‘Stutistics’: Obama’s Budget vs. Reality

For those of you who just want to know the facts regarding the economy, not the typical over or under-exaggerated political rhetoric, tonight’s episode of “Stutistics” may be for you.
Tonight on GBTV, soon-to-become TheBlazeTV, Stu Burguiere, executive producer and head writer for the Glenn Beck Radio Program, broke down what he calls “the deficit blame game” and compared President Obama’s deficit to the total deficit of former President George W. Bush, who Obama routinely blames for all of his administration’s shortcomings. OK, so due to a technical error the episode didn’t actually air, but now you can see it here.
“Last time we showed you that while Obama loves to blame Bush for everything, his deficits are far worse than any previous president or, for that matter, any drug addicted heiress,” Stu said as a picture of Paris Hilton flashed on the screen.
While Bush’s deficit to GDP over his 8-year term was 2.7 percent, slightly above the historical average of 2.6 percent, Obama’s is actually much, much higher. More than double, in fact.
“Even if you use Obama’s own rosy numbers, his deficit towers above at an unthinkable 6.1 percent,” Stu explained.

Posted on August 23, 2012 at 4:24pmThink any amount of statistics and facts mean a thing to the army of progressive idiots that get their world view from racist America haters teaching their “ethnic studies” classes? No. They will just rationalize up something out of thin air to bridge the gap between reality and what they FEEL is right. You can’t fix stupid. There is nothing that will make a dent in the brainwashed minds being pumped out of our leftist universities. They just make up what they believe as they go along. Their world view is 100% EMOTION based. If they don’t like how something that challenges their worldview sounds, they just dismiss it as racist, or bigoted, or whatever. Facts mean NOTHING to the left. Its only what advances the narrative that matters to them. And when they are done rearranging the facts to suit their purpose, they then turn around and accuse conservatives of manipulating the numbers and not being rational. In short, THEY ARE HOPELESS.

Report Post »Not to remind people that he increased the national debt by nearly $5 trillion. The most rapid increase under any president pushed through a bill that included more than a trillion dollars in new healthcare spending and contains a 4.5 percent increase.
Republicans will have to remind America that BO is The Amateur.

Posted on August 23, 2012 at 7:14amGood question. Obama keeps saying why should we go back to the ideals that got us here in the frist point. While lets see why should we run to his ideals? The ideals of the Germans in between WWI and WWII, the USSR and The EU today. The ideal that the government take the money and spead it around as it gets fats and lazy, after some time the governmnet is so big and the people are so broke that both party die under the weight of debt. Can we all stop looking at this as a Bush or Obama ~ Left or Right and understand that our way of life is about to change forever and not for the good.

That is pointing out that comparing Bush’s deficit average over his entire term ignores the impact of the cliff he drove our economy off of in his final 2 years. And will Stewie point out the Bush passed a $1.2 trillion deficit run rate to the PRESIDENT on the way out. You see the 2008-2009 fiscal year belongs to Bush as that budget was his responsibility.

Obama has spent roughly 5.8 TRILLION. But the scariest stat is the entitlement lie. As of today, if no changes are made to the payment structure, and those Soylent Green factories don’t get built, then the money we owe for medicare, prescription drugs, and social security ONLY is over 120 TRILLION, or roughly twice the GTP.
GTP is Gross Terrestrial Output–the annual value of every good and service produced by every human being on the planet. THAT IS FOR JUST 3 PROGRAMS!!!!! That is why we are in heap big trouble, regardless of how many burritos Chipotle Grille sells, and that is why anyone who read Rich Dad, Poor Dad has known for twenty years that retirement benefits are not sustainable, and why we are frustrated that this problem has been ignored for years.

Posted on August 22, 2012 at 10:51pmMost of the congresses since the early 1930s have been Democratic majorities. Only congress controls spending. The president can only veto somethings. Yet after all this spending they decided to do, including during Bushes last two years, they claim no responsibility. Vetoing a budget doesn’t stop spending. We have not even had a budget in over 3 years.
Report Post »fbanta
Posted on August 22, 2012 at 11:37pm@TomSawyer: Since 1913 Congress has been averaging spending 40% more than revenue. That was the year the 16th Amendment destroyed a key protection against tyranny; and the year the Federal Reserve was created solely to increase the indebtedness of Americans beyond the Constitutional protections set by the Founders.
There is no Constitutional justification for any political party and to restore America we must restore Constitutional governance.

Even if tax cuts theoretically could cause a recession (history shows they always result in robust growth), spending was not decreased so the tax cuts are irrelevant to the discussion other than that the higher revenues helped to soften the blow of the increase in spending.

The economy never grew under Bush. Obama has created more jobs in one term than Bush did in two. The Bush administration modified laws and deregulated and left office just in time for the global recession. When Bush left office he was purging 800,000 jobs per month.
Obama has doubled the value of the stock market and corporate profits have never been higher in history.

It shouldn’t take you real long to come up with the first list. The second list might take a tad bit longer, especially since there has been no budget passed since Obama took office, and since a lot of the shenanigans have been by executive fiat, as spelled out so clearly in the Executive Fiat Article of the Constitution.

The Fed has been cooking the books for years on the M! and M3 money supplies, and without a simple audit, no one knows anymore just how much money is in circulation on any given day. But, unemployment has been above 8percent for 42 straight months, and the deficit has sky rocketed to record levels. Sure, Obama was dealt a bad hand, but he had his first 2 years of a democratically controlled house and senate. What did he do? He passed Obamacare which makes things worse.
