander of calling people racists too, good job SNL. This is why nobody watches you anymore.
