‘Still Fat’: Neil Cavuto Mocks Boehner’s 10-Yr Debt Plan With Absurd 10-Yr Fitness Plan

John Boehner on his debt plan:
Today the House will vote on the largest non-defense spending cut in our nation’s history – $315 billion dollars over the next 10 years. These are real cuts, and a signal to job creators that we’re serious about stopping Washington’s spending binge.
On his show today, Fox News’ Neil Cavuto called out the sepia-colored Speaker of the House on these so-called “real cuts.”
Cavuto: “By the way we’re not even cutting the debt, we’re cutting the growth in the debt. That would be like me announcing a ten year fitness plan whereby I promise this: I will keep my weight gain to no more than ten pound a year rather than the 15 pounds I’ve been averaging. After a decade, I’m still a house, just not as big a house as I could have been. Still fat.”
To show how bogus a 10-year fitness plan is, Cavuto went to a trainer. He asked her if she has any 1o-year fitness plans for him. She responded: “Uh. Wanna set your goals a little bit higher than that, Neil?” The expression on his face says it all:

Posted on April 14, 2011 at 9:35pmIf the government really wanted to save some money they would STOP sending money over seas and start taking care of their own here. When will the government see, we will never be able to compete with other nations until we lower corporate taxes!!!!! That will keep companies here to hire, lower the unemployment, people would not need to lean on state & federal entitlements….they could support their own families.

Posted on April 14, 2011 at 8:02pmLudicrous, but funny.
It does seem that we are on a anti-budget though. Watch the coming months carefully because a major reduction in defense spending is the End Game. It will come, not by removing our sons and daughters from overseas. But it will be in spite of them. The end game also calls for our service men and women to be abandoned overseas.
This note on the TROLL activity: someone who posted recently must have said something VERY true and it struck a nerve over at Media Matters. Why else would these minions of Lucifer flock hear as they have today. Keep up the good works conservatives !

Report Post »I totally agree with you about defense cuts. It will be our brave heroes abroad that will suffer. I have wondered if they are being set up…guess I’m afflicted with conspiracy theoryitis…but the troops will never allow citizens to be targeted by their own government, so what does the NWO have planned in order to keep them from protecting us here at home? Our troops are too spread out and too tired to continue in this manner. History repeats itself. Part of the reasons for Rome’s demise was the broad dispersal of troops, entitlements (which interestingly also began with agricultural supsidies), immorality (including homosexuality), and corruption in government.

Posted on April 14, 2011 at 8:01pmHey, Neil, great point! Makes my observation moot! These clowns ALWAYS choose a timeframe that exceeds their political life! If someone really wanted to have a budget impact, they should do it within their term of office–and not trust others to continue their lousy plan!
Report Post »8jrts
Posted on April 14, 2011 at 8:18pmYou are right. Hard to find anyone to take office and even commit to do what they say, let alone do it in a timely manner!
Report Post »I think there would be plenty of people but the problem is no one is perfect all their life….from birth…and if you did something in grade/high school….you will pay for it when the left finds out… no matter how old you are now. Your kids/family will pay for it as well. If you are liberal you get a pass, conservative you get smeared. As a result, not many will step up to the plate. It’s a hard, difficult place to put yourself and your family.
It is time for us to step up or we will lose what we value most….our freedom, our country, our kids future.

Why don’t they start proposing a 50 year plan, 100 year plan, or better yet, a 4 year plan, that’s all they should be looking ahead to.
