Swiss Investor: ‘Foreigners Laugh’ as Obama ‘Prostitutes Himself’

A scathing assessment delivered Tuesday from outspoken investment analyst, entrepreneur and author of “The Gloom Boom & Doom Report” had people talking Wednesday after Marc Faber criticized President Barack Obama for being “intellectually dishonest.”
”I think he’s done a horrible job and I think that will continue,” Faber told Bloomberg. “I think he is a dishonest person, and nothing has changed… Some politicians are more honest than others. I don’t think that I have a very high regard for politicians, I have a high regard for businessmen and for people who work, and not for people who abuse the system continuously. And in comparison to other politicians, I think he came in on a platform as a president that would want to change the government in Washington, and actually he’s made it worse.”
Faber, who has correctly predicted a number of economic downturns in the past, went on to differentiate between Obama and his predecessor, former President George W. Bush. “We foreigners, we just laugh at someone like Mr. Obama. I was very critical of Mr. Bush, but at least he had one line and he stuck to that line, and at least he set out to do a thing and he was relatively straight on that thing that he did. He may have been wrong and I criticized him very frequently, but at least he didn’t change his mind continuously, and didn’t prostitute himself.”
When asked what he believes would be a better economic policy, Faber stated that the U.S. president needs to “tell the U.S. you have to tighten your belts.”
“We have to go through hard times for five years to repair the damage that was committed over 20-25 years by the Federal Reserve, by the Treasury, by the politicians, and somebody has to tell the truth,” he said. “But the politicians keep on fueling the illusion that you can spend yourself out of the misery, and that by printing money you will improve the economy, which is not the case.”

This is why I admire Sarah Palin so much. She gets it. We have to all stand together. The liberals are using hate to defeat us because they have nothing else. Military-bring all the troops home that are stationed all over the world. There is no need for this. Countries like England and Germany do not need our military presence. Foreign aid-we need to scale back dramatically on this. We are giving aid to corrupt gov‘t’s who are not using it to help their people.

When such a large portion of our population is only concerned about how to use their welfare card and when their GOVERNMENT funds will hit their GOVERNMENT accounts. They do not care were the money is coming from. Anyone who speaks out against the horrible fiscal policies of our government are just mean cruel people who want the poor to suffer. The majority of our financial problems come from the “government should support me” mentality. AND THAT INCLUDES SOCIAL SECURITY!!!
I see these people everyday and see where my hard earned tax dollar goes. You will not convince me that these programs are anything but making the population dependent on the government. The feds have no business running any type of entitlement program. The local communities are better equipped to take care of their own. They would be able to access the ones who really need it and not have it thrown in our face the way it is now.
The number of people relying on the government to provide for them grows larger everyday. How on earth can we expect to vote the ones out of office that promise to “not touch the entitlement programs”? And for the rest of my cry baby – baby boomer generation, suck it up – it was a ponzi scheme and we were taken.

To him, all money is bad, if it is out of his control… the only good money is the money he gets to squander on his hope to fundamentally transform America, beyond recognition.
I am glad the folks across the pond see, and even teach, the simple truth many of us clearly saw back in early 08. More and more I hear those who I know lean left, even far left, start to doubt their choice. More and more I hear many liberals start to sound like they took a big swig of tea. You got to listen for the hedging, the subtle concerns, a willingness to question, sometimes just a head dropped in silence. Twice daily the tide changes so slowly one can scarcely see the transition. The tide of public opinion is far slower, but it does, and is, changing… for the better. Even Europe sees the boldface fraud.
Of course money issues are at the root of much of the rethink. In a way, it is too bad it is called ‘fiscal conservatism.‘ It is good it is called ’intellectual honesty.‘ It is too bad it is not called ’fiscal honesty.‘ That would be far more palatable regardless of ’social’ orientation. I certainly do not wish to suggest another PC-ism, but a persons mouth and wallet should both share honesty. It does not seem strange at all, that those who forsake one, forsake the other. It is all done under the guise of philosophical pragmatism, as if doublespeak and doublespend ever made honesty practical.

He’s right there with his Democratic predecessors, who all had major human rights violations, Jackson, Wilson and F Roosevelt. Obama taught courses in constitutional law at the University of Chicago. I still say he learned it so well so he could learn how best to defeat it. He was correct in saying “the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties ”; it was designed that way to keep the government out of our lives as much as possible.

The first step is demoralization by confusing the facts to the point that one does not care to follow the truth. Second step is destabilization by actions counter to common sense. Third step is creating a crisis in which to apply certain policies and ideals. Fourth step is normalization, where people refuse to accept fact, logic or reason when it is presented to them–in other words, they accept the manifesto before them. Ideological subversion is designed to make people come to no sensible conclusions to defend themselves or their country.
Demoralization. The president said in his State of the Union address: “With their votes, they’ve determined that governing will now be a shared responsibility between parties… We will move forward together, or not at all…” In reality, the 2010 election was a total rejection of the socialist-trending policies of big government, not a mandate of sharing in these policies. Then he threatened moving forward with the president’s agenda–or not at all. He said the Soviet Union beat us, but that the space program resulted in this generation’s “Sputnik” moment. He said America had fallen behind China and India, and to sustain the American dream, we must “sacrifice, and struggle, and meet the demands of a new age.”
Destabilization. Throughout the message, the president talked of new expensive programs while at the same time saying the budget must be cut–these are opposite actions that belie common sense. Again, he said that Russia, Europe and China were moving ahead of our nation in infrastructure and that we must rebuild America in order to prosper. And he continued in class warfare by saying that the richest Americans should pay for bigger government. Crisis. He continued to use financial crisis to forward the concept of big government, more taxes (as couched with the word “invest”), more government intervention rather than relying on “the whims of the stock market.”
Normalization. He spoke proudly of welcoming homosexuals to the military, integrating illegal aliens into American society, and big government programs as forged by “principled compromise.” These are all smooth words, but they are promoting a rebellion against the laws of God. They are bringing the masses into a mental state where good is evil and evil is good. Isaiah 30 begins with “Woe to the rebellious children, says the LORD…” And verse 10 says, “Which say to the seers, see not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits.” We must repent from our trust in oppression and perverseness and hold these leaders and one another accountable lest we perish.
