Suspect in Attempted Bombing of Colorado Mall Had Just Been Freed From Prison
LITTLETON, Colo. (AP) — The man authorities say is suspected of carrying out an apparent attempted bombing at a Colorado mall had been released from prison a week earlier.

The FBI said Sunday that agents are looking for Earl Albert Moore after Wednesday’s fire at Southwest Plaza Mall, about two miles from the school where 13 people were killed 12 years ago. Federal Bureau of Prisons records show that Moore, 65, was released from prison April 13.

FBI spokesman Dave Joly said Moore served time in a Georgia federal prison for bank robbery. Additional details were not immediately available.

Authorities said they discovered a pipe bomb and two propane tanks in a hallway of the mall’s food court after firefighters responded to a fire. The explosives, which did not detonate, were found after the fire in the hallway prompted an evacuation of the mall. No one was injured.

Moore has an extensive criminal record and should be considered dangerous, federal officials said. Colorado Bureau of Investigation records shows several arrests dating to 1984. He was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, theft, and possession of burglary tools.

Moore has used at least seven aliases that include variations of the names Earl Albert Buchannan, Donald Charles Morelli and Gary Steele, according to state arrest records.

Investigators have exhausted all leads locally and have put out an alert to every FBI office the country, FBI spokesman Dave Joly said.

“Last time we knew where he was locally was around noon Wednesday at the mall,” he said, referring to the previously released surveillance photos. The photos show a man believed to be Moore riding a public bus leaving the mall the night before the fire. Other photos showed the suspect carrying a plastic shopping bag while riding an escalator.

Moore is described as being between 6 feet and 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing about 200 to 225 pounds. He’s bald with blue eyes and a grey mustache and has a tattoo of a Viking on each of his arms.

On a whole, our prison system is an utter failure. Recitdivism rates are up. I wonder what the Chicoms will do with our prisoners once they assume control over the USA? I suspect our inmates will expect a ‘Get Out of Jail Free’ card, and go about their thieving ways. My guess is that the Chicoms will convert them into Soylent Green cookies. Yummy.

More flaws in the US criminal system. How this guy manage to get out early and have a light sentence is beyond me. He must’ve had a Democrat Judge who let him off lightly.

Must be the water in Colorado causing these weird national tragedies. Back here in Wisconsin the only weird thing we do is use dead people for food or furniture.

another Van Jones jailed pupil. Moore tries to kill innocent people for his stupid mistakes in life, he is mad at the system that put him there, but not mad at himself for breaking the law in the first place. the left has taught our kids that breaking the law and dis obedience is okay , remember the two young girls who stole money from the girl scout ,they said that they liked money and they seen nothing wrong in taking what was not theirs, this is what is wrong with America, the left love people and kids like this ,we need the parents to step up and start raising their kids themselves instead of a bunch of left wing communist nut jobs, these kids are our future, they will have to take care of us when we are older, man i just don’t see it, they have been taught that they are as Van Jones said { they are gods} and not to trust anyone one over 30. i hope and pray that they turn on the ones who are teaching them this crap and i really hope they are smart enough to figure out that people like Van Jones and the other nut jobs are over 30 and will not trust them. please people we must save our youth, and we will save our country, lose them and it will be a hard fought battle for freedom. now as for this idiot Moore, someone please find him quickly, and just kill him and save the taxpayers the money on a trail,he was willing to kill innocent people,so way waste time on him,he will never change, and he will continue to blame others for his stupidity .

This is what we call rehabilitated in the US. Maybe he was set free for a purpose. I sure am glad but still wondering why no one can make a bomb to go off anymore. Wonder how long it will take the left to say he is an old white man that follows the Tea Party. He does seem to swing slightly to the left in my opinion. Maybe an old friend of Ayers.

If he served his full sentence, there was nothing anyone could have done. If, however, he was released on parole by a parole board, they should be held accountable. Parole boards by their very mandate violate the sovereignty and sanctity of the jury. Without the jury, we have nothing.

As jails have become nesting grounds for anti-American hate and almost a seemingly legal recruiting center for terrorist willing to attack the nation.

Will the DOJ investigate this reality or just brush it under the rug…?

The same article on Foxnews reports his sentencing was overturned at the Federal Appeals Level, due to excessive time. The judges felt the time he was sentenced to was excessive for the crimes he was convicted of.

In other words the Liberal Judges on the Federal Appeals Court undermined the sentencing Judge and the Judaical System that found him guilty and sentenced him.
