‘Super Tense Moment’ Occurs When Jon Corzine Is Served Papers During His Hearing Recess

The headline says it all.

Do we know the nature of the papers being served?

“Apparently, the papers were a lawsuit filed by Sapere CTA, a firm that has over $95 million locked up at MF Global,” reports Business Insider. “CNBC’s Taushe said there were over 20 other MF Global execs listed on the suit.”

See for yourself how the former New Jersey governor, senator and top Obama fundraiser reacts to the situation.

Exit Question: Does Corzine fully grasp how disliked he is in many corners? Furthermore, does he understand that many, many people suspect he knows what happened to the missing $1.2 billion? If he does, he certainly isn’t acting like it. His lawyer might do him a favor and suggest that he act a little more penitential and a little less defiant.

The problem is the attitude of snottiness. He doesn’t even seem the least bit sorry. He’s arrogant to the point of rudeness. I assume he just thought the person wanted an interview and not to serve papers. He just assumes he has immunity from everything because of his relationship with Obama.

Hyped a little to get us to read it (it worked, obviously). The fact is the country is being raped & people like this need to see the inside of a REAL prison. It’s only a non-issue if you don’t care…or figure there‘s nothing to be done because it’s too late.

Here’s an excellent example of white collar crime at its worst, as well as an excellent example of how a white collar criminal feels he’s above the law. After all the wrong doing exposed throughout this entire financial debacle, we have yet to see one single white collar criminal go to jail.

Bank robbers, home invaders and car jackers are insignificant pikers compared to these coat and tie criminals, yet if they’re caught they surely go to jail.

@Lori….you hit the nail on the head…Corzine really does have a snotty snippy holier than thou attitude doesn’t he? It makes me think of what my dad and mom used to say to me when I was younger….”if you don’t get that look off your face I am going to slap it off for you”….and my folks meant it. I think he needs slapped. A real good one…that leaves a red hand print…and then he needs told to sit down and tell us just exactly where all that loot is. I lose a 5 dollar bill and I get tweaked at myself for doing so….this dude has a billion and a half disappear and all of a sudden he gets stupid. Like I said…my dad or mom would slap my face if I tried to feed them a line like “I dunno where the billion and a half is” ************SLAP****************

He has been lying to the American People fvor so long, and getting away with it, that he has nothing but contempt. Like most professional politicians he thinks he is to smart to get caught and if caught to get convicted. He forgets that when he steals from the taxpayers the other thieves protect him. When he steals from individuals they will pursue him to hell and back.

Corzine at the least needs to be indicted immediately for embezzlement. The sooner criminal charges are filed the sooner the rats start jumping ship, spilling their guts to save themselves.

This guy has done so much damage not only to this company but to the employees, investors. You have to wonder what he did to NJ? How much of NJ’s fiscal mess is a result of this crook! And then this same crook is the one Pharaoh Obama and Biden have praised and run to for financial advice. That has to leave you wondering how much of the Obama financial disaster we are in is a result of Corzines worthless advice.

Wanna get the truth from guys like this start throwing them in jail, its that simple. Madoff spilled his guts, being in jail he has nothing left to lose, same will hold true with Corzine to Atty Gen Holder!

“It’s common knowledge that when a good faith attempt is made to serve them, they are “deemed” served.” It is amazing the extent that people go to to not be served. Had two married freinds use me to serve each other to save a couple bucks instead of hiring someone or doing it to each other. One was fine, the other got stupid and tried to avoid it. I had to get creative. Never saw a person explode before. Amazing what comes out of some people when you poke a hole in their ego.
Hooray! And hope we see alot more like this coming to justice (or something close to it) in the next few years!! WE CAN RECLAIM OUR COUNTRY!!!!
