Stewart Tells O’Reilly: Obama Hasn’t Lived Up to His Expectations

There are two clips from the second night of Bill O‘Reilly’s interview with Jon Stewart.  Let‘s take them in reverse order because Stewart’s comments about Obama merit attention first:

In the second clip, which was chronologically the first part, Stewart deals with the GOP field:

Jon is the media’s darling child as Rush is to the conservative base. I truly like Stewart as a person and find him funny but I don‘t take him serious when I listen to him try to be one of sound reason and America’s middle of the road/common sense arbitrator. He’ll have you beleive that he rationally sees things from a centrist point of view when in fact he is blatantly liberal. He says here that Newt wouldn‘t be a good President because he doesn’t have charisma but says Palin does yet isn’t Presidential..huh? Jon, once you take a few steps towards the right, then maybe I’ll think of you like you would have us beleive..a centrist.

I think you might be confusing the two men in the clip. Jon Stewart doesn’t pretend to be politically central- he openly endorses his liberal/progressive stances. It’s not a secret at all. What he DOES stay equal on are his punchlines. If Obama does something hilarious, Stewart will mock him. He’s done it plenty before, and this is actually the second time O’reilly asked if Obama “disappointed” him. He had the same answer before, too. Stewart felt that Obama “ran big but governed small,” citing his charismatic campaign versus the things he’s followed through on.

Now, O’reilly? He‘s the one who gets on ’fair and balanced‘ Fox and gives his ’unbiased, no-spin‘ take from a ’center’ view. He says he’s not on one side or the other, but it‘s painfully clear he’s right-wing. Even if the Blazers think he’s not right-wing ENOUGH, he’s definitely against “the loony left.”

So yeah. Do your homework. ;)

We don’t respect or like stewart. And, it‘s a little peculiar that he’s in love with an Anti-American Israel hating fraud in the White House.

Doesn’t he realize his demise as a jewish man IF barry the fraud and the enemies within succeed in their plan to destroy America? I don’t think that he does.

It‘s amazing how naive barry’s supporters are in America. Sadly, many of them will suffer and possibly be sent to re-educational camps. America will become a 58th muslim state IF the enemies within succeed in the demise of America.

Unfortunately we lost a fighter and a voice when O’Rielly changed a year or so ago. He’s lost the spirit to fight the fight. Perhaps he’s made his fortune and taken the easy way out.

Glen is walking a thin line with this Israel sidetrack. He always tells us to keep an eye on what is really happening. Diverting attention from the problems we have to this latest money maker is very confusing and will drive alot of viewers away I’m afraid.

John, as a former VP of HR I interview people all the time (My company was in building products so it basicly closed in 2009). From presidents to porters! The common tool in the process of interviewing is “Work and behaviors in the past usually predicts future success.”

I have read the Prez’s books (first editions before the PC changes), studied his friends and reviewed at his past work and voting records at State and Federal levels. These behaviors / work practices were very evident throughout his career! So in my mind he has met most of my expectations based upon his past work and behaviors.

John, I watch you on a regular basis and find your views and show to be informative, honest and reflect you values and ideas! Thanks for being so open and sincere!

I really took notice that when Palin came up, there was almost an excitement in Srewart‘s voice bc he felt assured Palin wasn’t running and he wasn’t as hard on her as he and the left have been, even though it was, she was thin-skinned. He said he liked Pawlenty, which you can guarantee the tricks are out there and we never need to support someone the left likes and sure if a republican will continue their agenda they will vote for him. The left has relaxed since they think Palin isn’t running, so that tells me we need to get behind her again. Most of these other candidates keep slipping to the socialist agendas and Palin is one that will not budge from her conservative base. I had my doubts about her for a while myself, but once she is out of the picture I see what a tough candidate she could be and a real threat to the left. If she was stirring up that much worry and hadn’t even gotten on the campaign trail she might be what we need. She might even pick one of your favorites for vice president. The people need to have some say in who we want the republicans to back, not a few rhino politicians.

I am very conservative and to me Oreilly was exremely annoying and Jon Stewart ripped him to shreds in that debate. I am dvring the dailyshow from now on. Honestly, Oreilly comes off very conceited, and Jon Stewart dominated him and proved that logic outweighs the politics that oreilly claims to be above. It is Jon Stewart who is above the politics and gets alot of laughs and hard thinking behind his show. Good show.

