Soros: U.S. Can Take on More Debt and Stop Obsessing About Budget Cuts

Business Insider:

Famed investor George Soros spoke to Bloomberg Television about the U.S. economy yesterday, specifically the debate over cuts versus government spending. Soros argues that the U.S. should take on more debt and spend it on infrastructure.

He has grand designs to bring this “wonderful” new system to your own home. He wants the world to be united under one currancy and goverment.

      Each of us has to get out of debt in our own lives. Stop taking out loans and save up for those things we need. Yes, I said get out of debt and don’t take out loans unless it is a very short term loan that we can pay off in a few paychecks. Either that or save up and then buy. The Goverment has to do the same too. It blows my mind that anyone can think that owing anyone else puts us in a position of greatness. We are the biggest and greatest SLAVE in the world right now because of our debt. We need to stop the spending, cut the entitlements, if fact get rid of the entitlements except for SSN because people have paid directly into that program for that program. If the goverment got out of all the medical programs and health insurance we would see the whole medical industry costs and prices DROP to affordable prices. Because the Medical industry knows that if the Goverment with VERY deep pockets will pay HUGE prices for their services and Medications then they will charge the HUGE prices. Why not? I would charge great big prices for my artwork if I knew my customers would and could pay the prices.

      This Goverment is out of control and has cause so much harm and made life very difficult for all of us. Why, because it wants us to think that we are dependant upon it to protect us from ourselves. It thinks it has a mandate to rule everything in our lives for our own good. Even to the point of telling us what to eat and drink. This is no hype, we are being set up to see more goeverment and not just US goverment, but World Goverment.

      I could go on and on, however, I am tired. Thanks for reading and thanks for the emails in your support. Please keep strong, we are in dangerous times, very dangerous times. We need to stand strong and stand up and vote to get back this country before it is too late.

      Trouble is, we do not have a growing economy — not the robust American economy that we have known and loved.

      What bothers me is that he sees govt handouts as a great and normal thing and wants to make the point that any cutbacks could be unwise and harm the economy.       Of course he is going to espouse this idea. His goal is to debase the US currency by monetizing more debt. This will then ensure his dream of a global banking system that is regulated internationally. Since money denotes power and money and power “make the world go around” it is the first step toward global governance as well. Currently the US financially and, for the time being, mainly ideologically is the largest hurdle to these things becoming reality.

      @Trucker: At least QE3 will be used to pay for our treasuries, and not infrastructure. No one else is buying our debt because they all know we have too much of it and the dollar is on its way down for the next decade or two. Unless we spend more now, then the time will be pushed up. Soros can’t wait a decade or two.

      Like others have already said if we were always to do the exact opposite of what Soro’s and sadly Obama would have us do we would be doing the right thing 99.9% of the time. This guy is a very evil and wicked man who takes great pride and satisfaction in collapsing economies. If he could succeed in collapsing the American economy that would be the mother-lode of all mother-lodes for this evil tyrant. That is his main focus and purpose in life as he knows the tearing down process would then be complete and establishing his vision of the NWO would then be as sure as the sun rising in the east.

He has contributed nearly 1/4 billion already for the Puppet on the strings re-election campaign. Where is the list of donors to Obama’s campaign in 2008???? Where is his birth certificate?????       The tyrants (Wannabe Peers) would have you believe that taxes are only increased when the legislature increases taxes. These tyrants use the confusion over the relationship between wealth and the medium of exchange (money) to perpetuate this myth. Actually, the tax on the economy rises whenever the government s increases spending. Tax laws just determine how the liability is distributed. If the taxes fail to cover expenses, the value of the dollar decreases and anyone who owns money pays the tax in the form of loss of purchasing power. Money, (paper money) has no intrinsic value. The dollar’s value is determined by the quantity of wealth the market is willing to exchange for the dollar. The dollar’s value eventually will be determined by the nation’s wealth divided by the dollars and credit in circulation.

      Inflation is not a recent phenomenon. During the 19th Century the inflation rate in the United States was 12% for the entire Century. In 1800, $0.89 had the purchasing power of $1.00 in 1900, a change of about 12% in 100 years. From 1900 to 2007 the inflation rate was about 25 to 1, a change of 2500% in 107 years. A Google search lists over 20 pages of “inflation calculators” three of the most popular inflation calculators list the inflation rate of between 24.6 and27.71 from 1900 and 2007. In other words, $1.00 in 1900 was worth around $25.00 in 2007.

      What happened? In the late 1800’s and early 1900’s four factors emerged that caused inflation to increase. These are:
      • Creation of the “Fourth Branch of Government” the Bureaucracy
      • Enacting and enforcing the Sherman Antitrust Act.
      • Creation of the Federal Reserve
      • Enacting the income tax
      • Wars

      How did these factors cause such erosion in the value of the dollar?       GRETAMERICANBECKFAN…………..I agree. I was listening to Savage on the radio tonight which I normally don’t do.but I was surprised to hear him questioning soros and his actions. Like he was the first one to reveal any info concerning spooky dude. Even O’Reily referred to soros as spooky dude tonight. Is everyone going to start riding on Beck’s coat-tails ? It is old news to those of us who follow Beck. I guess that is ok as long as the word is out there regardless of how. I think it is funny that suddenly other people are growing kahuna‘s now that Beck isn’t going to be on daily.
