    Every time, I get “selected” for the scanner, I opt for the pat down. Because they should endure the inconvenience just as much as I will. Further, the pat-down lasts for a moment, the scanner image lasts indefinitely.

    Then I ask the TSA employee, “How was I selected for further scrutiny?” and they will [quite often] say, “We select people at random in order to keep it fair and sample the population.” Or do we really believe children fit a threat profile?

    Folks, random sampling is not “reasonable search and seizure.” Keep a record and file a complaint anywhere and everywhere. Begin with TSA, the airlines and your congressman’s office(s).

    Defend the constitution, or be prepared to live without it. Know the 4th amendment. Know when it’s been violated too.

    There’s something very wrong with this arrangement. Remember, if seems excessive, it probably is.

    THERE ARE other technological and manual methods which will work without invading your privacy or assaulting your dignity and your rights (as scanner image clarity AND the frisking do)!

    Otherwise, some suggest “crop-dusting.” ;^) You pick…lose your rights, or lose your couth. That’s gonna be a curious trend to report in the news!!

    In other related news, the terrorist Ghailani got a slap on the wrist with 1 conviction out of 285 charges…and the one conviction was not even a “terrorist” charge…you think it’s going to get easier on the American public as we have to make up for the lack of deterrence…

    The TSA body scanning and checking are not the cause………they are the result. Suicide terrorists are the cause. The scans are a last ditch security effort. If one is determined enough, sooner or later a weakness will be breached. I prefer it not be MY flight.

    The TSA is definitely the agency you wanna work for if you’re into frotteurism… and legalized sexual assault.

    Police officers are forbidden from asking people they suspect are here illegally if they are U.S. citizens. Nurses are forbidden from asking patients if they have any infectious blood diseases, such as AIDS. God forbid we embarrass some person belonging to a minority and give them an emotional booboo. Rather than profile and risk offending a few people, the TSA would rather offend everybody by invasively probing and fondling their bodies.

    That’s Progressive logic. If some of you have to be poor, then all of you have to be poor. If some of you have to be uncomfortable, then all of you have be very, very uncomfortable — because inequality of any kind is eeeevil.

    Sorry, but I don’t see the point of laughing while our government is taking away our rights. Let’s see, frisk a young boy, grandma, and grab everyone’s junk, but NO we can‘t ask a Mexican for proof that he’s in the country legally.

    Ha! Ha! This is funny. Of course the boneheads at the airport are not very funny, can you imagine how many homosexuals and tranvestites will be applying for the perfect job as a TSA agent ? I mean there will be some sickees out there standing in line and might even work for free. I would relish the idea myself of getting a pat down and just as they are in my rear let out a helatious foul smelling fart. Now would this be fiighting fire with fire or what ?

What I had really wanted to ask is whether or not this is why the Feds have been trying to push High Speed Rail projects onto the States as part of the “Stimulus”.

      What I want is for EVERYONE to have to have this- Obama, Nancy, Harry, Hillary, movie stars, billionaires, Muslim women, EVERYONE. Only then will I ever fly again. I travel for business (a lot) and pleasure, but I’m checking train schedules and will be driving a lot more. Airlines are going to go broke on this issue.

      This is going to turn into Obamacare where they already have 111 (or more) unions and companies that are now EXEMPT from participating. You make an exception once and you’ve got unfairness.

    This is just ridiculous. Not the funny video, but this thugery is just another atempt to “do what the govt wants” no matter what the “peasants” want. hahaha..is it so funny ???? So funny they are groping our people. I feel so sorry for those who have disabilites or are elderly and especially the children. No telling what kind of psychological damage they are inflicting on them. Would a parent let some stranger in their neighborhood grope their child? NO. So they let some stranger at the TerroristStateAholes grope their kid at the airport?? This is not right I tell you.

      That is next, watch… they will treat us like criminals for wanting to fly. They will go as far as we let them and I personally think they have gone way tooooooo far already. I say profile and then take it to the max. Don’t do this to people who you know are not going to do anything for the sake of political sake. Maybe if they profiled then the people in the the profile will start to stand up and denouce those that are thinking, planning, and plotting blowing up a plane. I remember when all they did was hijack planes. They stopped that because I believe the US would not give in and they would assult the plane even with people on board. Now the want to blow us up and they are winning because now even our presonal freedoms are being taken away including being searched. Now we can be legally sexually assulted and detained, fined and jailed for wanting to fly and refusing to be photographed nude or sexually assulted. What is this country coming too, I wonder?