DO not trust this liberal sick New York jerk. Remeber he’s ot stupid and he has been stringing along your children for years.

This sob, like those before him when the Bolshwviki were murdering for power in the early days before the Soviet Union, loves to ride the back of the tiger and blow his nose at common, unfunny people. Like any commie stooge, he will shift and feint and molly-coddle you into a restful state. Then he will cut your throat.

Don’t be stupid. This jerk thinks that the elite ruling class will someday accept him as an equal, something he dreams about and obsessese over. He, like his liberal ancestors, are just gulag bait and don’t know it yet.

Well said, ‘Nuff Said! It has always amazed me that these liberal media types who are shilling for Obama now don’t realize that if the leftists get their way and drag us down into socialism, the ‘liberal intellectuals’, the fawning liberal media, and all the rest of those who are so much smarter than the rest of us, will be among the first people up against the wall to be mowed down by firing squad (or taken down to the basement of the KGB for a quick bullet at the base of the skull).

Have these fools never read a history book? Do they really not know that is what Lenin did with those (who were EXACTLY like their modern American liberal counterparts, I might add), the ones he called “useful idiots” who helped him seize power were summarily dispatched once they had ceased to be useful to him?

They may have delusions that they will be the “ones” the great man chooses to keep around, but the Gulag is ready and waiting for those that survive the first purges after they’ve finished trashing our Constitution and establishing Socialist Law, Sharia Law, or whatever abomination they decide to impose once they have the upper hand.

The liberal fools will NOT survive in that world, and if they do, they will wish they had not. This is the future they are eagerly trying to impose on the rest of us. And THEY are the ones who smirk and posture about how much ‘smarter’ they are than the rest of us? Intellectuals? Give me a break! They are delusional fools.

I just hope the Republicans, the Tea Party or SOMEBODY gives us somebody to vote FOR this time around. The reason that Communist PUKE is in the White House now is because there was nobody to vote FOR and that has been true for so long that a lot of people just gave up voting, and Obama was able to steal the Presidency while they slept. The important thing is that we don’t split our votes amongst a lot of different candidates. If the Conservatives split their votes, Obummer wins AGAIN! I am not sure our country will survive until 2012, but I think we are doomed if that $%*(($ gets re-elected to do another four years worth of damage. I’m betting there will not BE an election in 2016 if he wins in 2012. Personally, I am supporting Allen West. Aside from being a fine American with a good head on his shoulders and actual ideas that he can actually articulate without a teleprompter, he is our best hope to defeat Obama, because he also gives the black voters somebody they can support without feeling they are betraying anything. That will mean that Obama will be the casualty of the split votes, instead of the Conservatives. This is not just a good idea, folks, it is a matter of our national survival. We have to get that subversive lefty puke OUT of the White House, and Allen West is the man to do it.

Obama’s father precluded his being a “natural born citizen” meaning born on U.S. soil of U.S. citizen parents; he is further ineligible by dual citizenship for being born a British citizen pursuant to the British Nationality Act of 1948, as his father was a British citizen of colonial Kenya.[1]

NBC encompasses citizenship and requires being born of citizen parents. The Art 2, Sec 1, exemption from being a NBC “or a citizen of the United States …” wasn’t needed if NBC just means a citizen.

A NBC also means more than excluding naturalized citizenship. Congressional eligibility already does this by setting 7 and 9 “years a citizen” for House and Senate. With no allowance of years set for POTUS, foreigners would be eligible at naturalization. This incongruity logically proves naturalized citizens aren’t eligible.

Each authoritative definition of a NBC stipulates citizen parents (plural). First Congress, Ses II, Chp 3, Sec I, 104, 1790: “the children of citizens.” Bingham, House floor, 1866: “of parents not owing allegiance.” Supreme Court, Minor v. Happersett, 1874: “of parents who were its citizens.” Senate Res 511, 2008: “born to American citizens.”

Otherwise a foreigner and a naturalized citizen, could have a child born on U.S. soil but raised overseas until age 21, then in 14 years be eligible for POTUS. Similarly untenable, is Obama setting a precedent of dual citizens being eligible.
